Objective: To investigate P-wave dispersion(PWD) in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy. Methods:The study population consisted of 53 patients with dilated cardiomyopathy and 53 healthy control subjects.Maximum P-wave duration(Pmax) and minimum P-wave duration(Pmin) were measured from the 12-lead surface electrocardiogram.PWD was calculated as the difference between Pmax and Pmin.Left atrial diameter,left ventricular end-diastolic and end-systolic diameters and left ventricular ejection fraction of all patients and control subjects were measured by means of transthoracic echocardiography. Objective To explore the treatment of patients with severe traumatic shock first-aid and the preventive measure of the complications caused by a large number of fast blood transfusion during surgery.Methods Retrospective analysis of 87 patients with severe traumatic shock and rapid blood transfusion given to a large number of patients for emergency medical treatment, while the load cycle, bleeding, body temperature, serum potassium, and other indicators were observed, effects and complieations of treatment and effective prevention measures were summarized.Results 87 patients after aggressive surgical treatment,the success rate was 81.61% (71/87) ;surgery circulatory overload caused massive blood transfusion, bleeding tendency,low body temperature,low blood potassium disorders such specific complications.Conclusion Patients with severe traumatic shock should be taken promptly and effective first aid treatment and.the complication caused by massive blood transfusion during surgery,and it could reduce mortality and complications.

BACKGROUND:Oral insulin iS easy to be degradated by hydrochloric acid in gastric iuice and the enzyme which exists in stomach and intestines,while it is dimcult to through the epithelium cell membrane of gastrointestinal.Even a lasting-long injection iS taken,and it still needs an injection once 36 hours.OBJECTIVE:To prepare oraI insulin sustained-release microspheres.DESIGN,TIME AND SETTING:Contrast observation which was carried out at the Laboratory of Medical Chemistry of Nanjing Information Engineering University from September 2003 to December 2004.MATERIALS:Insulin Was provided bv Nanjing Medicinal Factory of Bio-Chemistry.METHODS:A new method tO prepare the microsphere,I.e.,drying through liquid phase was adopted with the special pH and the acrylic acid polymer which could be dissolved as the medicine'S carrier of the sustained-release microphere.MAIN 0UTCOME MEASURES:The effects of polymer concentration and agitation rates on size of microspheres and drug incorporation efficiency were studied by scanning electronic microscopy(SEM)and ultraviolet-spectrophotometry.RESULTS:The temperature,drug payloads and the content of emulsifier played important effects on microspheres formation.The mean diameter of microspheres decreased with increasing in stirring rate and decreasing in polymer concentration,and drug loading efficiency increased with increasing in stirring rate.CONCLUSION:Insulin-loaded polyacrylate sustained-release microspheres is prepared preferably.

Objective Periodontal clinical effects of hyperbaric oxygen therapy were analyzed and discussed the foundation .Methods Our hospital from 56 patients with periodontal disease in August 2013 admitted -August 2014 period, were randomly divided into experimental and control groups , and the control group underwent drug treat-ment on a regular basis , the experimental group on the basis of the control group , the line hyperbaric oxygen therapy , compared to its clinical effects .Results The symptoms were improved , but the effect more pronounced in the exper-imental group, which was significantly better than the control group of patients , compared to significantly different sta-tistically significant ( p<0.05 ) .Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen combined basis have better clinical treatment of periodontal disease , which should be widely applied , pending further improved and refined to improve the outcome .

Except the ratio of peak and basal level, all the other five indices of the LH response to LHRH were significantly lower in IGHD patients than in normals of puberty. The functional reserve of LH cell was low in about 2/3 IGHD patients. These results might explain the delayed or no puberty in adult IGHD patients.

Objective To observe the velocity of left ventricular wall motion features of normal subjects and patients with abnormal regional wall movement of left ventricle with the quantitative tissue velocity imaging(QTVI),and to know whether variances exit between the velocity of left ventricular myocardial motion of the normal subjects and the abnormal subjects with coronary artery disease(CAD) and myocardial ischemia. The practical value of QTVI on myocardium movement of left ventricle was evaluated. Methods The segmental left ventricular wall motion velocity was measured on 27 normal subjects and 21 patients with CAD and myocardial ischemia,including three waves,peak velocity of systolic S wave,diastolic E wave,A wave, and time velocity integrate of S wave(S TVI) was used as measurement parameters.The parameters were analysed between the two groups. Results The velocity and S TVI were gradually decreased from base to apex in the same wall in the control group.There were some abnormal segmental movements in the abnormal group. S wave ,E wave and S TVI of diseased segments in the abnormal group were much lower than those of control group ( P  0.05 ). Conclusions QTVI can quantitatively measure the velocity in abnormal movement segment of ventrical wall of patients with CAD and myocardial ischemia.S wave,E wave and S TVI are better parameters of assessing systolic function of left ventricle.QTVI has clinical application in regional myocardial motion function evaluation.

Results: To obtain the repetitive results, the foundation methods of nano-dispersion systems should be recorded in detail and all the following tests should be based on it.Conclusion: The constitution and evaluation of a dispersion system in obtaining representative and reproducible results in biological evaluation is very important and should be studied case by case.

The reduction of peripheral blood cells is a common and serious complication in hepatic cirrhosis portal hypertension patients with splenomegaly, and severely affects the prognosis.Its reasons include hypersplenism and non-hypersplenism factors.We should correctly understand these two factors.Hypersplenism factors is common, and non-hypersplenism factors, including the toxic effects of virus on the bone marrow, liver cirrhosis, hepatosis, immunodeficiency, the toxic effects of drugs, dystrophia, the destruction of platelets in blood circulation and hemorrhage.Etiological treatment and liver transplantation is the main treatment.Now, treatment of the reduction of peripheral blood cells has become an important topic.In this paper, the causes and treatments of peripheral blood cytopenias, which were caused by non-hypersplenism factors in the patients of liver cirrhosis and portal hypertension, were reviewed.

BACKGROUND: Ischemia/reperfusion injury in liver is a common pathological process in liver transplantation and lobectomy of liver. Studies have demonstrated that exogenous alkaline phosphatase can reduce toxic effect of endotoxin through dephosphorylation. OBJECTIVE: To establish rat models of ischemia/reperfusion injury in liver and observe the protective effect of calf intestinal alkaline phosphatase (CIAP) preconditioning on ischemia/reperfusion injury. DESIGN, TIME AND SETTING: Randomized controlled animal trial was performed at the laboratory of Department of Digestion, Nanfang Hospital from April to November 2007. MATERIALS: Seventy-two SD rats were selected for models of ischemia/reperfusion injury in liver. METHODS: The rats were randomly divided into 3 groups (n=24). In the sham operation group, only the abdominal cavity was open, but not ligated; in normal saline control group, liver blood flow was blocked for 20 minutes, and 1 mL normal saline was injected from tail vein at 5 minutes prior to reperfusion; in CIAP preconditioning group, liver blood flow was blocked for 20 minutes, and 0.5 U/g CIAP was injected from tail vein at 5 minutes prior to reperfusion. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Six animals were sacrificed after ischemia/reperfusion for 1, 3, 6 and 12 hours, respectively to determine the level of serum lipopolysaccharide (LPS) by end-point chromogenic assay; the levels of tumor necrosis factor (TNF-?), interleukin-6 (IL-6) and IL-10 in the serum were detected by ELISA and the filtration of polymorphonuclear neutrophils was measured with myeloperoxidase (MPO) enzyme method. The morphological changes of hepatic tissue were observed using HE staining. Objective The study discussed the underlying mechanism of the impact of perceived social support on individual learning behavior from the perspective of the psychosocial impact theory .Methods 224 students majored in public management were involved ,and the dada was collected by questionnaires ,then the conceptual model was tested by moderate effect sequence of statistical analysis .Results The findings were as follows :Firstly ,perceived social support had a significant effect on individual learning behavior (β=0 .332 ,P<0 .01) .Secondly ,the relationship between perceived social support and individual learning behavior was moderated by self efficacy (β= -0 .216 ,P<0 .01) .Conclusion Perceived social support and self efficacy have moderate effect on individual learning behavior .
