As for treatment in community: the alcohol addicts are giving up alcohol completely after treatment is 4/31 equals 12.90%. The times using alcohol daily are reduced from 7 days down to 5 days is 11/31 (35.48%). The treatment of alcohol addiction in the community: beside the use of different anti-anxieties must be combine together with psychotherapy as well as the support from family and community, particularly addict's determination.

2.Primarily results of model of community based drug addiction withdrawal

The Central Mental Hospital combined with communes to establish 6 subdivisions of drug addiction withdrawal. The rate of drug addiction in communes was 0,31 and occurred mainly in Youth. After 10 days of treatment, almost of addicts had no addictive crisis and came their home. However, there were some difficulties for model of community based drug addiction withdrawal, including addict’s management, isolation, participation of social organizations, existance of addictive focuses, which lead the high relapsed addiction.

3.The causes of eating refusal in schizophrenia patients

Through clinical investigation on 44 cases of eating refusal of schizophrenia patients, we have realized that the number of depression, schizophrenia who have eating refusal symptom accounts for 45.5%; So depression is the most important causes of the of the syndrome of schizophrenia, otherwise that is the cause of suicide and impulse behavior of patient. Thus, if delusion or hallucination is not the causes of eating refusal syndrome of patients, we have to define the depression elements for a best method of treatment.

4.A reviews of the results of the psychological medical verification during 1990-1999 in the facility of the central psychological medical verification

A study on 295 cases of the psychological medical verification in the institute of the central psychological hospital has shown that the distribution of the psychopathology comprises group F00-F09: 14.88%, group F10-F19: 3.82%; group F20-F29: 50.90%; group F30-F39: 3.70%; group F4--F48: 5.05%; group F60-F69: 8.11%; F70-F79: 2.36%; G40: 8.47%; free the psychopathology: 2.71%. The features and properties of committed behaviors were various, means of commitment: poplar available furniture at home. The accident occurred mainly in the close relative people in a family.

5.Investigation and analysis of 295 forensic medical examinations.

The study was conducted on 295 subjects who underwent forensic examination for psychological problems at The Central Hospital of Psychology. It was found 28 kinds of psychological problems. The criminal form is multiple; tools used mostly are available in daily life, including sharp objects as knife and sword (44%) and blunt objects as stick and brick (20%). Outcomes that produced by psychological patients are serious, mostly leads to death and injury (76.94%). The relationship between victim and criminal is close, in which relatives account for 40.66%, friends and neighborhoods account for 38.36%.

6.Some opinions of general infection among women in the institute of mother and infant protection and care

A study on 134 patients in the institute of mother and infant protection and care has shown that the genital infection was a common sexual transmitted disease. The treatment involved the treatment for both wife and husband and proper guideline. In order to prevent from HIV infection, it should use condom in the intercourse and assure the faith.

7.Evaluation of some mental health indicator in workers on the train

A study on some mental health indicators in workers on the train has shown that 100% workers had stress, 32.8% of workers experienced the distress. The noise, skaking and microclimate did not meet the allowed standard, which caused the occupational diseases. The sleep, rest condition was not proper and impacted by heat, noise that was difficulty for recovering the health. 100% workers suffered the orodental diseases, 44.6% of workers suffered the diseases in the ear, nose and throat, 28.4% of workers had hypertension and 24.6% of workers had hypertension and 24.6% of workers suffered the diabetes

8.Study on some cases of mental retardation in the mental forensic examination

The rate of people with mental retardation was 1% of population. There were many causes of disease but there were the same properties of the diseases. In the end of the year of 2000, the activity of mental health protection and care was integrated in to the general activity of local health network in 37 provinces (60%) with 330 communes (3.2%). 7803 patients were examined, managed and treated in the community (7%) of which 2675 patients treated stably (36%) the behaviours of disorder, danger and handicap were reduced to help patients integrating into their families and community.

A study on the clinical features of the psychological disorder due to the cranial injury in the psychological forensic verification and feature and properties of committed behaviour was carreid out in 30 patients with psychological disorder due to the cranical injury during 1995- 1998. The results have shown that the education level of patients were usually poor and their occupations were simple. The traffic accident were mainly cause of the cranial injuries.
