A study on 295 cases of the psychological medical verification in the institute of the central psychological hospital has shown that the distribution of the psychopathology comprises group F00-F09: 14.88%, group F10-F19: 3.82%; group F20-F29: 50.90%; group F30-F39: 3.70%; group F4--F48: 5.05%; group F60-F69: 8.11%; F70-F79: 2.36%; G40: 8.47%; free the psychopathology: 2.71%. The study was conducted on 295 subjects who underwent forensic examination for psychological problems at The Central Hospital of Psychology. It was found 28 kinds of psychological problems. The Central Mental Hospital combined with communes to establish 6 subdivisions of drug addiction withdrawal. The rate of drug addiction in communes was 0,31 and occurred mainly in Youth. The study was conducted on 40 patients aged 16 years old or more who had post-head trauma psychotic disorders and received in-patient treatment in the Central Institute of Psychiatry. The patients were examined clinically and followed up the disease progress during treatment. Is was found that the common psychiatric disorders after a head trauma were delusions, including harm-, link- and watch for-suffered delusions, hallucinations, including visual and hearing hallucinations. Motor-linguistic stimulation. While the psychotic symptoms are more common in close head trauma and the symptoms of mental decline were predominant in open head injuries.
