A lot of single species of bacteria was seperated from the pathological changes position of the liver in sick (or dead) soft-shelled turtle which was infected by septicae-uia. By identifying and the characteristic of physics and chemistry the six single culture strains of bacteria, preliminary showed that it was A. caviae in Aeromonas. Through examination ablut causing illness, it was proved that the A. caviae seperated and appraised was pathogenic bacteria of this infection septcaemia of soft-shelled turtle.

Estrogen is an important active endogenous substance which is needed by female to sustain normal psychological and physiological function.Studies have demonstrated that estrogen has an extensive effect on the central nervous system.This review explained the relation between estrogen and learning on a few aspects such as neurobiochemistry,neurophysiology,neuroanatomy,signal transduction and so on.

Objective To test the reliability and validity of CRIES-13(Chinese edition). The Children Revised Impact of Event Scale (CRIES-13) was recommened for diagnosing PTSD of children. Methods In the last third of the September 2008,according to the suffering condition,600 students were choosed who were fit for the research standard as subjects in two middle schools randomly. The viability of CRIES-13 was weighted by testretest reliability,Cronbach' s alpha,Split half reliability. The validity of CRIES-13 was analysed by content validity ,criterion validity,construction validity. Results In the test-retest reliability of CRIES-13, the Spearman correlation coefficient of total,intrusion factor,avoid factor,high warkening factor were 0.79, 0.75, 0.71, 0.75. Significant correlation were found among these scores. The Cronbach' s alpha of population was 0. 81. The Cronbach' s alpha of three factors was 0. 79 ( intrusion factor) , 0. 71 ( avoid factor), 0. 65 ( high awarkening factor). CRIES-13's split-half reliability was 0. 85. In the content validity test,the Spearman rank correlation coefficient between total score and each item was 0. 83 (intrusion factor), 0. 75 (avoid factor), 0. 85 (high awarkening factor). The correlation between intrusion factor and avoid factor was 0.63. The correlation between avoid factor and high awarkening factor was 0.41. The correlation between intrusion factor and high awarkening factor was 0.41. In struction validity, variance orthogonal rotation factor analysis was adopted and got three general factors. Their cumulative contribution to total variance was 55.52%. In the criterion validity test,significant correlation was found between intrusion factor and SDQ emotional factor and depression scale total score. Significant correlation was found between high awakening factor and SDQ emotional factor and depression scale total score. Conclusion The reliability and validity of CRIES-13 was good. It could be used extensively.

Objective To explore hemopurification clinical nurse specialist's effects and barriers,in order to provide evidences to define their value,to remove their barriers,to promote their effects.Methods A qualitative study was adopted in this study.In-depth interviews were conducted on 3 charge nurses in hemopurification and 10 hemopurification clinical nurse specialists.Results The effects of hemopurification clinical nurse specialist can be concluded as effects to patients,to nursing,to medical systems and to hemopurification clinical nurse specialist themselves.Barriers of hemopurification clinical nurse specialist can be concluded as medical environments,the process of nursing developing,ambiguous role of clinical nurse specialist.Conclusions The practice of hemopurification clinical nurse specialists have played various effects,but there were some barriers in their practice.The roles of clinical nurse specialist should be clarified,and guarantees in managements and regulations should be provided for their practice.

Objective To study comparatively the performance of rapid plasma reagin (RPR) test in syphilis detection among pregnant women and non-pregnant women to provide reference for detecting syphilis in pregnant women.Methods The women aged 20-40 years old were selected and divided into the pregnant group and the non-pregnant group.RPR and treponema pallidum particle assay(TPPA) were simultaneously adopted to conduct the syphilis detection.The positive cases were judged by the TPPA detection results combined with the contact history,clinical symptoms and treatment situation.The results were compared with those by RPR for determining the false negative and false positive in RPR.The false negative rate and false positive rate of RPR detection results were analyzed in the two groups.Results Among 117 pregnant women,15 cases were false negative in RPR and 9 cases were false positive in RPR;among 755 non-pregnant women,there were 44 cases of false negative RPR results and 8 cases of false positive RPR results.The false negative rates in the pregnant group and non-pregnant group were 25.0% and 8.8% respectively,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=14.739,P<0.05);the false positive rates in the pregnant group and non-pregnant group were 15.7% and 3.1% respectively,the difference was statistically significant (χ2=14.722,P<0.05).Conclusion There are many factors affecting RPR for detection syphilis,pregnant women are the specific group,so higher false positive rate and false negative rate exist than non-pregnant women,the detection results should be comprehensively judged by combining with clinical symptoms and disease history,if necessary,combining with other syphilis detection method for avoiding missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.

Objective The Children's Revised Impact of Event Scale (CRIES-13) is used for Screening PTSD of children. The reliability and validity of CRIES-13 is good. To research the demarcation points of CRIES-13 (Chinese version) based on the reliability and validity analysis,and to improve the useful value of the scale.Methods In late September 2008, according affected condition, students were choosed who were fit for the research standard as subjects in two middle schools. First,general questionnaire (self-writing) and CRIES-13 were applied to the subjects. Second, according to K-SADS-PL, physician carried out diagnosis meeting and evaluation to 310 students who were classified by stratified rand sampling. Critical point of CRIES-13 was divided by K-SADSPL. The assessment value of it were sensitivity, specificity, veracity, PPV, NPV. The right choice of division was measured by ROC curve. Results When the critical score was higher than 30, the score of Se ( 0. 833 ), Sp(0. 836) and NPV (0.97) was in the high level. Conclusion When the critical score is higher than 30, the scale have a good discrimination for PTSD, non-PTSD and it can be used extensively.

Objective To investigate the effects of estrogen on brain derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) and neuropeptide Y (NPY) levels in cerebellar cortex of ovariectomized rats. Methods 24 female Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups: intact (INT) group, ovariectomized (OVX) group, and OVX+estrogen 0.5 mg/kg every day group (E group). Radioimmunoassay (RIA) was used to measure the estrogen content in plasma, and the levels of BDNF and NPY were measured with Immunohistochemistry. Results Compared with the INT group, the plasma estrogen level significantly reduced in OVX group (P<0.001). However, the plasma estrogen level was higher in the E group than that in the OVX group (P<0.001). The BDNF and NPY presented in the Purkinje cell layer,and BDNF also distributed in the molecular layer and granular layer. Compared with that in the INT group, BDNF and NPY positive cells markedly decreased in OVX group, with slight cytosol staining in the cerebellar cortex (P<0.001). The BDNF and NPY positive neurons increased in E group compared with that in the OVX group (P<0.001). Conclusion Estrogen can increase the BDNF and NPY levels in cerebellar cortex of female rats, which may protect the structure and function of cerebellar neurons.

Objective The aim of the present study is to measure multi-directional strain in patients with hyperuricemia through 3-dimensional speckle-tracking echocardiography (3D-STE) in order to investigate the left ventricular function early changes and clinical application value of 3D-STE. Methods 3-dimension dynamic images of left ventricular full volume in Apical 4-chamber heart view was collected and stored. 3-dimensional specke-tracking technology was applied to measure and compare the left ventricular multi-directional strain of patients with hyperuricemia and healthy controls in order to evaluate the left ventricular systolic function. Results A total of 24 healthy controls and 38 patients with hyperuricemia were included into the study. Among them,patients with hyperuricemia were divided into simple hyperuricemia group(n=12), hyperuricemia complicated with hyperlipidemia group (n=16)and hyperuricemia complicated with both hyper-tension and hyperlipidemia group (n=10). The circumferential strain [(-18.8±4.4)% vs (-25.9±6.4)%, t=-3.48, P=0.001] and area strain [(-31.2±3.9)% vs (-36.8±7.1)%, t=-2.55, P=0.018] of patients with simple hyper-uricemia significantly decreased compared with healthy controls. Besides, the circumferential strain [(-19.9 ± 5.8)% vs (-25.9 ±6.4)%, t=-3.02, P=0.002], longitudinal strain [(-12.6 ±3.3)% vs (-14.4 ±2.5)%, t=-1.95, P=0.038] and area strain [(-29.9±6.6)% vs (-25.9±6.4)%, t=-3.15, P=0.001] of patients with hyperuricemia complicated with hyperlipidemia significantly decreased compared with healthy controls. Conclusion Myo-cardial strain of patients with hyperuricemia complicated with hyperlipidemia or not is both decreased, indicating a decline in left ventricular systolic function.

Objective:To investigate the relationship between Watchman occluder and structure of mitral valve apparatus in patients with nonvalvular atrial fibrillation after left atrial appendage closure(LAAC) by transesophageal echocardiography.Methods:From January 2018 to December 2020, 29 patients [20 male, 9 female, (69.55±10.06)years old] with nonvalvular atrial fibrillation underwent LAAC in Zhongshan Hospital (implanted Watchman occluder), and all patients underwent pre-operative and follow-up two and three dimensional transesophageal echocardiography(2DTEE, 3DTEE) at 60 days after the operation. The quantitative parameters of mitral valve apparatus were obtained by offline analysis using the MVA module in QLab 13.0 (Philips Healthcare, Andover, MA), the differences between pre-operation and post-operation were compared, and the relationship between occluder compression ratio and mitral valve parameters with significant changes after operation was analyzed.Results:①The values of AL-PM diameter(AL-PM), 3D annulus circumference(3DAC), 2D annulus area(2DAA), 3D annulus area(3DAA), tenting volume(TnV), tenting area(TnA) and commissural diameter(CD) decreased significantly compared with pre-operative values(all P<0.05), while the annulus sphericity index(SPI) increased significantly ( P<0.05). ②In the quantitative mitral value parameters with significant pre- and post-operation changes, TnV was correlated with the occluder compression ratio ( r=0.403, P=0.030), but AL-PM, SPI, 3DAC, 2DAA, 3DAA, TnA, CD were not correlated with it(all P>0.05). Conclusions:3DTEE can accurately evaluate the effect of Watchman occluder on the morphology of mitral valve device. Implanting Watchman occluder in left atrial appendage can make three-dimensional mitral valve apparatus flat and decrease annulus left-right diameter and annulus area; the pre-operative TnV, the more susceptible to the occluder implantation, and TnV is correlated with the compression ratio.

Objective To carry out carrier screening for spinal muscular atrophy(SMA)in 3 302 preg-nant women from Xinjiang region and preliminarily determine the SMA carrier frequency among pregnant women in the region.Methods A total of 29 089 pregnant women who underwent prenatal visits at this hos-pital from April 2020 to February 2023 were educated,of whom 3 302 were received SMA carrier screening.SMA carriers were screened by detecting the copy numbers of SMN1 exons 7(E7)and 8(E8)using quantita-tive fluorescence PCR.Multiplex ligation-dependent probe amplification(MLPA)was used for prenatal diag-nosis of high-risk fetuses in couples who were both SMA carriers.Results The acceptance rate of SMA carri-ers screening was 11.35％.Among the 3 302 pregnant women,58 were found to be SMA carriers,and the total carrier frequency was 1.76％(1/57).Among them,there were 45 cases of Han ethnicity,with a carrying fre-quency of 1.63％(1/61),and there were 13 cases of ethnic minorities,with a carrying frequency of 2.39％(1/42).Among the 58 carriers,46 spouses were received SMA screening,and the results showed that two couples were both SMA carriers.Further prenatal diagnosis was performed,and the results of MLPA indicated that the fetuses were all heterozygous deletions of SMN1 E7 and E8,suggesting continued pregnancy.Conclusion This study has preliminarily determined the SMA carrier frequency among pregnant women in Xinjiang region.SMA carrier screening in pregnant women and prenatal diagnosis of high-risk fetuses are of great significance for the prevention and control of birth defects.
