OBJECTIVE: To detect whether there is mixing of norfloxacin in loperamide hydrochloride capsules by UPLC-MS. METHODS: The separation of norfloxacin was performed on C18 column with column temperature set at 35 ℃, and the mobile phase was composed of acetronitrile and 0.1% formic acid (gradient elution) with a flow rate of 0.3 mL?min-1. The sample size was 10 ?L. ESI source was applied with capillary tube tension at 3.0 kV and ion source temperature at 110 ℃, and scan mode was multiple reaction monitor. RESULTS: It has been proved that there was norfloxacin in 2 of the total 5 batches of samples based on the data of retention time of RP-HPLC including ultraviolet spectra, the quasi-molecular ion and the second order mass spectra split fragments. CONCLUSION: The method is highly selective and sensitive, and can be used to detect whether norfloxacin has been illegally added into loperamide hydrochloride capsules.

Objective To investigate the influence of different hemostatic way on ovarian function in laparoscopic excision of ovarian cysts. Methods 87 cases with unilateral ovarian cysts by laparoscopic excision were chosen from Jun. 2012 to Jun. 2013 in our hospital, and they were divided into the electrocoagulation group (44 cases) and the suture group (43 cases) according to hemostatic way. The electro-coagulation group were given bipolar coagulation while the suture group were given endoscopic hemostasis. The ovarian hormone levels and blood parameters before and after surgery were compared between the two groups. Results There was no statistically significant differenc in parameters of E2,FSH,LH,P before surgery between the two groups (P>0. 05), and there was no statistically significant differenc before and after surgery in the same group (P>0. 05). Compared with the suture group, there were statistically significant difference in terms of pa-rameters of E2,FSH in the electrocoagulation group(P<0. 05). There was no statistically significant difference in ovary sectional area and PSV between the two groups before surgery (P>0. 05). It was of no statistically significant difference in ovary sectional area between the two groups after surgery (P>0. 05), but it was of statistically significance in PSV (P<0. 05). Conclusion Compared with electrocoagulation, the laparoscopic excision of ovarian cysts with endoscopic hemostasis had less damage to ovarian, and it could protect the ovarian function.

Objective To study the relationship between micro-vessel density(MVD), proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) expression and clinicopathological characteristics in cervix squamous cell carcinoma. Methods PCNA and CD 34 expression in 32 cervix squamous cell carcinomas were examined by SP immunohistochemical staining. MVD and proliferation index (PI) were calculated. Results PI and MVD were significantly correlated with the differentiatial degree and FIGO stage of cervix squamous cell carcinomas, and in the low differential cancers with high FIGO stage were obviously higher than those in the high differential cancers with low FIGO stage. Objective To explore the advantage of the mini-incision doubling eyelid operation comparied with buried suture method.Methods 201 single eyelid cases were randomly divided into 2 groups:group A(101 cases)using mini-incision doubling eyelid operation,and group B(100 cases)using the double eyelid plasty with buried suture.Their effect was comparied.Results 157 cases were received postoperative follow-up.Group A(81 cases)contained 45 thin eyelids and 36 thick eyelids.Group B(76cases)included 32 thin eyelids and 44 thick eyelids.The postoperative follow-up for 1 month revealed that there was no statistically significant difference in the rate of satisfaction between group A and group B among the thin eyelid patients(P＞0.05).But statistic difference was found between A and B group among the thick eyelid patients(P＜0.05).The follow-up period for group A and group B was in the range of 2.5 to 3.5 years.The maintenance-well rate between the thin eyelid and the thick eyelid patients in both groups was significantly different(P＜0.05).Conclusion The mini-incision doubling eyelid operation is superior to the double eyelid plasty with buried suture in the rate of postoperative satisfaction and long-term effect.It is deserved to have more applications.

Objective: To investigate the cellular mechanism of renal proximal tubular epithelial cell(PTEC) injury induced by aristolochic acid Ⅰ (AA Ⅰ) and aristololactam Ⅰ (AL Ⅰ). Methods:Human PTEC cell line HK 2 was used as the subject. Cell apoptosis was evaluated by using FACS. Fibronectin (FN) and TGF ?1 levels were assayed in the supernatant from cultured HK 2 cells by ELISA. In the blocking study, anti TGF ?1 neutralizing antibody was used as an antagonist. The changes of FN level and apoptosis were compared. Results: After stimulation by 2.5 mg/L AA Ⅰ, HK 2 cells secreted TGF ?1 at hour 12 and FN at hour 36. HK 2 cell apoptosis was detected at hour 48. A 77-year-old man was admitted to our hospital at July 5th,2010 with an unexplained massive pericardial effusion for 10 years.With dyspnea for one month and normal vital signs without pulsus paradoxus,other physical examination included a small amount of moist rale,normal heart sounds,jugular vein engorgement,positive hepatojugular reflux,hepatosplenomegaly and pitting edema of the extremities.The patient had a complex past history with lymph node tuberculosis,primary artertial hypertension,polycythernia vera,chronic renal insufficiency and hypothyroidism (Hashimoto's thyroiditis),and moreover,received a high dose radiation of 31p in 1967. Family history is negative.The patient had no cardiac tamponade or pericardial constriction during 10 years,he received pericardiocentesis twice,and pericardial effusion was exudative with a high proportion of monocyte.There was no evidences of tuberculosis infection,hypothyroidism,malignant tumor,severe heart failure,uremia,trauma,severe bacterial or fungus infection,chronic myeloid leukemia or bone marrow fibrosis during the admission. The patient refused anti tuberculosis,indwelling catheter drainage or surgical therapy.In this rare case,the aetiology of chronic massive pericardial effusion is most probably chronic idiopathic recurrent pericarditis.

Aim To study the effect of Macrophage colony-stimulating factor(M-CSF) on MMP-9 in RAW 264.7 cell and explore the relationship between atherosclerosis caused by M-CSF and the activity of MMP-9. Methods Gelatin zymography analysis was used to investigate the effect of M-CSF and PD98059 on the activity of MMP-9 in cultured RAW 264.7 cell.Western blot was used to study the effect of M-CSF and PD98059 on the express of p-ERK1/2 in cultured RAW 264.7 cell. Results The enzyme activity of MMP-9 was significantly increased after 24-hour M-CSF treatment.Meanwhile, M-CSF upregulated the expression of p-ERK1/2. Pre-treatment with PD98059 blocked partly the increased expression of p-ERK1/2 and the activity of MMP-9 induced by M-CSF. Conclusion M-CSF can induce the secretion of MMP9 in RAW 264.7 cell, which may be mediated by the phosphorylation of ERK1/2.

Objective: To investigate the mechanisms of moxibustion in the treatment of the colonic fibrosis in ulcerative colitis (UC) by observing the colonic fibroblast (CFB) synthesizing and secreting collagen in ulcerative colitis fibrosis rats. Methods: A rat model of ulcerative colitis fibrosis was established by immunological methods using human colonic mucosa as antigen adding local stimulation. The rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, herb-partition moxibustion group, mild-warm moxibustion group and western medicine group (SASP group). Herb-partitioned moxibustion group and mild-warm moxibustion group treated by herb-partitioned moxibustion and mild-warm moxibustion respectively on Qihai (CV 6) and Tianshu (ST 25, bilateral) points. SASP group fed with salicylazosulfapyridine. Colonic fibroblasts from all the rats were isolated and cultured and the effects of moxibustion on the colonic fibroblast synthesizing and secreting type I, III, and IV collagen were observed. Results: The supernatant of cultured CFB from UC rats could stimulate the CFB of normal rats to secrete type I, III, and IV collagens. The supernatant from rats treated by herb-partitioned moxibustion and mild-warm moxibustion inhibited the secretion of type I , III, and IV collagens of CFB in normal rats. And the western medicine group also had some inhibiting effects on the type I and HI collagens. Conclusion: Moxibustion can regulate the functions of CFB synthesizing and secreting type I, III, and IV collagens in ulcerative colitis fibrosis rats.
