Objective To analyze the social and family factors influencing rehabilitation of mental retarded children. Methods 237 children diagnosed as mental retardation in 2004 in Beijing were researched with Self-designed Questionnaires and data were analyzed by Cross-tabs and Logistic Regression statistical method. Results The analysis showed that the degree of disabilities (P<0.001), education received (P<0.05), and the attitude from community to these children (P<0.05), were factors influencing rehabilitation of mental retarded children. Conclusion The degree of disabilities is the most important influencing factor to rehabilitation of mental retarded children; the mild or moderate mental cases can get good rehabilitation in a better community and family environment. The attitude to these children from community can make a great help to the rehabilitation.

AIM: To compare the pharmacokinetics and relative bioavailability of the domestic and imported sustained-release tablets of gliclazide in healthy volunteers. METHODS:The study was performed by an four-period crossover design with singledose and multiple-dose administration. The plasmadrug concentrations of twenty male healthy volunteers were determined by liquid chromatography with mass spectrum detector method (LC-MS). RESULTS:The pharmacokinetic parameters after a single oral dose of the domestic and imported gliclazide tablets were (7.2+s 1.5) h and (6.9 +1.4) h for tmax, (13.4 ±1.2) h and (13.7 +1.3) h for t1/2, (2.4 +0.8) mg ·L-1and (2.3 ±0.6) mg· L-1 forcmax, (48 ±14)mg · h · L-1 and (48 +14) mg· h · L-1 forAUC0-60,(51+15) mg· h· L-1 and (50±14) mg· h· L-1for AUC0-∞, (22.4 ± 1.9 ) h and (22.8 ± 1.9 ) h for MRT, respectively. The steady state pharmacokinetic parameters after multiple doses of the domestic and imported gliclazide tablets were (6. 1 ± 1.4) h and (6.5+1.4) h for tmax, (4.6±0.9) mg· L-1 and (4.7±1.1) mg· L-1 for cmax, (0.23 ±0.08) mg ·L-1and (0.26±0.08) mg· L-1 forcmin, (1.6±0.3) mg·L-1 and (1.6±0.3) mg · L-1 for mean value of steady plasma-drug concentration (cav),(94±19) mg· h · L-1 and (95 ±20) mg · h · L-1forAUCss, (282 ±33)% and (283 ±43)% for degree of fluctuation DF ), respectively. The relative bioavailability of the domestic gliclazide tablet to the imported gliclazide tablet following a single and multiple dose were ( 102 ± 9) % and (99 ± 10 ) %, respectively. Main pharmacokinetic parameters between the two formulations in both single and multiples dose studies showed no statistical difference ( P >0.05 ). CONCLUSION: The result of two one side t-test shows that the two formulations are bioequivalent.

Objective To investigate the effects of global registry of acute coronary events (GRACE) and Can Rapid risk stratification of unstable angina patients suppress adverse outcomes with early implementation of the ACC/AHA guidelines(CRUSADE) score in the nursing care for patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS).Methods A total of 128 patients with ACS undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) who were admitted from March 2015 to May 2016 were enrolled in this study and divided into usual care group (63 cases) and optimized care group (65 cases). Patients in the usual care group received usual care according to the guidelines, while patients in the optimized care group received optimized care according to GRACE and CRUSADE score. The major adverse cardiac events, the incidence of bleeding complications, average hospitalization and hospitalization costs were recorded and compared between the two groups. Results The characteristics of angiography (multiple vessel rate and target vessel distribution) and procedures of PCI (position, number, length and diameter of stents, coronary blood flow classification after the implantation of stents) were similar (all P>0.05). There were tendencies of reduction in the incidence of MACE, bleeding complications and average hospitalization time in patients of optimized care group compared to the usual care group, with no statistically significant differences between the two groups (P>0.05). The hospitalization costs in the optimized care group (33491±1982)RMB were significantly less than those in the usual care group (36562±2395)RMB. The difference was statistically significant (t=-7.914,P<0.001).Conclusions Optimized care according to GRACE and CRUSADE can improve the treatment effects of ACS patients undergoing PCI and decrease the cost.

Objective:To explore the effect of integrated nursing of special diseases on compliance of lymphoma children and psychological burden of parents. Methods:Convenient sampling method was used in this study, from January 2018 to December 2019, 44 children with lymphoma who received routine nursing intervention in Zhengzhou University Cancer Hospital (Henan Provincial Cancer Hospital) were selected as the control group, and 43 children with lymphoma who received specialized integrated nursing intervention from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the observation group, and both groups received four weeks of nursing. The Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) score, Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) score, Revised Piper Fatigue Scale (PFS-R) score and compliance were compared between the two groups. Results:The differences of PFS-R scores between the two groups four weeks after nursing and before nursing were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . After four weeks of nursing, the scores of SDS and SAS of parents in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences ( P<0.05) . The total compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, with a statistically significant difference ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:The application of integrated nursing of specific disease in children with lymphoma has significant effect, which can improve the compliance of children and reduce the psychological burden of parents.
