Objective To retrospect the literature review related psychological resilience of cancer patients at home and abroad in recent 10 years, and analyze the application status, main problems and provide the corresponding countermeasures. Methods The literature review was searched by the way of key words in China National Knowledge Infrastructure database ( CNKI) and basic search in Pubmed from 2006 to 2015. Then the year, number, design and contents of the research were concluded into analysis. Results Research about psychological resilience of cancer patients was developed late but the number was rising; the research design were mostly observational study and lots of research focused on the adult patients with breast cancer or gynecological cancer; research contents mainly included current situation and affecting factors of quantitative analysis. Conclusions We find out psychological resilience of cancer patients has been attracted great attention by domestic scholars but with limited research content, uneven distribution of study. The experimental research, qualitative research has not been carried out, so the quality of nursing literature still needs to be improved.

Objective To explore the application effects of quality control circle (QCC) activity in reducing the peripherally inserted central venous catheters (PICC) maintenance missing rate of discharged tumor patients. Methods Firstly, QCC method was applied to set up the activity topic and carry out investigation of the status quo. Secondly, the targets were set up by analyzing the reasons for the missing of PICC maintenance of the discharged tumor patients. The appropriate measures were established and implemented by strengthening the maintenance point nurse PICC training, expanding the province's PICC maintenance network, enhancing patients' awareness for the importance of PICC maintenance, and the effects were evaluated in the end. Results The missing rate of the discharged tumor patients decreased from 40.00% to 10.92%. The target yield rate was 112.19% and the progressive rate was 78.70%. The number of the PICC maintenance network stations in the whole province increased from 21 to 96, and was constantly increasing. The pass rate of the maintenance increased from 76.02% to 96.00%. Patients and their families recognized these advances. Conclusions The QCC activity not only reduces the missing rate of PICC maintenance of the discharged tumor patients, enhances the percentage of the pass rate the maintenance, but also improves the QCC members' problem solving ability, sense of responsibility, cohesion and other comprehensive qualities.

Objective:
To improve the effectiveness of incontinence-associated dermatitis (IAD) prevention and management by establishment skin care quality indicators and controlling the implementation process of incontinence care.
Methods:
The implementation rate of nursing measures (the treatment rate of incontinence, the effective collection of fecal implementation rate, and the rate of skin protection implementation) were used as the process indicators, and the incidence of IAD was used as the outcome indicators. 2747 incontinence patients from July to December 2016 before the implementation of the process control were used as the control group, and 3, 069 incontinence patients from July to December 2017 after the implementation of the process control were used as observation groups. Comparing the difference between the two groups of process indicators and outcome indicators.
Results:
The control group's implementation rate of incontinence, effective collection of fecal implementation rate, and skin protection implementation rate were 54.2%, 63.8%, and 27.7%, respectively. The observation group was 91.8%, 94.8%, and 92.8%, respectively. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant. (

Objective:
To investigate the management knowledge and attitudes of dysphagia in stroke patients in Nanning neurology nurses, and to provide evidence for clinical knowledge training and improvement of clinical nursing quality.
Methods:
A total of 360 neurology nurses from 7 different levels of hospitals in Nanning were investigated for knowledge and attitudes about stroke dysphagia management.
Results:
The average score of management knowledge of neurological nurses was 54.52±15.51, and the average score of attitude was 45.12±3.90. There was significant difference in the knowledge score of nurses from different hospital level, ages and titles (
