Objective To research the possible influence of operation and human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG) therapy on the development of antisperm antibody (AsAb) and serum levels of estradiol (E_2) and testosterone (T) of cryptorchidism boys after orchiopexy. Methods Forty cryptorchidism boys were studied who were divided into HCG treatment group and without HCG treatment group. Twenty boys who underwent inguinal operation were studied as the operation control group and 20 normal boys as the control group. The serum were collected for detection AsAb, E_2,and T. Results There were no significant difference in serum levels of E_2 and T among the three groups(P 0.05 ). Conclusions The level of AsAb is associated with the destroy of blood barrier and the disorder of immune modulation and endocrine. Treatment with HCG has no effect on AsAb level.

Objective To explore the value of diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) and diffusion tensor tracography (DTT) in assessment of Corticospinal tract (CST) and medial lemniscus (ML) in tumors involving brainstem. Methods A total of 35 cases with pathologically confirmed tumors involving brainstem were collected, and 35 volunteers matched with genders and ages were recruited as the normal group.DTI scanning was performed on all the patients and controls. The damage degrees of CST and ML were evaluated and graded by DTT,and the dysfunction degrees were evaluated for the patients.Spearman correlation was used to statistically analyze the relationships of limb movement, sensory dysfunction and CST and ML damage. Results According to the rating results, normal findings, shifting, edema or infiltration and damage of CST was found in 9,9,11,and 6 cases respectively. They were 8,9,15,3 cases for ML.Motor function was normal in 20 cases, slightly defective in 11 cases, and moderate defective in 4 cases.Sensory function was normal in 21 cases, slightly defective in 6 cases, and moderate defective in 8 cases. The patients' dyskinesia and CST damage degree, sensory dysfunction and ML damage degree were positively correlated (r was 0.786 and 0.686 respectively,P < 0.01).The position relationship among tumor and CST and ML could be well displayed on images.None of the patients showed new symptoms of dysneuria after surgery. Conclusions DTI and DTT technology can be used to evaluate CST and ML damage degree in tumors involving brainstem. They can display the position relationship between tumor and the brainstem CST and ML,which is important in protecting the brainstem fiber tract during operation and evaluating the recovery after the operation.

Objective To study the effects of Hydergine on expression of N-methyl-D-aspartate receptors in hippocampus and actions of mice with ischemia-reperfusion injury. Methods 36 mice were randomly divided into model group,Hydergine group and sham-operated group. The models of ischemia-reperfusion injury were made by knotting bilateral common carotid arteries. The behavioral abnormalities were investigated by step-down test and water maze test, and the expressions of N-methyl-D-aspartate receptors in neurons of hippocampus were observed by immunohistochemistry technique. Results Compared with model group, the performance records of learning and memory in Hydergine group were better (all P

China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2012;37(7):897-900
OBJECTIVETo study tissue culture and plant regeneration of Withania somnifera.
METHODLeaves of W. somnifera were used for explants, effects of different plant growth substances on callus and shoot induction were studied, different medium and plant growth substances for rooting induction was optimized.
RESULT AND CONCLUSIONThe best plant growth substances combination for callus induction was MS + 1.0 mg x L(-1) 2,4-D + 0.1 mg x L(-1) KT. The optimal medium for germination was MS + 1.0 mg x L(-1) 6-BA + 0.1 mg x L(-1) NAA. The best medium and plant growth substances combination for rooting induction was 1/2MS + 0.5 mg x L(-1) NAA, transplant survival rate of plantlet reached 92% in humus soil-pearlite (1:1).

Journal of Prevention and Treatment for Stomatological Diseases 2019;27(11):723-728
Objective:
To explore the depression and influencing factors of patients with adjuvant radiotherapy after reconstruction of oral cancer flaps and to provide evidence for postoperative care.
Methods:
One hundred thirty-six patients with oral cancer who had undergone adjuvant radiotherapy after reconstruction of skin flaps at 4 affiliated hospitals in Harbin Medical University were selected by convenience sampling. The basic information of the patients with adjuvant radiotherapy after reconstruction of skin flaps was collected, a self-rating scale for depression was used to assess depression, and a questionnaire was used to assess symptom distress. Depression and its influencing factors were determined by multiple stepwise regression analysis.
Results:
The average score of depression in patients with oral cancer after skin flap reconstruction was (52.32±13.11): 33.1% of the patients showed mild depression, 21.3% showed moderate depression, and 2.2% showed severe depression. Postoperatively, the patients had pain, dysphagia, taste disorders, temporomandibular joint and salivary gland dysfunction, as well as marital and financial problems. The results showed that dysphagia (P < 0.001), taste disorder (P < 0.001), marital status (P=0.004) and family income per month (P= 0.011) could be the influencing factors of depression in patients with oral cancer during radiotherapy, and a significant correlation was found between them.
Conclusion
Patients with adjuvant radiotherapy after reconstruction of oral cancer flaps have depressive symptoms, which will seriously affect the quality of life. Therefore, the care of such patients should focus on improving the postoperative depression of patients.

Objective:
To investigate the efficacy and safety of the recombinant human tumor necrosis factor receptor Ⅱ-IgG Fc fusion protein (rhTNFR: Fc, etanercept) for the treatment of occupational medicamentosa-like dermatitis induced by trichloroethylene (OMLDT) .
Methods:
In September 2011 to February 2016, 12 patients with OMLDT were treated with etanercept 25 mg, subcutaneous injection, twice per week, doubling of first dose. The course of treatment was 6 weeks. The drug eruption area and severity index (DASI) score, the proportion of patients achieving a 50%, 75% and 90% reduction in DASI (DASI50, DASI75, DASI90) and the serum level of TNF-α were used to assess the efficacy at different times. Adverse reactions were also recorded and evaluated. The results were statistically analyzed by nonparametric Friedman test and repetitive measurement ANOVA using the software SPSS19.0.
Results:
After 4 weeks treatment, the DASI score decreased form 56.33±7.02 to 0.50±0.91 (
