1.Clinical evaluation of the effects of uterine malformation on the pregnancy and delivery

Objective To investigate the effects of uterine malformation on the pregnancy and delivery, and to accumulate experience of uterine malformations obstetric clinical diagnosis and treatment of perinatal. Methods The clinical data of 4 273 cases of pregnant women were retrospectively analyzed. Of them,45 patients with uterine malformation. The effects of uterine malformation on the pregnancy and delivery were evaluated. Results The ratio of development of premature delivery, premature rupture of membranes, abnormal fetal position, retained placenta and perinatal complications in uterine malformation pregnancy group was significantly higher than normal uterine pregnancy group(P<0.05).The ratio of cesarean section in uterine malformation group also significantly higher than the yield of normal uterine pregnancy(82.2%vsl6.93% ,P<0.05). Conclusion Pregnant women with uterine malformations had more obstetric complications, higher operative delivery rate, the uterine malformation was high risk factor for the pregnancy,clinical attention should be paid.
2.Discussion on the influence and treatment of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy

Objective To investigate the influence and treatment of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy(HDCP).Methods 178 HDCP cases are selected as observation group,and 178 normal patients as comparison group.Results Fetal growth restriction was 25 cases in disease group and 1 case in normal group(P<0.01);20 cases are fetal growth restriction in 77 cases with severity pre-eclampsia,which had notability discrepancy compared with mild pre-eclampsia(P<0.01).Premature delivery was 21 cases(25.33%)in severity pre-eclampsia,which had significant diffcrence.When compared with the rest three groops(P<0.01).When fetal age is equal to or above 37 weeks,the livability reached to 100%(P<0.01).Conclusion We should prevent transformation actively,avoid pre-eclampsia and complication to severe pre-eclampsia of mother and baby.
3.Problems and countermeasures existing in clinical nursing teaching

Objective To improve th current teaching situation,increase clinical teaching quality in order to ensure the nursing students to adapt to new nursing model and social development.Methods The main problems existing in clinical nursing teaching of our country was analyzed,furthermore countermeasures were put forward.Results At present clinical nursing teaching of our country lacked perfect management system,teacher resources were weak,teaching time was not reasonably arranged,training of comprehensive quality for nursing students was lack.Conclusions Through analysis of current situation of clinical nursing teaching,we propose the corresponding ponder,guarantee the clinical nursing teaching quality and do fully preparatory work for training of nursing reserve forces with high quality.

5.Diazoxide increases glutamate uptake by astrocytes via activating mitochondrial ATP-sensitive potassium channels

AIM: To demonstrate the effect of mitochondrial ATP-sensitive potassium channel opener,Diazoxide,on glutamate uptake activity of astrocyte. METHODS: Primary astrocytic cultures were prepared from cerebral cortices of rats within 3 days old.Glutamate uptake activity of astrocytes was measured using isotopic techniques to detect intracellular -labeled D,L-glutamate concentration.RESULTS: Diazoxide increased -glutamate uptake in a concentration-dependent manner,and could significantly reverse MPP~+-induced glutamate uptake inhibition.The above effects of Diazoxide were blocked by 5-hydroxydecanoate,a selective mitochondrial ATP-sensitive potassium channel blocker.CONCLUSION: Diazoxide increase the activity of glutamate transporters in astrocytes by opening mitochondrial ATP-sensitive potassium channel.
7.The differential expression of VEGF165b in the renal cell carcinoma and normal renal tissues and its clinical significance

Objective:To investigate the differential expression of VEGF165b in the renal cell carcinoma (RCC) and normal renal tissues and its role in the development of RCC. 9.Construction strategy of human organ donation social mission system in China

BACKGROUND:By analyzing the current difficulties faced by human organ transplantation and social factors which lead to organ transplant donor shortage in China, people are found to be generaly lack of knowledge about organ transplant and donation process. OBJECTIVE: To make a tentative probe into the construction of organ donation social mission system on four aspects, namely the importance, ethical principles, current situation and countermeasures, and to provide scientific advice and information for organ donation publicity and education. METHODS: Articles about organ donation and organ transplantation were retrieved from CQVIP, CNKI, Wanfang, PubMed, Medline System from January 2005 to November 2014 with the key words of “organ donation, organ transplantation, shortage of donor, body donation, education system” in both Chinese and English. After secondary manual retrieval of organ donation coordinator, literature were included if they involved organ donation coordinator and organ donation and transplantation related policies and regulations. This paper put forward countermeasures for the construction of human organ donation social mission system in China based on the literature induction. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:This paper describes the necessity of organ donation education system, systematicaly analyzes the existing problems for current organ donation education problems and ethical principles that should be folowed, and explore the construction strategy of human organ donation social mission system in China. The way to relieve tension of organ transplant donor and expand donor sources is to win broad support and understanding of citizens, which can ensure the sustainable development of organ donation work. So, it is very important to build the human organ donation social mission system.
10.Expressions of ICAM-1,VCAM-1 and E-selectin in artherosclerosis aorta
