Objective: To investigate the effects of the cooperative actions of isoflavone, vitamin C and E on the expression of acute C reactive protein (CRP) and interleukin 6 (IL-6) in the patients with typeⅡdiabetic mellitus (DM). Method: Ninety six patients with DM were divided randomly into 4 groups, DM control group(B), and groups receiving low(C), medium (D) , and high (E) dose of the compound antioxidant of isoflavone, vitamin C and E respectively. Another 24 healthy subjects served as normal control group (A). Observe the changes of the levels of CRP and IL-6 during oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT). Results: The peak of serum levels of CRP and IL-6 in the patients of DM control group and lower dosage group appeared 1 h after OGTT and were significantly higher than the 0 h value (P

Objective:To explore the effect of postoperative coping style on marital quality and spouse post-traumatic growth in breast cancer patients. Methods:A total of 80 breast cancer patients who underwent radical mastectomy and chemotherapy in Department of Breast Surgery in Tongling Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2016 to June 2021 were selected and they were followed up for 0.5 to 1.0 year. Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire (MCMQ) , Olson Marital Quality Questionnaire (ENRICH) and Posttraumatic Growth Inventory (PTGI) were used to investigate patients and their spouses. A total of 80 questionnaires were distributed and 80 valid questionnaires were recovered, with an effective recovery rate of 100%. The correlations among medical coping, marital quality and spouse's post-traumatic growth in 80 breast cancer patients were analyzed. Results:ENRICH score and PTGI score of spouse in 80 breast cancer patients were positively correlated with the face dimension score of MCMQ ( r=0.549-0.693, P<0.05) , and negatively correlated with the avoidance and yield dimension score ( r=-0.256--0.391, P<0.05) . In the mediating effect model, the regression coefficients of multiple linear regression analysis were all significant ( P<0.05) . The indirect effects of facing, avoiding and yielding coping styles on spouse's post-traumatic growth and marital quality were 0.382, 0.183 and 0.079 (95% CI did not include 0) , and the relative effects were 47.04%, 22.54%, and 9.73%, respectively. Conclusions:Face is the main coping style of breast cancer patients after surgery. The face coping style is not only positively correlated with the quality of marriage and the level of post-traumatic growth of spouse, but also plays a mediating effect between them. For spouses of patients with poor post-traumatic growth level, the quality of marriage can be improved by improving the level of post-traumatic growth of patients' spouses and the coping ability of patients.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy, bleeding profile and safety of low-dose levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system (LNG-IUS 8) in Chinese healthy women of childbearing age. Methods A multi-center,open-label,single-arm clinical trial conducted at 16 centres in China enrolled 773 healthy women of childbearing age (mean age 31.6 years old, range 18 to 40 years old),who demanded contraception, from April 2006 to June 2013.All women placed LNG-IUS 8 for 3 years and then been followed up at 3,6,9,12,18,24,30,36 months. The efficacy variables including pregnancy rate and expulsion rate were analyzed using life table, while observing adverse events (AE) to evaluate the safety. The bleeding profile happened during the study was assessed using 90-day reference intervals (World Health Organization criteria). Results Eight pregnancies occurred among 773 women, resulting in a overall Pearl index of 0.42 per 100 women years. The 3-year cumulative pregnancy rate was 0.37 per 100 women years and the 3-year cumulative expulsion rate was 1.99 per 100 women years. The number of women with bleeding/spotting reduced and the bleeding/spotting days declined over time.Totally 219 AE were reported related to LNG-IUS 8 placements. The most common AE were vaginal bleeding (8.2%,63/773)and the ovarian cyst (6.2%,52/773).LNG-IUS 8 had an improving effect on dysmenorrhea that the percentage of women with dysmenorrhea as well as the days of dysmenorrhea decreased over time. The percentage of women satisfied or very satisfied with LNG-IUS 8 was 87.2% (622/713).Conclusion LNG-IUS 8 is highly effective and safe for Chinese healthy women of childbearing age.
