To explore the origin and prevention of myopia from disfunction of internal organs and obsrtuction of channels.According to the research of ancient literature on relationship between internal organs/channels and myopia, and in the combination with research on neuroelectrophysiology, hemorheology molecular biology and clinic study, the feasibility of treatment on myopia from dysfunction of internal organs and obstruction of channels were analyzed.Dysfunction of internal organs and obstruction of channels played an increasingly important role in the occurring and developing of myopia. In the treatment of myopia, the role of internal organs and channels must be emphasized.

6 cases(2 males to 4 females) who have received mandibula reconstruction with free vascularized fibular flaps in our hospital were studied retrospectively. The average length of the fibula grafts was 8.0 cm(range from 7.0 to 14 cm). 3 cases received primary insertion of osteointegrated dental implants into the free fibula flap. The mean follow-up of six cases of patients was 3 months to 1 year. The success rate was 100%. All patients spoke clearly. 4 patients could eat normally, the other two could eat soft food. 5/6 of patients with the recovery of facial appearance was satisfied. All patients were able to walk normally. No ankle unstability was reported. Vascularized free fibula flap is confirmed to be one of the optimal methods for mandible reconstruction by our study.

The studying in the department of medical imaging is a vital part of the standardized training for resident, which is important to make appropriate and efficient training schedule for the improvement of residents' diagnostic capability. At present, the standardized training for resident doctors of traditional Chinese medicine is lack of enough attention and effective teaching plan.In view of the current situation of poor imaging basis, short rotation time and the lack of educational programs in clinical doctors of traditional Chinese medicine,we achieved significant training effect through a series of systematic training programs such as using the theory of teaching,PPT teaching, informatization teaching, individuation teaching and so on.

This study is aimed to evaluate the clinical application of the millimeter wave and magnetism light compound therapy. The EHF-98B MMW. RL compound therapy apparatus made in the University of Electronic Technology(Chengdu) was used in 171 patients. The superficial, skin lesions or the visceral reflected skin regions (acupoints) were directly exposed to the light from the apparatus. All the cases were divided into five groups, namely skin mucosa superficial lesions, trauma of the bone and joint soft tissue, surgical incision, ENT infections, and rare intricate diseases. The therapeutic effects observed in the groups were analyzed and evaluated by means of 4 levels. As for the 171 patients, the cure rate was 42.7% (73 patients), the effective rate 25.1%(43 patients), the improvement rate 31%(53 patients), and no effect constituted 1.2%(2 patients). The total effective rate was 98.8%. This therapy was especially effective for treating chronic cervicitis, cervical erosion, soft tissue trauma, surgical incision. Also it was effective for treating some rare intricate diseases, e.g. sterility, vitiligo, Behcet disease. So the millimeter wave and magnetism light compound therapy may find wide clinical applications.

Chinese Journal of Modern Nursing 2014;20(32):4069-4071
Objective To analyze and discuss the correlations between different areas of corneal thickness and ICare rebound tonometer ( RBT ) .Methods Totals of 108 volunteers were selected as the subjects.Corneal thicknesses (central cornea, 2mm distance of corneal limbus nasal side and temporal side,) were measured by using optical coherence tomography ( OCT) , and intraocular pressure of different corneal areas were measured with RBT.The correlation of corneal thickness and intraocular pressure in different corneal zones were analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis. Results Thicknesses in central cornea,2 mm distance of corneal limbus nasal side and temporal side were (527.84 ±32.93), (551.31 ±35.40) and (533.91 ±34.42)μm, respectively.Numbers of IOP were (16.39 ±5.31), (16.37 ±5.48) and (16.44 ±5.72) mmHg, respectively.Central corneal (r=0.319,P<0.01), nasal side (r=0.267,P<0.05),temporal side (r=0.299, P <0.02 ), positive correlation was found between corneal thickness and intraocular pressure. Conclusions Corneal thickness of different areas will affect measurement results of intraocular pressures by using ICare rebound tonometer.

Chinese Journal of Modern Nursing 2019;25(9):1166-1168
Objective? To explore the effects of different postures on intraocular pressure (IOP) in patiernts with glaucoma. Methods? Totally 100 patients admitted in the Department of Ophthalmology, Beijing Tiantan Hospital, Capital Medical University between April and July 2018 were selected by convenient sampling. Icare rebound tonometry was ued to measure the patients' IOP when they lay on the back (0°, 10°, 20°, 30°) from 19:00 to 21:00. Results? There was statistically significant difference in the IOP of patients with different postures (P<0.05). There was statistically significant difference in the IOP of patients laying on the bak at different angles (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the IOP laying on the bak at 10°,20° and 30° (P>0.05). Conclusions? The moderately elevated the head of the bed during the sleep of patients helps to improve and control the IOP at night.

Objective:To explore the effect of hypnotic music therapy in reducing eye pain in patients with diabetic retinopathy undergoing panretinal photocoagulation (PRP) .Methods:From January 2019 to January 2020, 60 diabetic retinopathy patients undergoing PRP admitted to Beijing Tiantan Hospital, Capital Medical University, were selected as the research object. Patients were divided into the control group and intervention group using the random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. Control group carried out routine high-quality nursing, and intervention group implemented hypnotic music therapy on the basis of control group. We observed the pain (Visual Analogue Score, VAS) , pain nursing satisfaction (Patient Satisfaction Scale) , anxiety (Self-rating Anxiety Scale, SAS) and depression (Self-rating Depression Scale, SDS) of the two groups of patients after PRP.Results:The pain scores of the 4 quadrants of the retina after PRP in intervention group were lower than those in control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P< 0.05) . The SAS score and SDS score of intervention group after intervention were lower than those of control group, the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05) . The pain nursing satisfaction score of intervention group was higher than that of control group, and the difference was also statistically significant ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:The application of hypnotic music therapy can reduce the degree of pain during the operation of diabetic retinopathy patients undergoing PRP, relieve anxiety and depression, improve nursing satisfaction, and enable patients to cooperate well with treatment.
