Objective To investigate the clinical and neuroimage characteristics of reversible posterior leukoencephalopathy syndrome (RPLS) in Chinese elderly patients. Methods The characteristic clinical presentation and neuroimaging of 5 elderly patients with RPLS were retrospectively analyzed. Results There were one male and four females in this study, with the average age of (63.0±2.4) years, all combined with hypertension. The most common clinical presentations were abnormality of visual perception (5 cases), headache (4 cases), epileptic seizure (4 cases), disturbance of consciousness (3 cases), pathological reflex (2 cases) and hemiplegia (2 cases). CT scan showed 4 cases with low density lesions. MR1 scan showed 5 cases with occipital lobe lesions, 2 with parietal lobe lesions and 1 with temporal lobe lesions. Re-examination of CT scans showed that 4 survived patients became normal at mean (48.8±29.2) days after discharging from hospital. Conclusions The etiologies of RPLS are diverse. The vasogenic theory is supported by neuroimage of RPLS. Neuroimage may be very important for the diagnosis of RPLS. Diffusion-weighted imaging and apparent diffusion coefficient map may be helpful for differential diagnosis between RPLS and cerebral infarct.

Objective:To explore the effect of rehabilitation training based on the theory of reaching standards in patients with cervical cancer. Methods:From January 2018 to December 2019, convenience sampling was used to select 80 patients with cervical cancer in the Department of Gynecology of Ningbo Women & Children's Hospital as the research object. According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into observation group and control group with 40 cases each. The control group carried out routine nursing, and the intervention group conducted rehabilitation training based on the theory of reaching standards on this basis. The General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES) and Quality of Life Core Questionnaire of European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer (EORTC QLQ-C30) were used to evaluate the intervention effect. Results:Before the intervention, there was no significant difference in the total scores of GSES and EORTC QLQ-C30 in each field between the two groups of patients ( P>0.05) . After the intervention, the total score of GSES of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05) . The scores of physical functioning, role functioning, emotional functioning, cognitive functioning, and global health in EORTC QLQ-C30 of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . The scores of fatigue, pain, insomnia, diarrhea, and constipation were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:Rehabilitation training based on the theory of reaching standards can improve the self-efficacy of patients with cervical cancer and the quality of life of patients.

Objective:To explore the effect of STEM (science, technology, engineering, mathematics) education in the teaching of Comprehensive Nursing Practice course, which is integrated with the concept of social work. Methods:The course of Comprehensive Nursing Practice integrated with the concept of social work was constructed, and two classes of Batch 2019 nursing undergraduates in our university were selected as the research objects, including 46 students in the control group which took traditional teaching, and the other 43 students in the research group which took STEM teaching. Both groups were taught for 2 months (28 class hours). The teaching process, teaching summary and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were evaluated. SPSS 25.0 was used for t-test, Chi-square test and rank-sum test. Results:The scores of STEM literacy, practical ability, inquiry consciousness, learning condition, participation and enthusiasm in the research group were higher than those in the control group ( P < 0.05). After teaching, the scores of problem-solving ability, work display and theoretical knowledge of the research group were higher than those of the control group ( P<0.05). The students in the research group were more satisfied with teaching than those in the control group ( P<0.05). Conclusion:The construction of Comprehensive Nursing Practice course with the concept of social work and the application of STEM education can improve students' learning ability, learning effect and their satisfaction with the course teaching.

? Objective? To explore the effects of group intervention model based on self-disclosure theory on burden of main caregivers among stroke patients. Methods? From January 2015 to January 2016, we selected 60 main caregivers of stroke inpatients from Department of Neurology and Neurological Rehabilitation in Seventh People's Hospital of Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine as subjects by convenience sampling. All of the patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the admission time, 30 cases in each group. Observation group received group intervention model based on self-disclosure theory. Control group carried out routine nursing instruction. Burden and life quality were evaluated with the Zarit Caregiver Burden Interview (ZBI) and World Health Organzation Quality of Life Assessment Instrument Brief Version (WHOQOL-BREF) before and five weeks after intervention. Results? There were statistical differences in the total score of ZBI and the scores of two dimensions (personal burden and responsibility burden) of main caregivers of stroke patients in observation group before and after intervention (P<0.05). There was no statistical difference in the total score of ZBI and the scores of two dimensions (personal burden and responsibility burden) of main caregivers of stroke patients in control group before and after intervention (P>0.05). The differences in the total score of ZBI and the scores of two dimensions of main caregivers of stroke patients were statistical between two groups after intervention (P<0.05). There were statistical differences in the total score of WHOQOL-BREF and the scores of two dimensions (psychology and social relations) in observation group before and after intervention (P<0.05). There were statistical differences in the total score of WHOQOL-BREF and the scores of social relations in control group before and after intervention (P< 0.05). There were statistical differences in the total score and scores of physiology, psychology and social relations between two groups before and after intervention (P< 0.05). Conclusions? The application of group intervention model based on self-disclosure theory in main caregivers of stroke patients can effectively reduce caregivers burden and improve their quality of life.
