1.Preoperative hematological indexes used to evaluate the prognosis of gastric cancer patients

Gastric cancer is a high-risk tumor in China,with high malignant degree,high mortality and poor prognosis.Hematological indexes are preoperative routine examination with low prices.Hematological indexes (such as tumor markers,inflammation index,etc) can be used to overall evaluate tumor size,depth of invasion,lymph node metastasis and recurrence of gastric cancer patients,which are helpful for us to better understand the surgical risks,and take preventive measures and improve the survival rate.
2.Association between XPC Lys939Gln (A/C) gene polymorphism and the susceptibility of gastric cancer:a Meta-analysis

Objective To explore the association between Xeroderma pigmentosum complementation C group (XPC) Lys939Gln (A/C) gene polymorphism and the susceptibility of gastric cancer.Methods By searching PubMed,Cochrane Library,Elsevier,Springer-Verlag,China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Chinese Biomedical Literature Data,VIP Database and Wanfang Database,all eligible case-control studies published up to September 2015 were selected and the quality of each article was valuated by two reviewers independently according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.Meta-analysis was performed by using STATA 12.0 software.Odds ratio (OR) and 95% confidence interval (CI) were calculated.The text was estimated for the subgroup analysis,sensitivity analysis and publication bias test.Results A total of 7 case-control studies were included,including 2 336 cases with gastric cancer and 3 502 controls.The Meta-analysis showed that compared with the allele A,the allele C increased the risk of gastric cancer (OR =1.09,95% CI:1.01-1.18,Z =2.12,P =0.034);compared to the genotype AA,the homozygous model (CC) and dominant model (CC + AC) also increased the risk of gastric cancer (CC vs.AA:OR =1.19,95% CI:1.00-1.42,Z =2.00,P=0.046;CC+ACvs.AA:OR=1.12,95%CI:1.00-1.25,Z=2.03,P=0.042).The Meta-analysis showed the statistical significance between XPC Lys939Gln (A/C) gene polymorphism and the gastric cancer risk in subgroup of Asian people (C vs.A:OR =1.10,95% CI:1.01-1.20,Z =2.28,P =0.023;CC vs.AA:OR=l.21,95%CI:1.01-1.46,Z=2.02,P=0.043;CC +AC vs.AA:OR =1.13,95% CI:1.01-1.27,Z =2.11,P =0.035) and the source of community in the control group (C vs.A:OR =1.11,95% CI:1.01-1.21,Z=2.25,P =0.024;CC vs.AA:OR =1.23,95% CI:1.02-1.50,Z =2.12,P =0.034).Conclusion XPC Lys939G1n (A/C) gene polymorphism may be associated with the susceptibility of gastric cancer,and genotype CC,CC + AC and allele C can increase the risk of gastric cancer.
3.Association between XPC rs2228000 (C/T)polymorphism and the susceptibility of breast cancer:a Meta-analysis

Objective To quantitatively examine the relationship between xeroderma pigmentosum complementation C group (XPC)rs2228000 (C /T)polymorphism and the susceptibility of breast cancer. Methods The relevant case-control studies published up to December 2015 which investigated XPC rs2228000 (C /T)polymorphism and breast cancer risk were identified by searching PubMed,Cochrane Library,Chinese Biomedical Literature Data,Wanfang Database,China National Knowledge Infrastructure and VIP Database. Meta-analysis was conducted using STATA 12.0 software and odds ratio (OR)with its 95%CI were estimated. Results A total of 8 researches involving 9 case-control studies (3 850 breast cancer cases and 5 047 healthy controls) were included.The Meta-analysis showed that there was statistical association between XPC rs2228000(C /T)variance and breast cancer risk in the homozygous model (TT vs.CC:OR =1.28,95%CI:1.08-1.52,Z =2.80,P =0.005)and recessive model (TT vs.TC +CC:OR =1.23,95%CI:1.05-1.43, Z =2.64,P =0.008),but not in the allele model,heterozygote model and dominant model.In the subgroup of ethnicity and genotyping methods,the different significant correlation was existed between them under Asian and PCR-RFLP in genetic models (T vs.C:OR =1.21,95%CI:1.05-1.40,Z =2.63,P =0.009;TT vs. CC:OR =1.55,95%CI:1.13-2.13,Z =2.70,P =0.007;TT +TC vs.CC:OR =1.26,95%CI:1.02-1.55,Z =2.19,P =0.028;TT vs.TC +CC:OR =1.39,95%CI:1.04-1.87,Z =2.23,P =0.026).We also found significant association between them in subgroup of population-based controls in the homozygous model (TT vs.CC:OR =1.27,95%CI:1.02-1.57,Z =2.16,P =0.031).Conclusion XPC rs2228000 (C /T)polymorphism may be associated with the susceptibility of breast cancer,especially in Asian,and gene-type TT may increase the risk of breast cancer.
4.MRI Features and Its Clinical Significance of Bone Contusion in Knee

Objective To discuss the MRI features and its clinical significance of bone contusion in knee joint.Methods MR images of injuries of knee in 40 cases were retrospectively analyzed,the complications were reviewed simultaneously.Results 69 lesions of bone contusion in 40 cases were discovered,of them,Ⅰ type was in 38 and Ⅱ type was in 31, in company with fractures were 24 in 22 cases and ligament injury was in 33 cases.Conclusion The present of bone contusion is prompt to the bone injuries,MRI is of significant value in showing bone contusion and its complications in knee.
5.Progresses of intravoxel incoherent motion DWI in evaluation of treatment response of tumors

Intravoxel incoherent motion (IVIM) can distinguish the molecular diffusion from the pseudo-diffusion of microcircular perfusion to obtain true diffusion coefficient (D),pseudo-diffusion coefficient (D*) and perfusion fraction (f),which are sensitive to detect alterations in cellularity and microcirculation perfusion.IVIM can also evaluate early therapeutic effects,optimize treatment plan,predict prognoses,and provide information for choosing appropriate treatment methods.In this paper,the principle of IVIM and its application in tumor response evaluation were reviewed.
6.Role of lipsomal clodronate on apoptosis of Kupffer cell in rat with acute necrotizing pancreatitis

Objective To investigate the apoptosis of Kupffer cell (KC) induced by lipsomal clodronate in rat with acute necrotizing pancreatitis (ANP). Methods Lipsomal clodronate was prepared by means of thin film, the model of ANP was established by injection of 5% sodium taurocholate of 4 ml/kg into the pancreatic capsule. The Kupffer cells were obtained from ANP rat. After exposure to different doses of lipsomal clodronate (0, 50, 100, 150 μl) , then the proliferation and apoptosis of KC was measured by MTT, flow cytometry and agarose gel electrophoresis of DNA. Results The prepared lipsomal clodronate had an average size of 100~200 nm, the spherical shape of liposome was uniform and confirmed by transmission electron microscope. When exposed to different concentration of lipsomal clodronate for 24 h, the growth suppression rate was 17. 4% , 24. 2% and 31. 1% , respectively, while the apoptosis rate of the KC was (14. 12 ±0.37)% , (18.74±0.43)% and (27.51 ±0.39)%, respectively; the difference was statistically significantly (P<0. 01) , the DNA of KC began degradation and gradually showed clear and characteristic ladder. Conclusions Lipsomal clodronate could induce apoptosis and suppress the growth of Kupffer cells in ANP rats.

8.Intervertebral wedge osteotomy to treat scoliosis and kyphosis

Objective To compare the feasibility and efficacy of intervertebral wedge osteotomy and pedicle subtraction osteotomy (PSO),vertebral column resection (VCR),Smith-Petersen osteotomy (SPO) for the treatment of severe kyphosis and scoliosis.Methods The data of 38 cases of severe kyphosis and kyphoscoliosis were retrospectively analyzed from January 2010 to February 2016,including 22 males and 16 females.According to the osteotomy mode,PSO,SPO,VCR and intervertebral disc wedge osteotomy were used to collect the average number of fixed phases,volume of bleeding,length of stay,length of hospital stay,improvement of main cobb angle,improvement of ODI score,and Frankel classification to evaluate the efficacy.Results There were no significant differences in the overall operative time between the four groups.The average number of fixation in 18 patients with SPO was (9.4±3.9) segments,the blood loss was (3 000±410) ml,the average Cobb angle was improved by 55.3%± 9.5%,the average postoperative hospitalization was (14.6±4.9) days,the improvement rate of ODI was 42.1%±7.4%,all the patients were improved to Frankel E;The average number of fixation in 5 patients with PSO was (7.6± 1.5) segments,the blood loss was (4 360± 1 161) ml,the average Cobb angle was improved by 58.9% ± 15.1%,the average postoperative hospitalization was (18.2±7.0) days,the improvement rate of ODI was 41.3%±9.6%.One Frankel C patient was improved to Frankel D,others remained to be Frankel E as the same as pre-operation;The average number of fixation in 4 patients with VCR was (6.2±2.6) segments,the blood loss was (3 750+ 1 848) ml,the average Cobb angle was improved by 83.9%± 10.9%,the average postoperative hospitalization was (21±7.2) days,the improvement rate of ODI was 39.6%± 18.1%.Three Frankel D patients were improved to Frankel E and one Frankel C patient was improved to Frankel D;The average number of fixation in 11 patients with IWO was (7.1 ± 2.7) segments,the blood loss was (2855±1046) ml,the average Cobb angle was improved by 59.6%±22.05%,the average postoperative hospitalization was (13.5±2.7) days,the improvement rate of ODI was 51.3%±8.3%.One Frankel C patient was improved to Frankel D,eight Frankel D patients were improved to Frankel E,other patients remained to be Frankel E;The mean follow-up time was 25.2 months in 11 patients underwent intervertebral wedge osteotomy.All the patients had successful spinal fusion and no failure of internal fixation.Conclusion Intervertebral wedge osteotomy for the treatment of scoliosis and kyphosis could reduce surgical injury to obtain good biomechanics and surgical result.
9.Study on improved algorithm for multimodal medical image fusion based on discrete wavelet transform

Objective To propose an improved discrete wavelet transform (DWT ) and to apply it in multimodal medical im‐age fusion .Methods Firstly ,the source medical images were initially transformed into the high frequency and low frequency images by DWT ;then the high frequency part adopted the big direction absolute values ,which effectively preserved the detailed informa‐tion of image ,while the low frequency part used the fusion rule of local energy ratio for preserving the most of image information ;finally ,the discrete wavelet reverse transform was used for reconstructing the fusion sub‐images into fusion image .Results By comparing the fusion images by 3 groups of medical images ,this proposed algorithm was superior to other existing algorithms in the aspects of subjective visual effect and objective evaluation indicators .Conclusion The proposed algorithm of medical image fusion is rapid and accurate ,has excellent performance in the noise environment and clinical examples ,can obtain the high quality fusion im‐age and has higher clinical application value .
10.Clinical Study on Medicated Thread Moxibustion of Traditional Zhuang Nationality Medicine ;Combined with Shugan Jianpi Decoction for Cirrhosis Ascites

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of medicated thread moxibustion of traditional Zhuang nationality medicine combined with Shugan Jianpi Decoction for cirrhosis ascites. Methods Sixty patients with cirrhosis ascites were randomly divided into observation group and control group by random number method, 30 cases in each group. The treatment group received medicated thread moxibustion of traditional Zhuang nationality medicine combined with Shugan Jianpi Decoction and regular Western medicine; while control group only received regular Western medicine. Two weeks was a course of treatment. The liver function (ALT, AST, TBIL, ALB, A/G), ascites integral changes and improving time of main clinical symptoms (abdominal distension, pain, anorexia, fatigue) were observed. The clinical curative effects of two groups were evaluated with 3 months of follow-up. Results The liver function (ALT, AST, TBIL, ALB, A/G) in the treatment group after treatment was significantly improved, and the ascites integral decreased, which was better than the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). The improving time of main clinical symptoms in the treatment group was significantly shorter than the control group (P<0.05);The clinical effective rate was 90.00%(27/30) in the treatment group and 76.67% (23/30) in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Medicated thread moxibustion of traditional Zhuang nationality medicine combined with Shugan Jianpi Decoction has good efficacy for cirrhosis ascites.
