Objective　To study the relationship between the changes of cytosine，thymine，guanine（CTG）repeat numbers and brain stem BAEP,SEP and VEP in patients with myotonic dystrophy（DM） and their family members.Methods　The repeat numbers of CTG，BAEP， SEP and VEP of DM gene were determined by PCR amplification and DNA hybridization in 5 patients with DM and 16 members from 3 families.Results　The repeat numbers of CTG in 10 normal persons were 30，BAEP，SEP and VEP were normal.The repeat numbers of CTG in 5 patients with DM were over 85，two cases of them were over 1605，they were significantly higher than the normal persons.4 cases in 16 family members were normal,CTG repeat numbers of 12 cases were over normal genes,CTG repeat numbers were related to clinical symptom, BAEP，SEP and VEP.Conclusion　The gene diagnosis of DM was found to be consistent with its clinical symptom，the changes of BAEP，SEP and VEP.

Objectve To find out an effective method for treatment of postoperative wounds of the patients with anal and rectal diseases.Methods Cryoprecipitate was smeared over postoperative wounds of the patients with anal and bowel diseases(the experimental group),and the mean healing time,infection rates and hemostatic effect were observed and compared to the patients who were treated by routine medicine(the control group).Results The mean healing time of patients with hemorrhoid,anal fistula and perianal abscess was shorter than the control group by 5.68 days,6.01 days and 1.87 days respectively.And the infection rates of the experimental and control group were 9.18%(9/98)and 44.68%(42/94)respectively,significant difference between them was found( P

Objective:To investigate the inhibitory effect of RXRγ and RARβ on the growth of human gastric carcinoma cell line SGC7901 treated by RXR agonist(9-cis-RA). Methods:The human gastric carcinoma cell line SGC7901 was treated with 9-cis-RA, and then the morphological changes were observed by H-E staining. The cell growth was detected by MTT assay. The apoptosis and the cell cycle progression were analyzed by flow cytometry. The expressions of RXRγ and RARβ were detected by immunocytochemistry staining and western-blot assay. Results: HE stain showed that the SGC7901 cells were sparser with the increasing concentration of 9-cis-RA. The growth of SGC7901 cell was inhibited by 9-cis-RA at the concentration of 20 μmol/L in time and dose depended manner. The apoptotic rate of the tumor cells increased after 72 hours at the concentration of 20 μmol/L 9-cis-RA and the tumor cells were arrested in G0/G1 phase. Immunocytochemistry and Western-blot assay showed that the expressions of RXRγ and RARβ increased after 72 hours, compared with those of negative control group. Conclusion: RXR agonist 9-cis-RA can inhibit the growth of SGC7901 cells via inducing cell apoptosis through upgrading the expressions of RXRγ and RARβ.

Objective:To investigate the occurrence of antenatal anxiety and possible influencing factors,and analyze its relationship with spontaneous delivery.Methods: 590 healthy puerperal women who delivered in Taihe hospital during Dec 2007 and Dec 2008 were randomly selected and investigated for their psychological status,with T-A1 anxiety scale and SDS depression scale employed.Results: 569 effective questionnaires were gathered,with 114 cases divided into the anxiety group and 159 cases into the depression group.Influencing factors of antenatal anxiety include fear of delivery,worry about the safety of babies,understanding of delivery knowledge,puerperal age,and the family financial status.Conclusion: Factors including a relatively older age of primipara,poor financial status,insufficient support from family,worry about the safety of oneself and baby,and fear for delivery pain all have close connections with antenatal mental disorders.Meanwhile,antenatal mental disorders have a direct influence on delivery quality and the choice of delivery modes,and increase the failure rate of spontaneous delivery.

Objective To discuss the application of Occupational Functioning Model (OFM) in occupational therapy teaching. Methods The students in grade 2009 and 2010 for their course of Occupational Therapy Clinical Application were included. The former were taught in routine way, and the latter were taught with OFM. They were investigated with questionnaires of satisfaction of course and teaching. Results There were 94.1% of the students felt beneficial in the clinical thinking, 86.3% in the comprehensive quality. There was more in the grade 2010 than 2009 of students reported to be benefited in such as guidance of the occupation mode for the clinical practice, independent thinking, clinical thinking, and the capability of evaluation and plan of systemic rehabilitation (P<0.05). Conclusion OFM may help students to understand occupational therapy deeply, develop the clinical thinking, and improve the comprehensive quality.

Objective:To explore the way to separate and culture eutopic and ectopic endometrial glandular cells and their stromal cells,providing an in vitro cell model of endometriosis for study of its mechanism. Methods:Digestion,filtration and sedimentation were used to isolate and culture the eutopic and ectopic endometrial glandular cells and their stromal cells. The estrogen level was imatated to study the way of promoting cell growth. Morphological characters of eutopic and ectopic endometrial cells were examined using optical microscope. Results:The success rate of separation and culture of normal control endometrial glandular cells and its stromal cells was 91.7%(11/12);of eutopic endometrial glandular cells and its stromal cells of endometriosis was 93.8%(15/16);of etopic endometrial glandular cells and its stromal cells of endometriosis was 75.0%(12/16) . Conclusion:The cultured eutopic and ectopic endometrial cells is more like human body feature than the endometriosis model of animals. So the isolation and culture of eutopic and ectopic endometrial glandular cells and their stromal cells may serve as an in vitro experimental model.

OBJECTIVE:To determine the equilibrium solubility and the apparent partition coefficient of sulfamethazine(SM2) in a series of phosphate buffer solutions of different pH so as to provide a basic study for the exploitation of SM2 preparation.METHODS:A series of buffer solutions of different pH were prepared.The apparent solubility was determined by saturation method;Ko/w was calculated with concentration ratio of SM2 in n-octanol and water phase after partition equilibrium.RESULTS:The maximum equilibrium solubility was 1.916 g?L-1 at pH 2 and 1.375 g?L-1 at pH 9,and the maximum of apparent partition coefficient was 3.9070 at pH 8.CONCLUSION:The equilibrium solubility and apparent partition coefficient of SM2 are correlated to pH of the medium.SM2 dissolved preferably when pH6.8,but SM2 was more distributed in the lipid phase and easier to be absorbed by body when pH=3～8.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the compatible stability of Voriconazole for injection after mixed with Fructose injec-tion or Invert sugar injection. METHODS:Referring to package inserts,Voriconazole for injection 200 mg was dissolved with Wa-ter for injection to 20 mL,and then combined with Fructose injection 250 mL and Invert sugar injection 250 mL,respectively. At room temperature,the appearance of mixtures were observed 0,1,2,3,4,5 h after mixing,and pH value and the number of in-soluble particles were determined;the content of voriconazole was determined by HPLC. RESULTS:Under above condition,the appearance and pH value of mixtures had no significant change within 5 h;the number of particles ≥10 μm and ≥25 μm were all in line with the standard of Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2015 edition);the relative content of voriconazole was decreasing (95.28%-100%),but it changed within ±5%(RSD<2%,n=6). CONCLUSIONS:Voriconazole for injection could keep stable within 5 h after mixed with Fructose injection or Invert sugar injection.
