Object High overlap of data window is essential to improve axial resolution in elastogaphy.However, correlated errors in displacement estimates increase dramatically with the increase of the overlap, and generate the so-called "worm" artifacts. This paper presents a wavelet shrinkage de-noising in strain estimates to reduce the worm artifacts at high overlap. Methods Each of axial strain A-lines was decomposed using discrete wavelet transformation up to 3 levels. The high frequency components of every levels of wavelet coefficients were quantified by using soft threshold function according to different adaptive thresholds. Then the discrete wavelet reconstruction were performed to produce a wavelet shrinkage denoised strain line. Results The simulation results illustrated that the presented technique could efficiently denoise worm artifacts and enhance the elastogram performance indices such as elastographic SNRe and CNRe. Elastogram obtained by wavelet denoising had the closest correspondence with ideal strain image. In addition, the results also demonstrated that wavelet shrinkage de-noising applied in strain estimates could obtain better image quality parameters than that apphed in displacement estimates. The elastic phantom experiments also showed the similar elastogram performance improvement. Conclusion Wavelet shrinkage de-noising can efficiently denoise the worm artifacts noise of elastogram and improve the performance indices of elastogram while maintaining the high axial resolution.

Objective To evaluate the blood-saving effect of combination of hemocoagulase artox for injection and tranexamic acid (TXA) in patients undergoing off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting (OPCABG).Methods Eighty ASA Ⅱ patients (NYHA Ⅰ or Ⅱ),aged 50-70 yr,weighing 50-100 kg,scheduled for elective OPCABG,were randomly divided into 4 groups (n =20 each):control group (group C),hemocoagulase atrox for injection group (group H,n =20),TXA group (group T) and hemocoagulase atrox for injection + ·TXA group (group HT).Hemocoagulase atrox 0.04 U/kg (the highest dose 4 U) was injected at 20 min before skin incision,and additional hemocoagulase atrox 2 U was given every 2 h starting from 15 min after administration of protamine until the end of operation in group H.TXA 20 mg/kg was injected intravenously at skin incision,followed by a continuous infusion of TXA at 10 mg· kg-1 · h-1 until the end of operation in group T.Hemocoagulase atrox and TXA were given as the method described in groups H and T.Venous blood samples were taken from the central vein before operation,at the end of operation,and 24 h after operation to determine the plasma D-Dimer concentration.The amount of blood loss,allogeneic red blood cells and plasma infused during operation,volume of drainage during 0-6 and 6-24 h after operation,total volume of drainage and volume of allogeneic blood transfused during operation were recorded.The deep vein thrombosis was recorded.Results Compared with group C,the amount of blood loss during operation was significantly decreased in groups T and HT,and the allogeneic red blood cells and plasma infused during operation,and volume of drainage during 0-6 and 6-24 h after operation,and total volume of drainage were significantly decreased in groups H,T and HT (P ＜ 0.05).Compared with groups H and T,the allogeneic red blood cells and plasma infused during operation,and volume of drainage during 0-6 and 6-24 h after operation,and total volume of drainage were significantly decreased in group HT (P ＜ 0.05).No deep vein thrombosis was observed in the 4 groups.Conclusion The combination of hemocoagulase artox for injection and TXA provides better blood-saving effect than either alone for the patients undergoing OPCABG without increasing the risk for thrombosis.

AIM: To investigate the possibility of 3T3 fibroblast growth on blood fibrin clot in culture medium with recombinant human basic fibroblast growth factor (rhbFGF). METHOD: Growth of the cells on blood fibrin clot was studied by phase-contrast, scanning and transmission electron microscopy and by Giemsa stain and MTT assay. RESULTS: The optimal concentration of rhbFGF for proliferation and survival of the cells was 100 ng/mL. The cells also grew on blood fibrin clot scaffold in the low-serum medium containing 100 ng/mL rhbFGF, and a greater number of the cells survived after 48 hours incubation compared to that after 24 hours. The elongated filopodia appeared to bridge the gaps among the fibroblasts after 24 hours incubation. Further incubation to 72 hours, a greater number of platycytes were found to be joined together by lamellopodia. CONCLUSION: 3T3 fibroblasts could grow and survive on blood fibrin clot in the low-serum medium containing rhbFGF, and a combination of blood fibrin clot and rhbFGF may have over proportional effects on wound healing.

Objective:To investigate the impact of humanistic spirit cultivation on nursing students' ethics cog-nition. Method:Total 364 internship nursing students in 2010 were taken as the control group with the routine clini-cal teaching method, 381 in 2014 as the experimental group, not only a routine clinical teaching method but also to increase of their humanistic spirit culture. Results:Humanity spirit cultivation before and after practice nursing students in medical security system cognition difference is not significant, but in medical optimization, the patients right of informed consent, the life value differences of cognitive and ethical cognitive dimension score was statisti-cally significant ( P<0 . 05 ) . Conclusions:Humanistic spirit culture promote the practice of nursing students to raise the level of moral cognition foundation for humanity quality education and nursing ethics education, should further strengthen the diversification of internship training nursing students humanistic spirit.

Objective To investigate the pelvic floor in cystocele patients using translabial ultrasound,and discuss the ultrasound appearance.Methods Translabial 2D ultrasound was performed on 136 patients who were diagnosed or suspected as anterior vaginal wall prolapse or cystocele using pelvic organ prolapse quantitation system,the position of bladder,the retrovesical angle and urethral rotation were measured during maximum Valsalva maneuver.Cystocele subtypes were diagnosed according to the ultrasound findings.Results Translabial 2D ultrasound diagnosed 88 cases cystocele based on the position of bladder,retrovesical angle and urethral rotation,including ten cases cystocele type Ⅰ,32 cases type Ⅱ and the remaining 46 classified as type Ⅲ.Conclusions Translabial 2D ultrasound successfully acquired the ultrasonic characteristics of cystocele subtypes,which could provide imaging evidence for clinic diagnosis of this disease.

Objective To dynamically observe and evaluate the position and movement of anterior pelvic floor organs in vaginal delivery and selective caesarean section primipara with translabial two-dimensional 2D ultrasound and discuss the short-term effect of delivery mode on the anterior compartment of pelvic floor Methods Translabial 2D ultrasound was performed on selective caesarean section and vaginal delivery primipara in 6-8 weeks The position of bladder the existence of bladder neck funneling were observed and the mobility of bladder neck and the urethral rotation angle were measured during maximum Valsalva maneuver Results The mobility of bladder neck was larger in vaginal delivery group than selective caesarean section group during maximum Valsalva maneuver The rates of bladder neck funneling cystocele and stress urinary incontinence were higher in vaginal delivery group Conclusions Translabial 2D ultrasound could dynamically observe and evaluate the position and movement of anterior pelvic floor organ which could be used to assess the effect of delivery mode on anterior compartment of pelvic floor The short-term effect of vaginal delivery on anterior compartment of pelvic floor is greater than that of selective cesarean delivery.

Natural products are valuable resources for discovering new drugs. So far, screening bioactive compounds from organism extracts is still an important and challenging task. Traditional biometric guided method involves repeated fractionation steps and bioactivity tests, which are time-consuming, labor-consuming, and inefficient. Ligand fishing is a bioanalysis method for screening ligands from complex organism extracts based on intermolecular affinity interactions. It has the characteristics of strong specificity, high efficiency, and less requirement for sample pretreatment. In this review, we summarize the classification of ligand fishing strategy and its application in enzyme inhibitors screening. Finally, the development prospects of this technology are forecasted.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the technique and therapeutic effect for correction of sunken eyes combined with ptosis.

METHODSIn order to adjust the levator muscle tension and the relationship between levator aponeurosis and tarsus plate, multiple individualized treatment was selected, including levator aponeurosis restoration, levator aponeurosis plication, or shorten, or combination. Then the orbital fat was transferred to the depressed area, or autologous fat particles were collected and injected into the depressed area within the orbital fat fascia. After the orbital septum fascia was restored, the incision was closed primarily.

RESULTS15 cases (30 eyes) were treated. 11 cases were followed up for 6-40 months (average, 9.5 months) with satisfactory cosmetic and functional result. No recurrence of ptosis happened.

CONCLUSIONSOne-stage correction of sunken eyes combined with ptosis can be achieved with autologous fat injection or orbital fat transposition. Good cosmetic and functional result can be achieved.

Objective To analyze the distribution and drug resistance of 130 clinical strains of acinetobacter (A ) .baumannii in 2012 .Methods The bacterial identification and the susceptibility test were performed by using the micro-organisms identification and susceptibility plate produced by the Zhuhai Deere Company .The data were collected and statistically analyzed by the SPSS 17 .0 software .Results 130 strains of A .baumannii were isolated from 1 391 clinical samples during 2012 ,the detection rate was 9.35% .Thesamplesweremainlyderivedfromsputum(89.23% )andthedepartmentwasmainlydistributedinICU(46.15% ).A. baumannii isolates showed the lowest resistant rates to cefoperazone-sulbactam and polymyxin B ,which were 6 .9% and 7 .7% re-spectively .The drug resistance rate against the third-generation of cephalosporin commonly used in clinic was more than 70% .The resistant rates to imipenem and meropenem were 44 .6% and 58 .5% respectively .The drug resistance rates of A .baumannii isolates to 13 usual antibacterial drugs in ICU were significantly higher than those in non-ICU departments(P<0 .05) .Conclusion The re-sistance of A .baumannii to antibacterial drugs is gradually serious ,which should be paid high attention to in clinic ,and at the same time the comprehensive measures of prevention and control of hospital infection should be adopted to reduce the spread of drug-re-sistant bacteria .
