Objective To analyze the situation and change trend of health resources allocation of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM).Methods The agglomeration degree is used to analyze the situation and change trend of health resources allocation of TCM in different regionS.Results The regional disparity of health resource allocation of TCM is large,and the equity of health resources allocation according to geography and population needs to be further improved and optimized.Conclusion The availability of health resources of TCM should be improved,and the diversified needs of TCM in different regions be met.

Objective: To investigate the effect of acupuncture or moxibustion at acupoint Geshu (BL 17) on raising leukocyte and promoting marrow proliferation. Methods: Wister rats were selected to establish the leukopenia and immuno-suppression model by intraperitoneal injection of cytoxan (CTX). After they were grouped and treated, leukocyte and marrow karyocyte were counted in different phases to evaluate the effect of acupuncture or moxibustion at acupoint Geshu (BL 17) on raising leukocyte and promoting marrow hematopoiesis. Results: Acupuncture or moxibustion at acupoint Geshu (BL 17) and routine western medicine could all significantly raise leukocyte and increase marrow karyocyte. The curative effect was better in moxibustion group than in acupuncture group and in routine western medicine group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Moxibustion at acupoint Geshu (BL 17) can markedly raise peripheral blood leukocyte and marrow karyocyte of the leucopenia model in rats.

OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the efficacy of Yacovino repositioning maneuver in patients with anterior semicircular canal benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (ASC-BPPV). METHOD: Nine patients were diagnosed as ASC-BPPV from January 2013 to October 2014. All the patients were performed with Yacovino repositioning maneuver and the effective rate were evaluated by Dix-Hallpike tests. RESULT: Among the nine ASC-BPPV patients, 2 cases were successfully controlled by the first maneuver, 2 cases by the second time, and the nystagmus of 1 case was disappeared after 1 months' follow-up. The remaining 3 cases were respectively followed up till 7,8, 12 months with consistent positional downbeat nystagmus. CONCLUSION Being a relative low incidence disease, of ASC-BPPV also has low effective rate after Yacovino repositioning maneuver.

Objective To analyze the MRI characteristics of cavernous angioma of the epidural space in spine.Methods MR imaging features of cavernous angioma of epidural space in 3 cases confirmed by surgery-pathology were analysed with literature review . Results Among the three cases,the tumors located in the lumbar spine in one and in the thoracic spine in 2.The tumors were all at posterior to the spinal cord and shuttle-shaped,the major axis was consistent with the spinal ordinate axis,the corresponding plane spinal cords were compressed and resulting in distortion and shift.The tumors were high signal intensity on T_2WI,and obviously homogeneous enhanced after Gd-DTPA administration. Conclusion MRI examination is the best method to diagnose this kind of disease.

Objective To explore the relationship between postpartum depression and experiential avoidance of parturient and to provide empirical evidences for acceptance and commitment therapy in mental treatment of postpartum depression.Methods 309 pregnant women were assessed with self-made general information questionnaire,self-rating depression scale (SDS) and acceptance and action questionnaire-2nd edition (AAQ-Ⅱ) in predelivery periods and 3-7 days after childbirth respectively.Results AAQ-Ⅱ scores in the predelivery or postpartum depression group ((18.54±8.25),(19.07±7.82)) were higher than that in the normal group((15.47±7.03),(14.57±6.57)),and the difference was statistically significant(t=-3.15,-5.07,all P＜0.01).It was found that the predelivery or postpartum AAQ-Ⅱ scores were positively associated with the SDS scores of predelivery periods and postpartum periods respectively(r=0.34,0.34,0.24,0.42,all P＜0.01).Hierarchical multiple regression analyses were then conducted.In the first block,neonatal exceptional conditions and the predelivery SDS significantly explained variance in postpartum depression(β=0.09,0.62,all P＜0.01).In the second block,the predelivery AAQ-Ⅱ still had a significant effect on postpartum depression (β=0.13,P=0.006,△R2=0.01,P=0.006),despite control the age of parturient women,postpartum complication,neonatal exceptional conditions and the predelivery SDS.Conclusion A function to predict the occurrence of maternal postpartum depression is obtained from the experiential avoidance which is attributed to the risk of maternal postpartum depression.

Objective To study the protection of glutathione (GSH) on renal oxidative damage to mice which caused by mi‐crocystin‐LR(MC‐LR) .Methods Forty healthy KM mice were divided into five groups by randomly sampling ,which were saline control group ,GSH control group ,MC‐LR group ,low dose GSH +MC‐LR group and high dose GSH +MC‐LR group ,and the ex‐periment was lasting 15 days by intraperitoneal injection .Then we took out the kidney for pathological observation and detected the activity of CAT ,SOD ,GSH‐Px and the content of GSH ,MDA .Results Compared with control group ,the MC‐LR increased the content of MDA[(2 .31 ± 0 .22)nmol/mg prot ,P=0 .000] and decreased the content of GSH[(0 .68 ± 0 .02)mg/g prot] .The activi‐ty of CAT[(320 .54 ± 38 .99)nmol/mg prot] ,SOD[(180 .93 ± 15 .30)U/mg prot] ,GSH‐Px[(295 .11 ± 42 .40)U/mg prot](P<0 .05) .However ,after GSH was given ,compared with MC‐LR group ,MDA content[(1 .94 ± 0 .12)nmol/mg prot]of high dose GSH+MC‐LR group significantly decreased (P<0 .05) ,GSH content[(1 .01 ± 0 .08)mg/g prot ,(1 .08 ± 0 .16)mg/g prot]and CAT activity[(383 .46 ± 21 .98)nmol/mg prot ,(428 .50 ± 28 .61)nmol/mg prot] of both GSH groups significantly increased (P<0 .05) ,the activity of SOD[(222 .01 ± 11 .51)U/mg prot] and GSH‐Px[(358 .37 ± 20 .29)U/mg prot] of high dose GSH +MC‐LR group significantly increased (P<0 .05) .Conclusion MC‐LR may cause renal oxidative damage through promoting the lipid perox‐idation on renal cells .The GSH may reach a certain protective effect on kidney by reducing the lipid peroxidation ,improving the an‐tioxidant activity ,and removing oxygen free radicals .

The problems in traditional imaging film and its reporting process were described.A virtual printing server network and a self-service printing service model of image film and its reporting model,established by improving the traditional imaging film and reporting process,could shorten the waiting time of patients after examinations,reduce the errors in imaging film reports,and improve the working efficiency of staff.

Objective To explore the peptides that can mimic the blood type A antigen and evaluate the anti-A antibody detection value of these peptides.Methods The anti-A monoclonal antibodv (NaM87-1F6)was used to panning the phage clones from a phage display 12-mer peptide library.Positive clones were identified by phage ELISA,phage mieropanning methods.Phage DNA Was sequenced and the corresponding peptide sequences were deduced.Agglutination inhibition test WaS performed to assess the ability of phage clones to inhibit the binding between the type A red blood cell and the anti-A antibody. ABO-ELISA based on the selected peptides was compared with classical haemagglutination test jn the detection of senlm anti-A antibody.Results Seven positive clones were chosen after panning,phage ELISA and phage micropanning.Six clones displayed peptide EYWYCGMNRTGC(C5),the other one displayed peptide QIWYERTLPFTF(C17).The phages displaying the selected peptides could specifically inhibit agglutination of type A red blood cells(RBCs)by anti-A antibodies.In the ABO-ELISA based on C5 and C17,the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)Curve showed that area under curve(AUC)were 0.889 (P=0.000),0.75l(P=0.000)respectively.The Spearman correlation Coeffieient between the ABO-EliSA value and the antibody titer derived from haemagglutination assay were 0.743(P<0.01),0.664(P<0.01)respectively.As for C5,0.300 was the best cut-off for ABO-ELISA with 82.2% sensitivity and 83.3% specificity.As for C17,the sensitivity and specificity of ABO-ELISA was 68.9% and 63.3% respectively when the cut-off value was 0.250.Conclusions The peptides EYWYCGMNRTGC and QIWYERTLPFTF can mimic the blood type A antigenic epitope.ABO-ELISA based on these peptides has the potential for the detection of anti-A antibody.

Objective To systematically review the existing evidence about the effect of medial and lateral (crossed) entry pins versus only lateral entry pin fixation on the supracondylar fractures of the humerus in children.Methods Eligible studies were identified in Cochrane library,the Cochrane Bone,Joint and Muscle Trauma Group (till March 2011 ),Medline (from 1966 to March 2011 ),EMbase (from 1966 to 2011 ),CBM (from January 1979 to March 2011 ),PubMed,Wanfang Data (from 2000 to March 2011 ) and CNKI and the references of the included studies and several Chinese orthopedic journals were manually searched.Then,the randomized controlled trials (RCTs) and quasi-randomized controlled trials (CCTs) about two entries (crossed and only lateral pinning) for supracondylar fractures of humerus in children were collected.After evaluation of methodology with the enrolled studies,available data was extracted and systematic review was conducted via the method recommended by the Cochrane Collaboration.Results In total,five RCTs involving 311 patients were involved.Compared with the preoperative data,the meta-analysis results showed no significant difference in reduction stability in terms of change in Baumann angle and Carrying angle between the two groups.For the postoperative function outcome including complete reduction,Flynn grade and full return to function,no significant difference was found between the two groups.For the postoperative complications,there was no difference in the infection of pin tract,though lateral entry resulted in a significant lower incidence of the iatrogenic nerve injury compared with the medial and lateral entry.Conclusions With the Kirschner wire fixation for supracondylar fractures of humerus in children,current existing evidences indicate that the lateral entry of pinning has similar results in reduction stability,function outcome and incidence of pin tract infection compared with medial and lateral entry.Nevertheless,lateral entry,as a safe pinning technique,may effectively decrease the risk of iatrogenic nerve injury
