Among them to digoxin therapy on conventional therapy alone, in the experimental group were markedly drug treatment and corresponding nursing intervention, compared two groups of patients' medication compliance and quality of life score. Results the patients in the experimental group were 98.18% and 81.82% respectively, and the comparison groups were significantly different(P<0.05). The experimental group after treatment the patient's quality of life score of each dimension (physical function, psychological state, the doctor-patient relationship, independence, social relations, the personal faith and the general quality of life) were significantly better than the conventional group(P<0.05). Conclusion For elderly patients with heart failure to take scientific and reasonable method for nursing to improve the adherence of digoxin drugs, improve the quality of life, is worth popularizing practice.
4.Vacuum sealing drainage and adsorbing material in treatment of refractoriness wound in 40 cases
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2007;0(41):-
A total of 78 patients were recruited from Department of Orthopedics in the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from January to June in 2008.Forty patients admitted in odd day,and they received the therapy of vacuum sealing drainage including vacuum sealing drainage to dress wound and semipermeable film for vacuum aspiration, namely curing group;38 patients' hospital admission time was in even day,and they underwent a common therapy to dress a wound again, namely control group. Two groups of patients were compared addressing the free skin grafting, skin flap transfer or free skin flap transplantation. Results showed that the healing ratio of the curing group was higher,it's infection rate was lower, and the length of hospital stay was also shorter than the control group.Vacuum sealing drainage is a better method in clinical medicine to cure the refractoriness raw surface.
5.Effect of continual intervention on long-term therapeutic compliance of statins in elderly patients with coronary heart disease
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(9):110-111,113
Objective To analyze the effect of persistent nursing intervention on long-term therapeutic compliance of statins in elderly patients with coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 100 cases of elderly patients with coronary heart disease from December 24, 2015 to February 24, 2017 in Hangzhou city of Zhejiang Province, the Red Cross Hospital as the research object. They were divided into two groups by dynamic randomized odd number grouping. Two groups of patients were treated with statins for a long time, while were given general care, continuous care intervention, to explore the two groups of patients with lipid changes, the total effective rate of treatment, the incidence of adverse reactions, treatment compliance differences. Results Large differences are observed in lipid changes group and control group, the total efficiency of treatment and treatment compliance than the control group, the adverse reaction was lower than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Continuing nursing intervention has a certain effect of intervention in long-term treatment compliance of statins in elderly patients with coronary heart disease.

Objective To observe the changes of urinary microalbumin(UMA),and explore the relation between early impairment of renal function and level of UMA in patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS).Methods OSAHS patients(n=67)and healthy control subjects(n=82).Then body parameter, serum creatinine(SCr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),glomerular filtration rate(GFR)and UMA were determined in both groups.Furthermore, linear correlation was performed between UMA and body parameter,SCr,BUN,GFR and sleep-breathing parameters of patients with OSAHS,respectively. Results UMA level was higher in OSAHS patients than that in control subjects(P<0.01).UMA level in OSAHS patients was correlated positively with body mass index(BMI),apnea hypopnea index(AHI),percentage of sleep time below 90% oxygen saturation (SaO2<90%)and percentage of sleep time the total duration of apnea/hypopnea,respectively,and those were correlated negatively with the lowest SaO2 and the average lowest SaO2 respectively, but those had no correlativity with age, stature, waistline, neckline,SCr,BUN and GFR(P>0.05).Conclusions UMA level increases in patients with OSAHS.The detection of microalbumin in urine is helpful in early diagnosis in OSAHS renal damage patients.

[Objective]To establish a reproducible rat model of disc degeneration by puncturing the annulus with needles of defined gauges.[Method]Twenty skeletally mature male Sprague-Dawley rats were used to determine the depth of puncture by measuring anular thickness of lumbar disc.Twelve rats were carried out transperitoneal ventral surgery and anular stab was performed using a 21-gauge needle to make a full-thickness or partial-thickness stab incision in the L3、4,L4、5 and L5、6 anteriorlateral disc. The L6S1 level was used as a control.Magnetic resonance images scans of the stabbed discs and control discs were performed at 4,8-week time point and after MRI histological analysis were performed.[Result]The depth of puncture was respectively partial-thickness 1.5 mm and full-thickness 2.3 mm.The stabbed discs exhibited a decrease signal intensity from T2-weighted images starting at 4-week time point in full-thickness stab incision and 8-week in partial-thickness.Histological analysis revealed disc degeneration in both stab incision groups at 4-week time point and full-thickness stab incision displayed more severe degenerative changes compared with that of partial-thickness.[Conclusion]Full-thickness or partial-thickness anulus stab incision with needles of defined gauges is reliable, effective and reproducible to establish a rat model of intervertebral disc degeneration.
9.Value of Nuclear Factor-?B for Early Diagnosis on Neonatal Sepsis
Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2004;0(12):-
Objective To investigate the expression and the effect of nuclear factor-?B(NF-?B) in neonatal sepsis. Methods We separated 77 newborn infants into 3 groups, which were septic group (26 cases),non-septic group (31 cases) and control group (20 cases). NF-?B existed in PBMC was detected in 3 different periods, including at admission, after the 24th hour and 48th hour of admission, of the septic group and the non-septic group by flow cytometry. At the same time, the sample of the septic group and the non-septic group were drawn for blood cultures at admission before using antibiotics. Results The expression of NF-?B in septic group was more significant than that in the other 2 groups (P
