Objective To study the quality control method for Chanshukang granule. Methods TLC and HPLC method were used to identify the Chinese herbal medicines. The determination was carried on HPLC, using Kromasil C18 column (200 mm?4.6 mm, 5 ?m), ethanol-2% glacial acetic acid (40∶60) as mobile phase and detected at the wavelength of 324 nm. Results The Chinese herbal medicines, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Placenta Hominis and Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata, in granules were identified by TLC. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.625～3.750 ?g for ferulic acid. The contents in three batches were 0.054%, 0.037%, 0.042% respectively. The average recovery was 96.2% and RSD=2.37%. Conclusion The TLC method can be used for the quality control of four herbal medicines in the granule. The HPLC method is simple, sensitive, accurate and provides a certain evidence for controlling the quality of Chanshukang Granule.

Objective To investigate the role of ECRG2 gene in migration and invasion of human fibrosarcoma HT1080 cells. Methods Tet-on system was used to set up ECRG2-inducible cell clones.Knockdown of ECRG2 gene was done by stably expressing short hairpin RNA (shRNA) specific for ECRG2 mRNA in a highly invasive fibrosarcoma cell line HT1080. The expressions of ECRG2 proteins were detected by Western blotting assay. Wound-healing scrape assay and transwell invasion assay were performed to assess the effect of ECRG2 gene on the invasive properties of HT1080 in vitro. Results The most effective ECRG2siRNA interference and inducible was selected by Western blotting assay. Knockdown of ECRG2 gene significantly promoted the migration and invasion of HT1080 cells while expression of ECRG2 impaired the migration and invasion of HT1080 cells in vitro. Conclusion ECRG2 gene is correlated with the invasive and metastatic potential of fibrosarcoma carcinoma, and expression of ECRG2 induces the inhibition of migration and invasion of HT1080 cell line.

Objective To evaluate the clinic effect of two kinds of interventional intracavitary closure combined with deligation of varicose veins of lower extremity. Methods Seventy-five sick legs of 68 cases,23 sick legs of 21 cases accepted interventional intracavitary closure combined with high deligation, while 52 sick legs of 47 cases accepted interventional catheter electric coagulation combined with high deligation. Results The average hospitalization time was(2.7±1.4)days, lyins in bed time was 6 hours,12 sick legs(16.0%)suffered superficial skin mild numbness. The follow-up time was(7.3±3.0)months, all the varicose veins were occluded by color Doppler and no local recurrence was found. Conclusion Interventional intracavitary closure is a kind of safe, convenient and effective therapy to varicose veins of lower extremity.

Objective We aimed to assess systematically the effect of evidence-based nursing in the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage in puerpera of our country.Methods Relative literature was searched by computer at home according to the inclusion and the exclusion criteria,which was analyzed by RevManS.2 software,and literature selection and repetition was used according to the Note Express software.Results A total of 22 studies were brought into the study,the statistical result was analyzed by fixed effect model and the result was OR=0.29,95％CI (0.22,0.39),P ＜ 0.01.The sensitive analysis was carried out by replacement of statistical models,the result was OR=0.31,95％CI (0.24,0.42),P ＜ 0.01,which indicated that the result was stable and reliable.Conclusions The results of this study show that the application of evidence-based nursing can significantly reduce the postpartum hemorrhage rate in China,which is worthy of application in clinic.

Objective To assess systematically the effect of problem-based learning (PBL) versus traditional methods in nursing students.Methods Relative literature was searched by computer at home and abroad.according to the inclusion and the exclusion criteria,which were analyzed by RevMan5.2 software,and literature selection and repetition were used according to the Note Express software.Results A total of 9 studies of randomized controlled or not randomized controlled trial were brought into the study by random effects model.A total of 1 187 were collected into the study,574 in the experimental group and 613 in the control group.According to subgroup analysis showed by measurement scale,problem-based learning (PBL) can significantly improve the critical thinking ability of nursing students.The results had high stability and reliability.Conclusions PBL teaching method can significantly improve the critical thinking ability of nursing students,and provide a better learning method for clinical teachers and students,which is worthy of further promotion.

Objective To explore the construction and application effects of extended care form for children with epilepsy based on Omaha System.Methods Based on Omaha System,the form was established by referring medical records,literature review and three rounds of focus group discussion.From February to June,2016,48 children with epilepsy were selected as the observation group and received routine care as well as management using the form based on Omaha System;from August to December,2015,48 children with epilepsy were selected as the control group and received routine care and follow-up.The effects of intervention and scores of Family Management Measure were compared between two groups.Results Nursing issues in all domains for the observation group 3 months after intervention were lower than those during hospitalization except financial situation (P＜0.05);there was statistically significant difference in scores of knowledge-behavior-status of main nursing issues before and after intervention except cognition and mental health items (P＜0.05).Duration of hospitalization,expenditure,readmission rate,EEG results and scores of FAMM in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion The construction and application of the form based on Omaha System can provide references for longterm management for children.

Objective To investigate the effect of ear massage on blood pressure and sleep quality of hypertensive patients . Methods Two hundred and ninety-eight elderly hypertensive patients were nursed on the basis of conventional therapy. One hundred and forty-eight patients randomly selected were set as the experiment group, where they were given intervention of ear massage. Another one hundred and fifty patients were set as the control group and treated with conventional interventions. The two groups were compared in terms of blood pressure (systolic and diastolic blood pressure) after nursing interventions and the sleep quality (by Pittsburgh sleep quality index, PSQI). Result After intervention, the diastolic and systolic blood pressure values in the experiment group were both significantly decreased than before intervention (P<0.05) and the quality of sleep was significantly lower than that before intervention (P<0.05). Conclusion Ear massage can be effective in regulating blood pressure in elderly hypertensive patients and improving their quality of sleep.

Objective To discuss the clinical value of intercostal arterial embolization for the treatment of hemoptysis.Methods A total of 91 patients with hemoptysis were enrolled in this study.Intercostal arterial embolization was performed using gelatin sponge.The patients were closely observed after the operation.For recurrent cases,re-embolization was carried out after identifying the causes of relapse.Results A total of 111 operations were performed on the 91 patients,including embolization of the bronchial and intercostal arteries in 74 cases,and simple embolization of the intercostal artery in 17.The rate of immediate hemostasis was 98.9%(90/91).The patients were followed up for 8 to 14 months,during which the recurrent rate was 15.4%(14/91).No serious complication occurred during the follow-up.Conclusion By embolizing both bronchial and intercostal arteries,the efficacy of the procedure can be increased and the rate the recurrence decreased,as long as proper measures have been taken to avoid serious complications.
