Objectives To discuss mental health of fresh graduate students in China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences (hereinafter referred to as our academy); To provide psychological basis for education and management of graduate students. Methods All 2014 fresh graduate students in our academy took psychological test via SCL-90 and comparison was made between this result and normal results of Chinese graduate students. Results The primary psychological problems of graduate students from our academy were shown as obsessive compulsive disorder (14.02%), interpersonal barriers (7.32%), depression (8.54%), and anxiety (5.49%). Among the freshmen, psychological health level of doctor candidates is higher than that of master candidates . Mental health of fresh TCM graduate students is better than that of national college students, with statistical significance (P<0.01). Conclusion Mental health of TCM graduate students is better. There is specificity for TCM students’ mental health maintenance. Therefore, health maintenance for TCM students should make full use of advantages in TCM major.

Objective To promote the construction of a national party building indicator system for public hospitals, provide reference for the development of system documents such as quality evaluation methods for party building work in public hospitals. Methods Conduct a comprehensive and systematic collection, organization, and analysis of policy documents related to party building in public hospitals in China since 2018,and organize expert discussions. Results The positive coefficients of the three rounds of expert discussions were all 100%,and the expert authority coefficient was 0.878.A party building indicator system was constructed with 7 primary indicators and 40 secondary indicators, including leadership system and decision-making mechanism, leadership team and cadre talent team construction, grassroots party organization construction, party member team construction, medical ethics and clean governance construction, party building work guarantee, and others. Conclusion The indicator system has been unanimously recognized by experts and is authoritative and feasible, laying the foundation for the refined party building work in public hospitals.

OBJECTIVE:
To investigate the B lymphocytes(CD20) and T-lymphocyte subsets (CD4, CD8) expression and clinical significance in chronic rhinosinusitis.
METHOD:
Immunohistochemical technique was applied to detect the expression of the B lymphocytes (CD20), helper T lymphocytes (CD4) and the cytotoxic T lymphocyte (CD8) in 15 patients with chronic rhinosinusitis without nasal polyps group (CRSsNP). 12 patients of chronic nasal sinusitis with nasal polyp (CRSwNP), 7 cases of recurrent CRSwNP group and 13 patients with inferior turbinate mucosa in the control group. The Mann-Whitney U test was used to analyze CD)20, CD4 and CD8 between the experimental groups and the control group. One- Way ANOVA was used to compare the lymphocyte infiltration between the experiment groups.
RESULT:
Patients with CRS had higher infiltration of the B lymphocytes (CD20) and T lymphocyte subsets (CD4, CD88) than the patients of the control group (P < 0.05). The expression of T lymphocyte subsets (CD4, CD8) in CRSwNP and recurrent CRSwNP groups was significantly higher than in CRSsNP (P < 0.05). The expression of CD4 in the recurrent CRSwNP group was obviously higher than that in CRSsNP and CRSwNP (P < 0.01).
CONCLUSION
The B lymphocytes, helper T cells and cytotoxic T cells have the high expression in CRS groups, which involved with the formation of inflammation. Furthermore nasal polyps are closely related to T lymphocyte infiltration.
