OBJECTIVE To approach pathogens and precaution strategy of nosocomial pneumonia in patients with myasthenia gravis.METHODS Forty cases of myasthenia gravis from Jan 2003 to Dec 2006 in a certain hospital were involved in the retrospective review.Patients with myasthenia gravis and nosocomial pneumonia were selected out in accordance with diagnostic criteria of nosocomial pneumonia.Risk factors and pathogens of infection were analyzed.Precaution strategy was formulated.RESULTS There were 26 patients with nosocomial pneumonia among 40 cases of myasthenia gravis.Pathogens isolated from sputum culture were all drug resistant strains.Gram-negative bacteria such as Klebsiella pneumoniae,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Escherichia coli,etc were the most,accounted for 51.85%(84 strains).The next was Gram-positive bacteria,accounted for 33.33%(54 strains).Fungi ranked the third,accounted for 14.81%(24 strains).CONCLUSIONS Precaution and cure measurement should be adopted to prevent and control the occurrence of nosocomial pneumonia in patients with myasthenia gravis.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of combined treatment of children with hand foot and mouth disease Yanhuning combined with interferon, psychological intervention. Methods 80 children with HFMD in our hospital from January 2015 to March 2017 were selected,and according to the different treatment and nursing intervention divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each groups. control group with routine nursing intervention in the observation group, interferon, interferon ,psychological nursing intervention mode of Yanhuning; the two groups of children with mental state improvement of clinical symptom, clinical resolution the treatment time and total efficiency, and the relevant data for comparative analysis. Results The psychological nursing mode of interferon Yanhuning (observation group) the clinical effect is better than that of interferon plus routine nursing intervention in children with hand foot and mouth disease (control group) the clinical effect of intervention, the psychological state of patients better than the control group, the clinical symptoms disappeared time was shorter than the control group, the total efficiency of treatment was higher than the control group, there was statistical significance the difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Children with HFMD selection effect of interferon psychological nursing intervention model of Yanhuning significantly, can effectively improve the clinical symptoms in children with mental state, fades in a short time, it is worthy of widely used intervention in children with hfmd.

Objective To understand patients' needs of health education and explore the information nursing health education model through investigation of the inpatients' health education need.Methods Inpatients in department of neurology were investigated by a self-designed questionnaire that involved 21 items.171 copies of effective questionnaires were collected and went through analysis.Results 61.99 percent of patients pointed out that nurses didn't understand their need for health knowledge.47.95 percent of nurses had never asked patients how they felt about hospitalization before health education.Television was the main channel to get knowledge about health for patients,but the patients believed that the health knowledge from healthcare workers was the most reliable way.Conclusions To carry out targeted and information nursing health education integrated with psychological nursing can promote health education work.

Objective To evaluate the effects of dexmedetomidine on the expression of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1 ) during cerebral ischemia-reperfusion (I/R ) in rats .Methods Thirty-six male Sprague-Dawley rats , aged 8-12 weeks ,weighing 280-320 g ,were randomly divided into 3 groups ( n= 12 each ):sham operation group (group S ) , cerebral I/R group (group I/R ) and dexmedetomidine group (group D ) .The animals were anesthetized with 10% chloral hydrate 3.5 ml/kg .The focal cerebral ischemia was induced by middle cerebral artery occlusion using a nylon thread with rounded tip inserted into internal carotid artery and advanced cranially until resistance was met .In group D ,dexmedetomidine 3μg/kg was injected intravenously immediately after beginning of ischemia ,followed by infusion at 3μg·kg-1 ·h-1 for 120 min ,while the equal volume of normal saline was given in group I/R .Four rats from each group were chosen at 24 ,48 and 72 h of reperfusion , and blood samples were taken from the left ventricle to determine the concentrations of serum S100B protein .The rats were then sacrificed and the brains were removed to determine the expression of TNF-αand ICAM-1 in brain tissues .Results Compared with group S ,the concentrations of serum S100B protein were significantly increased , and the expression of TNF-α and ICAM-1 in brain tissues was up-regulated in I/R and D groups ( P<0.05) .Compared with group I/R ,the concentrations of serum S100B protein were significantly decreased , and the expression of TNF-α and ICAM-1 in brain tissues was down-regulated in group D ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusion The mechanism by which dexmedetomidine reduces the cerebral I/R injury is related to down-regulation of TNF-αand ICAM-1 expression in rats .

Objective To study changes in neural stem cell proliferation in ischemic brain tissue after cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury treated with mild hypothermia. Methods The middle cerebral arteries (MCA) of Sprague-Dawley rats were occluded for 2 hours, then reperfused for 3, 7, 11, 14, 18 and 28 days. Using immunohisto-chemical staining, the bromodeoxyur-idine ( BrdU)-positive cells in the brain tissue of the operationally intervened side were examined in a sham-operation group, a control group, and in rats treated using mild hypothermia. Results There were a few BrdU-positive cells in the sham-operated rats, but there were obviously more in the mild hypothermia group than in the control group. The peak period for proliferation of neural stem cells in the ischemic brain tissue was longer in the mild hypothermia group than that in the control group. Conclusion Mild hypothermia may promote proliferation of neural stem cells in ischemic brain tissue after cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury.

AIM: To investigate the expression of CD40 and CD40 ligand(CD40L) during myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury in rats. METHODS: In the rat modal with myocardial ischemia/reperfusion(MI/R),the changes of CD40 and CD40L expression in blood and myocardial tissues were detected by flow cytometry and immunohistochemistry, respectively. There were seven animal groups in the study, including the normal group ( n= 3), the ischemia 30 min group(I 30 min , n= 6),the ischemia/reperfusion 1 min,5 min,10 min,20 min and 30 min groups(each group, n= 6). Objective To observe the effects of hysteroscopic transcervical resection of endometrium combined with levonorgestrel-relea-sing intrauterine system in the treatment of adenomyosis. Methods Clinical data of 62 cases with adenomyosis from January 2009 to January 2011 were randomly divided into 2 groups with 31 cases each. The observation group was given hysteroscopic transcervical resection of endo-metrium ( TCRE) combined with levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system( LNG-IUS) ,the control group was given LNG-IUS. All patients were followed up in 0,1,3,6,12 months after treatmenting with LNG-IUS. The menstrual blood volume,score of VAS,volume of uterus, CA125 and the levels of serum reproductive hormone were analyzed before treatment and after treatment. Results After the therapy,the cur-ative effects of controlling menorrhea were improved and the the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0. 05). The VAS scores were significantly decreased after the therapy in the two groups, but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P<0. 05). The level of CA125 in the observation group was significantly lower than the pretherapy,which was better than that in the control group (P<0. 05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in the volume of uterus after treatment and the levels of serum FSH,LH,E2 and P(P>0. 05). Conclusion It is exact effect to treat adenomyosis by TCRE combined with LNG-IUS,which can prevent dripping bleeding induced by application of LNG-IUS effectively.

In this paper,we analysed the plain film of spine and CT bone mineral density(BMD)of lumbar vertebral body in 63 Chinese osteoporotic women. There are 29 and 34 cases with and without fracture respectively in these patients. The average value of BMD in the fracture group was markedly lower than that of the non fracture group (P=0.0006).We suggested that 95mg/cm￣3 may be taken as an appropriate fracture threshold for Chinese elderly women, There were 18 and 45 cases with and without heterogenous calcification respectively in these patients.A significant difference of BMD was found between the two groups(P

Objective To develop an information gathering soft-ware platform for spleen system inquiry of TCM, and to discuss the practicability and feasibility of applying computer technology to standardizing management of TCM inquiry data. Methods Based on the TCM Spleen System Inquiry Scale, combined with clinical practice of TCM diagnosis and treatment, an inquiry information gathering soft-ware platform for TCM spleen system was designed. The platform was interfaced with B/S structure, and in the use of computer programming languages, the platform possessed the good functions of data collection, storage, query, export and print, etc. In addition to this, by calling the correct algorithm, it contents users with analysis and statistics on the target data set. Results The platform designed has been initially equipped with the functions of collecting, storing, inquiry, deleting, modifying, exporting and printing the inquiry-based four diagnostic data for TCM spleen system diseases. And to some extent, it also achieves standardization and objectification of the collection of TCM Spleen System Inquiry Scale. Conclusion It is practicable and feasible to applying computer technology into standardizing management of TCM inquiry informations. Besides, it could act as the direction for the research of TCM four diagnostic data in the future.
