1.Analysis of Naringin in Jinji Hubu Pill by HPLC
Traditional Chinese Drug Research & Clinical Pharmacology 1993;0(03):-
Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatographic method for the determination of naringin in Jinji Hubu Pill. Methods HPIC was performed on Kromasil C18 column(4.6 mm? 200 mm,5 ? m).The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water(18:82) with the flow rate of 1.0 mL? min-1,and the detective wavelength was at 283 nm.Results The linear range was 1.24~ 30.96 ? g/mL.The average recovery of naringin was 100.7 % with corresponding RSD=0.6%.Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive, and accurate, and can be used for the determination of naringin in Jinji Hubu Pill.

OBJECTIVE:To explore a comprehensive drug quality evaluation method so as to provide constructive suggestions for the production and quality inspection of drugs.METHODS:The quality inspection data of 198 batches of flupentixol and melitracen tablets collected automatically by Laboratory Information Management System(LIMS) in Guangdong institute for drug control in 2008 were analyzed statistically, and the drug quality indexes were computed and the drug quality was analyzed comprehensively.RESULTS:Of all the quality items, the content uniformity showed the maximum impact on the quality of the tablets, followed by the content determination item, with disintegration time item showing the least impact on the quality of the tablets.CONCLUSIONS:LIMS is a powerful tool in collecting large quantities of drug data, and the quality index serves as an effective means for the evaluation of drug quality.

Objective To investigate the role of pulmonary ventilatioa/perfusion imaging in evaluating thrombolytic therapy in pulmonary embolism (PE).Methods Pulmonary ventilation/perfusion imagng was performed before and one week and three months after thrombolytic therapy in 43 patients with acute PE.Results Among 421 abnormal pulmonary segments in 43 PE cases,199(47.3%) and 231(54.9%) segments were restored to normal 1 week and 3 months later (P<0.05).Of two groups, more abnormal pulmonary segments were restored to normal in those with less than one week's onset (P<0.01).Conclusion As a non-invasive diagnostic method, pulmonary ventilation/perfusion imaging plays an important role in evaluating the therapeutic effectiveness of thrombolytic therapy in patients with PE.
