Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2015;(19):2939-2940,2941
Objective To observe the curative effect of Weifuchun combined with Shenqifuzheng pills in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods 85 cases patients were divided into the control group of 42 cases and the treatment group of 43 cases. The control group were treated with omeprazole enteric -coated capsules and colloidal bismmth pectin, while the treatment group were treated with Weifuchun and Shenqifuzheng pills. The course of treatment was two months. The patients were treated by endoscopy and pathological review after the treatment, then the datas were comparedwith that before treatment. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 67.44%,which of the control group was 40.48%,the was statistically significant difference between the two groups (χ2 =6.22,P <0.05).The symptom scores of stomach tingling, stomach fullness, facial darkness, anorexia and melena in the two groups had statistically significant differences (t =6.14,P <0.05).Conclusion Weifuchun combined with Shenqi-fuzheng pills have good curative effect in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis. It should be popularized in clinic.

BACKGROUND: Vascular restenosis alter carotid endarteractomy (CEA) is an important factor affecting curative affect ofoperation.OBJECTIVE: To explore the role of matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) mRNA dynamic expression in the development of early vascular restenosis after carotid endarterectomy.DESIGN, TIME AND SETTING: A random grouping contrast observation was completed in the General Hospital of Beijing Military Area Command of Chinese PLA from February 2006 to December 2007. MATERIALS: Forty-one healthy male New Zealand rabbit, weighing about 3.0 kg, with 36 ones used for preparing carotid atherosclerotic stenosis (CASS) models. experimental group, each 6 of the CASS rabbit models (n =36) were selected at the time points of hour 4, day 1, 3, 7, 30, and 90 following CEA respectively. Then they were fixed with 40 g/L polyoxymethylene perfusion and stained with hematoxylin-eosin to observe their morphologic changes.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: The expression changes of MMP-9 mRNA were observed dudng the development of early vascular restenosis by the quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction technique preoperatively as well as at day 1, 3 and 7 following CEA.RESULTS: Several stages could be seen in the reparative process of neointima after CEA, including the thrombosis, the inflammatory reaction, the repair of endothelium, the proliferation of vascular smooth muscle call, the formation and accumulation of extracellular matrix. MMP-9 mRNA was expressed since day 1, reached a peak at day 3 and then decreased significantly at day 7 postoperatively.CONCLUSION: MMP-9 plays an important role in the proliferation, migration and reconstruction of vascular smooth muscle calls, the mediated reconstruction of local blood vessels, as well as the development of vascular restenosis.
3.Application of methylation detection of SEPT9 gene in early diagnosis of colorectal cancer
Journal of International Oncology 2018;45(7):440-443
SEPT9 gene belongs to a member of SEPT gene family. In recent years,it has been found that SEPT9 gene is highly methylated in colorectal cancer cells.Detecting SEPT9 gene methylation in the development of colorectal cancer, the application of different specimen types for the detection of SEPT9 gene methylation and the development of SEPT9 gene methylation detection methods can provide evidence for early diagnosis of colorectal cancer.

A recombinant strain Escherichia coli DH5alpha(pMD19-glnA) including Bacillus subtilis glnA gene was constructed. Capillary electrophoresis and nuclear magnetic resonance were used to determine qualitatively the product of transformation by recombinant strain, and the relative level of mRNA expression of glnA was also determined by fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR. Subsequently, SDS-PAGE (polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis) was used to analysis the relative level of protein. Surprisingly, there was no increase of glutamine production in this recombinant strain, but an obvious increase in the GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid ) production. It was showed in the experiment that protein expression of the glutamine synthetase did not increase, although glnA gene can be transcribed normally in this recombined strain. The phenomenon of exogenous glnA gene interfering metabolism of Escherichia coli was worthy of further study.

Journal of Clinical Pediatrics 2018;36(5):348-351
Objective To explore the relationship of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) performance in juvenile dermatomyositis (JDM) with clinical characteristics, especially serum muscle enzyme abnormalities. Methods The images of 50 cases of JDM were reviewed, and the affected skin, subcutaneous connective tissue, muscle fascia and muscle were evaluated. The range of muscle edema under MRI images was categorized into 1-3 grades from mild to complete involvement. By comparing the MRI classification with muscle enzyme, we aim to reveal the linkage between the degree of muscle damage and the levels of muscle enzymes. The sequence of MRI examination of the thigh included rapid spin echo sequence FSE T1W, and the fat suppression sequence STIR in both coronary and axial position. Results In the 50 cases of dermatomyositis, there were 49 cases of muscle edema, 28 cases of myofasciitis, 9 cases of subcutaneous connective tissue inflammation, and 4 cases of thickening skin. Of 49 cases of muscle edema, there are 16 cases in grade 1, 24 in grade 2 and 9 in grade 3. The median value of all muscle enzyme in the grade 2 group was higher than that in the other two groups, and the value of AST was statistically significant, P<0.05. Conclusions The detection rate of JDM using MRI is high, which can help judge the severity and range of involvement. The MRI findings of JDM mainly demonstrated muscle edema, mostly moderate degree, followed by muscular fasciitis.
