Objective To investigate the correlations between obsessive-compulsive symptoms and autism-spectrum quotient and explore if systemizing is the mediator between them. Methods With Padua Inventory (PZ) ,AQ and Systemizing Quotient (SQ), 1901 college students were assessed with stratified random sampling survey. Results Compared with the femal students, score of systemizing in male students had a significant increase ( (26. 773 ± 9.225 )vs (22.017 ± 7 ± 934), P ＜0.01 ). AQ total score was significantly positive correlated with PI total score( r=0. 336, P＜0.01 ),and correlation was also found among SQ,AQ and PI in different degrees. the mediating effect of systemizing was significant. The regression equation was AQ = 18. 942 +0. 064PI -0. 022SQ (P ＜ 0.01 ). Conclusion There are positive correlation between obsessive-compulsive symptoms and AQ in college students, and systemizing is the mediator between above symptoms.

Purpose To analyze retrospectively the clinicopahological characteristics and immuophenotype in 120 cases of pulmonary selerosing hemangioma ( PSH) . Methods Data of 120 cases of PSH were collected and reviewed, including gross features and frozen diagnosis, histopathological features, morphology in HE and immunohistochemical characteristics of tumor cells. Results PSH pres-ents a well-circumscribed mass with a sense of expansion after cutting, which showed a solid, grey to tan-yellow surface with foci of haemorrhage. Two kinds of tumor cells and four typical patterns with mixed forms, are often shown under light microscope (92/120, 76. 67%). Focal accumulation of histocytes and scattered mast cells were noted in some cases (83/120, 69. 17%). Both surface cells and round cells were TTF-1 and EMA positive. Surface cells expressed SP-A, CK and NapsinA. Round cells expressed vimentin. Conclusion Gross features and typical“two cell types, four patterns” contribute to PSH diagnosis. Meanwhile, foal accumulation of foam histocytes and scattered mast cells show a clue to PSH diagnosis and differential diagnosis.

Objective:To compare the difference and correlation of HPLC and enzyme-multiplied immunoassay test( EMIT) for the determination of CsA in human whole blood. Methods:A total of 119 clinical samples at different concentrations of CsA were collected and respectively determined by HPLC and EMIT. The difference and correlation of the two determination methods were investigated. Results:There was significant difference in the blood concentrations of CsA determined by HPLC and EMIT(P<0. 05). CsA concen-tration determined by EMIT was 26. 2 ng·ml-1 higher than that determined by HPLC, and 95% CI was (14. 6-37. 7) ng·ml-1 . A satisfactory correlation was achieved between the two methods(r=0. 997 4). Conclusion:There is statistically significant difference in the CsA concentration in whole blood respectively determined by EMIT and HPLC. Attention should be paid to CsA monitoring by E-MIT and HPLC, and relevant adjustment should be carried out.

Objective To analyses the misdiagnostic reasons of inverted papilloma of the nose and paranasal sinuses by CT.Methods 10 patients with inverted papilloma of the nose and paranasal sinuse,to be misdiagnosed by CT before surgery were analysed.Results The CT findings of inverted papilloma of the nose and paranasal sinuses were the crawling growths of soft-tissue mass in the one side of the nose and paranasal,there were slight to moderate enhancement and probably with destruction of bone and osteosclerosis.Conclusion The rate of CT misdiagnosis of inverted papilloma in nose and paranasal sinuse can be reduced if we are strictly followed the operational rules and to do CT contrast enhance scan.

Objective To evaluate the effect of captopril and isoflurane preconditioning on cell apoptosis during myocardial ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) in rabbits.Methods Forty New Zealand white rabbits of both sexes,weighing 1.8-2.5 kg,were randomly divided into 5 groups (n =8 each) using a random number table:sham operation group (group S),group I/R,isoflurane preconditioning group (group I),captopril preconditioning group (group C) and captopril and isoflurane preconditioning group (group C + I).The animals were anesthetized with 3％ pentobarbital sodium 30 mg/kg.Myocardial ischemia was induced by occlusion of the left anterior descending branch of coronary artery for 30 min followed by 120 min of reperfusion.1.1％ isoflurane was inhaled for 30 min followed by 15 min washout before myocardial ischemia in group I.Captopril 25 mg/kg was given through a gastric tube into the stomach at 24 h before myocardial ischemia in group C.Captopril 25 mg/kg was given through a gastric tube into the stomach,24 h later 1.1％ isoflurane was inhaled for 30 min followed by 15 min washout,and then myocardial ischemia was performed in group C + I.The rabbits were sacrificed at the end of reperfusion and myocardial specimens were removed for microscopic examination and observation of ultrastructure,and for determination of the expression of Bcl-2 and Bax proteins (by Western blot).The apoptosis rate was detected by flow cytometry.Bcl-2/Bax ratio was calculated.Results Compared with group S,the apoptosis rate was significantly increased,the expression of Bcl-2 and Bax proteins was up-regulated,and Bel-2/Bax ratio was decreased in I/R,I,C and C + I groups (P ＜ 0.05).Compared with I/R,I and C groups,the apoptosis rate was significantly decreased,Bcl-2 protein expression was up-regulated,Bax protein expression was down-regulated,and Bcl-2/Bax ratio was increased (P ＜ 0.05),and the pathological changes were significantly attenuated in group C + I.Conclusion Regulation of Bcl-2/Bax ratio and inhibition of apoptosis in myocardial cells are involved in the mechanism by which isoflurane and captopril preconditioning reduces I/R injury in rabbits.

Objective To observe the abnormality of gray matter volume and density in patients undergoing postoperative delirium (POD).Methods Forty-seven cases of aged patients, 26 males and 21 females, aged 60-75 years, ASA physical status Ⅱ or Ⅲ, were selected.On the third day after operation, cognitive function estimation was performed.The patients were assigned into group POD and group C according to whether POD occurred and brain magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scanning was implemented.The discrepancy in gray matter volume and density between the two groups were compared using voxel-based morphometry method (VBM).Correlation analysis was performed between the corresponding parameters in the regions where notable differences between the two groups existed and minimum mental state examination (MMSE) score were found.Results Global gray matter volume of group POD was notably lower than that of group C (P<0.01).Cerebrospinal fluid volume of group POD was significantly higher than that of group C (P<0.01).Gray matter volume of bilateral frontal gyrus and right parahippocampus was remarkably reduced in group POD (P<0.001).Gray matter density of bilateral hippocampus and right parahippocampus decreased significantly (P<0.001).Right parahippocampal gray matter volume was positively correlated with MMSE score in POD patients (P<0.05).Conclusion Structural abnormality in frontal regions, hippocampus and parahippocampus may play an important role in pathogenetic and developing process of POD.Gray matter volume in the right parahippocampus may be one of reference index for POD severity.

OBJECTIVE: This study aimed to explore the relationship among expression of Survivin and MRP and drug resistance in NPC. METHOD: Expression of Survivin were detected by immunohistochemistry method in 45 cases of NPC and 24 cases of normal mucous membrane of nasopharynx (NMMN). The relationship between expression of Survivin and pathological factors in NPC were analysized. Expression of Survivin and MRP were detected in 31 patients of NPC with paclitaxel resistance and 20 patients of NPC without paclitaxel resistance. The relation- ship among the expression of Survivin or MRP and paclitaxel resistance in NPC were analysized. The paclitaxel resistance cell line, 5-8F-PTX(+); was established by a step-increased method. The expression of Survivin and MRP were detected by western blot in 5-8F-PTX(+) and 5-8F. RESULT: The positive were 71. 1% (32/45) in NPC and 8.33% (2/24) in NMMN. And there were significantly differences between them (P < .05). There were relationship among expression of Survivin and differentiation degree, lymph node metastasis, distant metastasis, and clinic stages of NPC. The positive were 75.9% (31/39) in moderately differentiated NPC and 16.7% (1/6) in lowly differentiated NPC, respectively. There were significantly differences between them (P < 0.05). The positive of Survivin were 83.9% (26/31) in NPC patients with paclitaxel resistance and 45.0% (9/20) in NPC patients without Paclitaxel resistance, respectively. There were significantly differences between them (P < 0.05). The positive of MRP were 87.1% (27/31) in NPC patients with paclitaxel resistance and 40.0% (8/20) in NPC patients without paclitaxel resistance, respectively. There were significantly differences between them (P < 0.05). There were positive correlation between the expression of Survivin and MRP in NPC patients with Paclitaxel resistance. The expression of Survivin and MRP were higher in 5-8F-PTX(+) than in 5-8F. The IC50 of paclitaxel, cDDP, 5-FU and Vincristine were significantly higher in 5-8F-PTX(+) than in 5-8F. CONCLUSION There were relationship among the expression of Survivin and difference, metastasis and TNM stages of NPC. Survivin may serves as a molecular marker for development and progress in NPC. There were relationship among the high expression of Survivin and MRP and increasing of drug resistance in NPC.

Objective To investigate the prevalence of hypertension in Keshan disease endemic areas in China,in order to provide evidence for making the policy in hypertension prevention and control for the most disadvantaged people in China.Methods Using non probability sampling method,50 counties with the highest prevalence rate of Keshan disease were selected in the 13 provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) investigated in the 2012 national monitoring of Keshan disease,and in each county 2 villages were selected as the survey sites.Survey respondents aged over 18 years old were selected as the survey subjects.The prevalence of hypertension in residents was investigated through questionnaire investigation and clinical physical examination.The diagnostic criterion for hypertension was based on the 2010 Chinese Guidelines for the Management of Hypertension.Results A total of 45 165 adults aged 18 years and older were surveyed and 12 329 patients with hypertension in total were found,and the prevalence rate of hypertension was 27.3％.Among which the prevalence of men and women was 27.4％ (5 163/18 868) and 27.3％ (7 166/26 297),respectively.The prevalence rates of hypertension increased with age (x2 =4 132.3,P ＜ 0.05).Among different categories of hypertension,the proportion of grade one hypertension was the largest [33.4％ (4 116/12 329)],and differences between different proportions were significant (x2 =1 586.0,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions The prevalence of hypertension in Keshan disease endemic areas is significantly higher than the national average level.The prevention and control of hypertension in vulnerable groups in the rural areas and Keshan disease areas should be emphasized.

Objective To investigate the change of cardiac troponin Ⅰ (cTn Ⅰ),interleukin (IL)-6 in patients undergoing cardiac valve replacement and compare the degrees of fentanil,sufentanil,and remifentanil on myocardial protection and inhibiting effect of inflammatory.Methods Forty-eight patients,undergoing cardiac valve replacement,were randomly divided into three groups (n =16):remifentanil (group R),sufentanil (group S),and fentanil (group F).All the patients were total intravenous anesthesia of midazolam,opioid,vecuronim,and propofol.Different opioids were used in each group.Group R was induced with remifentanyl 1 ～2 μg/kg and maintained at a rate of 1 ～4 μg/(kg · min).Group S was induced with sufentanyl 1 ～2 μg/kg and maintained at a rate of 1 ～4 μg/(kg · h).Group F was induced with fentanyl 5 ～ 10 μg/kg and maintained at a rate of 10 ～30 μg/(kg · h).Blood samples were taken before anesthesia (T0),twenty minutes after aortic declamping (T1),the end of operation (T2),6 h (T3),and 24 h (T4) after cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) for determination of plasma concentration of troponinⅠ and IL-6.Results Compared to T0,cTn Ⅰ and IL-6 in three group at T1,T2,T3 were significantly higher (P ＜ 0.05),cTn Ⅰ reached the peak level at T4 (P ＜ 0.05),IL-6 reached the peak level at T3 (P ＜ 0.05).Compared to group F,cTn Ⅰ and IL-6 in groups S and R at T1,T2,T3,and T4 decreased significantly (P ＜0.05).Conclusion Compared to fentanil,sufentanil and remifentanil had comparative advantages on lessening myocardial injury and inhibiting effect of inflammatory for patients who are undergoing cardiac valve replacement.
