Objective: To understand the moderating effect of cohabitation with parents on the association between peer dating behavior and sexual behaviors among secondary vocational school students, so as to provide a scientific basis for preventing sexual behaviors among secondary vocational school students. Methods: From March to April 2021, an electronic questionnaire survey was conducted among 3 180 students from 6 vocational schools in Shanghai (urban, suburban, exurban) and Shaanxi (Shangluo, Ankang, Baoji) using cluster sampling. Spearman correlation analysis was used to investigate the relationship of cohabitation with parents, peer dating behavior and sexual behaviors among secondary vocational school students. Binary Logistic regression analysis was performed to investigate the role of cohabitation with parents on peer dating behavior and sexual behaviors among secondary vocational students. Results: There was a significant negative between cohabitation with parents and sexual ( r =-0.04); and there was a positive correlation between peer dating behavior and sexual behaviors ( r =0.24), as well as cohabitation with parents and peer dating behavior ( r =0.04)( P <0.05). Multivariable Logistic regression analysis showed an association between peer dating behavior and the occurrence of sexual behaviors ( OR=2.79-12.95, P <0.05). Cohabitation with parents played a moderating role in the association between peer dating behavior and sexual behaviors, and a signification interaction was found between cohabitation with parents and reporting that a small part or about half of their peers had dating behavior ( OR =0.48, P <0.05). Conclusions The more peers dating behavior are associated with a higher risk of sexual behaviors among secondary vocational school students, and cohabitation with parents can partly reduce this risk. School and family sexuality education for secondary vocational students should be strengthened to improve their interpersonal skills and decision-making, and ability to resist peer pressure, so as to reduce their risk of sexual behaviors.

Objective: To examine the association between parent-child relationships and bullying behaviors among junior high school students, and to explore the moderating effect of community cohesion, so as to provide evidences for bullying intervention strategies. Methods: From November to December 2017, a cluster sampling method was used to survey 1 589 students in grades 6- 8 from three junior high schools in Jing an District,Shanghai. Anonymous electronic questionnaires collected data on parent-child relationships, community cohesion, and bullying behaviors. Multivariate Logistic regression analyzed the associations and moderation effects. Results: The prevalence of bullying behaviors among junior high school students was 7.80%. Spearman correlation analysis revealed negative associations between both parent-child relationships ( r =-0.13) and community cohesion ( r =-0.10) with bullying behaviors, while parent-child relationships positively correlated with community cohesion ( r =0.29) (all P <0.01). Junior high school students with positive parent-child relationships and higher perceived community cohesion showed lower risks of bullying behaviors ( OR=0.51, 95%CI =0.36-0.72; OR=0.58, 95%CI =0.45-0.76), with a significant interaction effect between the two factors (all P <0.05). Conclusions Positive parent-child relationships and community cohesion are negatively associated with bullying behaviors in middle school students. Supportive family relationships help reduce bullying, while stronger community cohesion enhances the protective effect of positive parent-child relationships against bullying.

Objective: To explore the association between parent-child connectedness and romantic relationships of secondary vocational school students and the moderating effect of peers romantic behavior, providing scientific basis for family and school health education. Methods: From March to April 2021，2 426 students from six secondary vocational and technical schools in Shanghai and Shaanxi Province were selected to conduct the survey by combining convenience sampling and cluster sampling.Electronic questionnaires were used to collect data on students family characteristics,oneself and peer romantic behaviors, and parent-child bonding. The t-test was employed for inter group comparisons, and binary Logistic regression analysis was conducted to examine the relationship between parent-child bonding levels, peer romantic behavior, and the romantic behavior of secondary vocational students. Results: The mother-child connection (2.63±0.77) was higher than that of father-child connection (2.48±0.78), with statistically significant difference ( t =6.83, P <0.01). Multivariable Logistic regression showed that overall father-child connectedness was negatively associated with students romantic relationships( OR =0.86，95% CI =0.76-0.97， P =0.02)and was only associated to girls romantic relationships when stratified by gender( OR =0.79，95% CI =0.66-0.93， P =0.01). Peers romantic relationships were positively associated with students romantic relationships ( OR =3.19-5.12, all P <0.01), and there was a moderating effect of the association between maternal connectedness and boys romantic relationships ( OR =1.67, 95% CI =1.05-2.66, P =0.03). Among boys without romantic peers, mother-child connectedness was negatively associated with their romantic relationships ( OR = 0.60 , 95% CI =0.36-0.99, P <0.05). In the total sample of Shanghai and girls of Shaanxi, father-child connectedness was negatively correlated with the romantic relationships of secondary vocational school students ( OR =0.84,0.65,95% CI =0.71-1.00,0.50-0.85,both P <0.05). Peer romantic relationships exhibited a negative moderating effect on the influence of mother-child connectedness on the romantic relationships of males in Shanghai ( OR =1.91, 95% CI =1.03-3.57, P <0.05). Conclusions The father-daughter connectedness is negatively correlated with girls romantic behavior, and peer romantic behavior weakens the correlation between mother-child connectedness and boys romantic behavior. Efforts should be made to enhance the parent-child connectedness of secondary vocational students and their ability to cope with peer influence, providing proper guidance for adolescents heterosexual interactions.

Homeostasis and energy and substance metabolism reprogramming shape various tumor microenvironment to sustain cancer stemness, self-plasticity and treatment resistance. Aiming at them, a lipid-based pharmaceutical loaded with CaO₂ and glucose oxidase (GOx) (LipoCaO₂/GOx, LCG) has been obtained to disrupt calcium homeostasis and interfere with glycometabolism. The loaded GOx can decompose glucose into H₂O₂ and gluconic acid, thus competing with anaerobic glycolysis to hamper lactic acid (LA) secretion. The obtained gluconic acid further deprives CaO₂ to produce H₂O₂ and release Ca²⁺, disrupting Ca²⁺ homeostasis, which synergizes with GOx-mediated glycometabolism interference to deplete glutathione (GSH) and yield reactive oxygen species (ROS). Systematical experiments reveal that these sequential multifaceted events unlocked by Ca²⁺ homeostasis disruption and glycometabolism interference, ROS production and LA inhibition, successfully enhance cancer immunogenic deaths of breast cancer cells, hamper regulatory T cells (Tregs) infiltration and promote CD8⁺ T recruitment, which receives a considerably-inhibited outcome against breast cancer progression. Collectively, this calcium homeostasis disruption glycometabolism interference strategy effectively combines ion interference therapy with starvation therapy to eventually evoke an effective anti-tumor immune environment, which represents in the field of biomedical research.

Objective To investigate the effect of field angle on the results of in vivo dose validation of electronic portal imaging device(EPID)in patients.Methods Design the mold test and analyze the influence of different mold thicknesses and different frame angles on the 2D γ pass rate.Twenty-three patients who un-derwent radiotherapy in the Department of Radiotherapy of Jinhua Municipal Central Hospital from January to June 2023 were selected as the research object.In vivo dose verification was carried out during treatment to obtain 2D γ pass rate using same-day sector beam CT(FBCT)of planned CT and executive image guided(IG-RT)as reference images,and the influence of field angle on pass rate was analyzed.Results When the frame angle was unchanged,the area of the shooting field was larger than 17 cm×17 cm,and the 2D γ passing rate decreased with the increase of the thickness.The frame angle had no effect on the 2D γ pass rate when the mold thickness was constant.In clinical treatment data,the passage rate of 2D γ near 0°/180° was higher than that near 90°/270°(P＜0.05),and the passage rate near 90°/270° in the FBCT group was higher than that in the IGRT group(P＜0.05).The median passing rate of 3 mm 2D γ was 97.97％in 3％of the 23 patients.The non-IGRT group was 96.81％,the IGRT group was 97.89％,the FBCT group was 98.94％.There was a statistically significant difference in 2D γ passing rate between the non-IGRT group and the IGRT group(Z=-5.083,P＜0.05),and there was a statistically significant difference in 2D γ passing rate between the IGRT group and the FBCT group(Z=-10.657,P＜0.05).Conclusion Clinically,the difference of pass rate in vi-vo dose verification at different rack angles is mainly due to the difference of images within and between ses-sions.Using same-day FBCT as the reference image for in-vivo dose verification can improve the accuracy of pass rate and eliminate the influence of image difference between sessions.

Objective To explore the oral mucosal manifestations of Sweet's syndrome and provide a reference for its early detection and correct diagnosis.Methods The oral mucosal manifestations of a 60-year-old female patient with Sweet's syndrome are described in detail,followed by a discussion of the related literature.Results The patient had skin erythema of both lower extremities,which was accompanied by oral mucosal ulceration and pain for 3 days.The patient presented with mild cutaneous lesions and diffuse large-scale erosion in the oral mucosa with obvious pain.During the onset of the disease,the patient was accompanied by fever with a temperature of 38.5℃.After visiting the Department of Stomatology,laboratory tests showed an increase in C-reactive protein(35.2 mg/L)and an accelerated erythrocyte sedimentation rate(77.00 mm/h).Scattered red plaques and mild tenderness were observed in the knees and lower limbs.Histopathological examination of the skin lesions revealed scattered infiltration of immature neutrophils across the entire dermis.The patient responded well to glucocorticoid therapy.According to the clinical signs and labo-ratory examination,combined with the lesion histopathological results,a diagnosis of Sweet's syndrome was given.The patient was administered 1 mL compound Betamethasone injection only once intramuscularly.In the meantime,the pa-tient was asked to gargle with compound chlorhexidine solution and topically apply recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor solution to the damaged mucosa three times a day for 1 week.After 4 days of medication,the patient's body temperature had returned to normal and the oral lesions were significantly reduced.After 2 weeks,the erythema in the leg and knee had almost all subsided,and the oral mucosal lesions had disappeared.The patient was followed up 6 months after treatment,with no recurrence of skin lesions.After 2 years of follow-up,the disease was stable with no re-currence.A review of the relevant literature shows that Sweet's syndrome is a rare inflammatory reactive dermatosis with unknown etiology,which can be divided into three clinical types:specific,tumor-related,and drug-induced.The male/female prevalence ratio is 1:4.The salient clinical manifestations are abrupt onset of painful erythematous plaques or nodules most commonly involving the extremities,often accompanied by pyrexia,elevated neutrophil count,elevation of the erythrocyte sedimentation rate,and positive C-reactive protein.The use of glucocorticoids is the most common treatment for this disease,and most patients see a rapid improvement in skin lesions;however,some may experience infection or recurrence after withdrawal.Some patients with Sweet's syndrome are accompanied by oral lesions,but cases of oral mucosal damage have been rarely reported,and this condition is easily misdiagnosed.Conclusion Oral mucosal lesions may be extraterritorial manifestations of Sweet's syndrome,and the patient's systemic condition should be comprehensively considered.Skin biopsy should be completed as soon as possible to make a clear diagnosis,so as not to delay the disease.J Prev Treat Stomatol Dis,2024,32(8):620-624.

Objective:To assess the efficacy of neoadjuvant treatment with PD-1 (programmed cell death protein 1) inhibitors combined with paclitaxel (albumin-conjugated) and cisplatin (TP regimen) for locally advanced hypopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma and laryngeal organ function preservation.Methods:Data of 53 patients, including 51 males and 2 females, aged 38-70 years old, who were diagnosed with locally advanced hypopharyngeal squamous carcinoma confirmed by histology and enhanced CT at the Cancer Prevention and Control Center of Sun Yat-sen University during the initial treatment from January 1, 2019 to January 15, 2023, were retrospectively analyzed. All patients received neoadjuvant therapy with PD-1 inhibitors combined with albumin-bound paclitaxel (260 mg/m 2) and cisplatin (60 mg/m 2) for 3 to 4 cycles. The main outcome measures were larynx dysfunction-free survival (LDFS), overall survival (OS), and progression-free survival (PFS). Survival curves were plotted using the Kaplan-Meier method, and Cox multifactorial analysis was further performed if Cox univariate analysis was statistically significant. Results:The overall efficiency was 90.6% (48/53). The 1-year and 2-year LDFS rates were 83.8% (95% CI: 74.0% to 94.8%) and 50.3% (95% CI: 22.1% to 91.6%), the 1-year and 2-year OS rates were 95.2% (95% CI: 88.9% to 100.0%) and 58.2% (95% CI: 25.6% to 81.8%), and the 1-year and 2-year PFS rates were 83.9% (95% CI: 74.2% to 94.9%) and 53.5% (95% CI: 32.1% to 89.1%). Adverse events associated with the neoadjuvant therapy were mainly myelosuppression (45.3%), gastrointestinal reactions (37.7%) and hypothyroidism (20.8%). Conclusion:The neoadjuvant treatment of locally advanced hypopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma using PD-1 inhibitors combined with paclitaxel and cisplatin can provide with a higher survival rate with a improved laryngeal organ function preservation rate.

Icariin,which belongs to the class of flavonoids,is the main active ingredient of the traditional tonic Chinese herb Epimedii Folium.Modern studies have shown that icariin has a wide range of effects on the male reproductive system.It has various pharmacological activities such as regulating cell proliferation and apoptosis,antioxidants,promoting testosterone secretion,improving erectile function,inhibiting prostate cancer cell migration,invasion,and regulating cell cycle.It has research value and application prospects in the field of urology and assisted reproduction.Therefore,Icariin's pharmacological effects and molecular mechanisms on the male reproductive system are reviewed in this paper combined with literature visualization analysis.It is expected to provide a theoretical basis for the therapeutic value development and application of icariin in male reproductive health.

Objective:To investigate the current status of multidrug-resistant bacteria (MDRO) wound infections in patients with autoimmune bullous diseases (AIBDs), and to analyze their risk factors.Methods:A retrospective study was conducted, and inpatients with AIBDs accompanied by wound infections were collected from Hospital of Dermatology, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences from January 2020 to December 2022. A descriptive analysis was carried out to analyze the basic characteristics of these patients and pathogenic characteristics of MDRO. Univariate and binary logistic regression models were used to analyze independent risk factors for MDRO infections in patients with AIBDs. Differences between the MDRO infection group and common bacterial infection group were analyzed by using t test, Mann-Whitney U test and chi-square test. Results:Totally, 271 patients with AIBDs accompanied by wound infections were included, including 159 males (58.7%) and 112 females (41.3%), and 142 patients (52.4%) were aged over 60 years. Most patients with AIBDs were diagnosed with pemphigus vulgaris (131 cases, 48.3%), or bullous pemphigoid (99 cases, 36.5%). Bacterial culture was positive in all the patients, and 74 (27.3%) were infected with MDRO; a total of 108 strains of MDRO were detected, with relatively high detection rates of Staphylococcus (82 strains, 75.9%) and Enterobacter (15 strains, 13.9%). Significant differences were observed between the MDRO infection group and the common bacterial infection group in the duration of hospitalization, involved body surface area, proportions of patients self-modificating drug dosage, proportions of patients topically using antibiotic ointments, proportions of patients using immunosuppressants, duration of glucocorticoid use, maximum dose of glucocorticoids and the first albumin level at admission (all P < 0.05), while there were no significant differences in the gender, age, proportions of patients at first hospitalization, types of AIBDs, duration of education, body mass index, disease duration, proportions of smoking patients, proportions of drinking patients, proportions of patients with comorbid chronic diseases, surgical history, prevalence of hypoalbuminemia, prevalence of mucosal involvement, proportions of patients receiving topical glucocorticoids, proportions of patients using biological agents, duration of antibiotic use, and the first total protein level at admission between the two groups (all P > 0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that the use of topical antibiotic ointments, use of immunosuppressants, maximum dose of glucocorticoids, and self-modification of drug dosage were independent risk factors for MDRO infections (all P < 0.05) . Conclusions:The patients with AIBDs were prone to develop MDRO infections in wounds, and Staphylococcus infections were the most common. The use of topical antibiotic ointments, use of immunosuppressants, high dose of glucocorticoids, and self-modification of drug dosage may increase the risk of infections in patients with AIBDs.

Objective: To understand sexual and reproductive health knowledge, access to sexuality education and associated factors among secondary vocational school students in Shanghai Municipality and Shaanxi Province, so as to provide a scientific basis for conducting sexuality educaiton in vocational schools. Methods: A crosssectional survey was conducted among 3 180 students in grades 1-3 selected by cluster sampling during April to June 2021 in six secondary vocational schools from three cities of Shanghai and Shaanxi (Shangluo, Ankang, Baoji). Participants were investigated through online questionnaire survey, inlcuding demographic characteristics, household information, sexual health at home and school, knowledge on sexual and reproductive health. Both t test and Chisquare test were used for group comparisons, and multivariate ordial Logistic regression was used to explore possible risk factors for sexual and reproductive health score in quartiles. Results: Respondents average score was (51.36±21.61), with the highest score on sexual harassment/sexual abuse (66.45±42.27) and the lowest score on reproduction and physiology (47.67±31.94) and contraception (43.85±26.81). Although significant differences were observed between two study sites, the primary source of knowledge in both sites was schools/teachers, followed by the Internet or friends; the main theme of school sexuality education was puberty development and health care (more than 80%); the most frequently reported topic between respondents and their parents in both sites was interpersonal relationships (more than 55%), and there were significant differences in the reporting rates of secondary vocational school students between the two regions(χ2=28.56，32.02，P<0.05). The results of multivariable Logistic regression analysis showed that residential area, gender, grade, registered residence, number of sexual related topics communicated with parents, number of subjects received from school sexuality education, and reported information sources from classmates/friends, books/magazines/newspapers, internet and communities were related to knowledge level of respondents (OR=1.62, 0.72, 1.20, 1.58, 2.09, 1.17, 1.18, 1.66, 1.62, 1.69, 1.22, P<0.05). Conclusions Vocational students of Shanghai and Shaanxi have poor sexual and reproductive health knowledge and limited access to school and family sexuality education. It is necessary to strengthen sexuality education for secondary vocational school students.
