Objective: To investagate the antioxidative action of aloe and its dose-effect relationship. Methods:Sprague-Dawley rats were killed and then the livers were removed to isolate the microsome which can generate the reactive oxygen species in the presence of VC and Fe2+ or cumene hydroperoxite(CHP). In these peroxidative damage models, different dosages of aloe extract were added. Then the contents of malondialdehyde (MDA) were examined for analyzing the antioxidative action of aloe extract. Results:In CHP model, the content of MDA in those groups with different dosages of aloe extract decreased significantly (P

Objective To study the clinical function of different incision in sentinel lymph node(SLN)biopsy in breast cancer. Methods 40 patients were early-stage breast cancer who were performed breast-conserving surgery for SLN biopsy with different incisions were retrospectively analyzed during November 2003 to November 2007.Results (1)Transversely incision(cleavage lines)were 35 cases;(2)arc incision were 3 cases;(3)one incision were 2 cases.Among the 40 cases, there are 30 cases which were performed breast-conserving surgery because the SLN and tumor-margin were negative with the quick frozen section during the operation, the rest of the SLN who had the contains cancer had to be performed mastectomy surgery. Conclusion When breast cancer conserving surgery are performed, transversely incision is the best incision for SLN biopsy.

Objective To study the therapeutic of anastomotic leakage in post-esophagogastrectomy. Meth-ods There were 18 cases of anastomotic leakage in 127 cases with cancer of the thoracic esophagus who underwent esophagectomy were retrospectively studied. There were ten cases had anastomotic leakage of 67 cases of esophagogas-trectomy from 1995 to 2001 (first phase),the intestines nutrition sustain treatment taked rice water, fish soup and broth, there were eight cases had anastomotic leakage of 60 cases of esophagogastrectomy from 2002 to 2007 (second phase) ,the intestines nutrition sustain treatment taked supportan, fresubin. Results There were six cases death of 10 cases of anastomotic leakage at first phase, and there was any not death in the second phase. Conclusion When anastomotic leakage of esophagogastreetomy,it can elevate the cure rate with early diagncsis and treatment and intes-tines nutrition sustain treatment choose by supportan or fresubin.

Objective To explore the value of Chinese ink in identifying sentinel lymph nodes(SLN) during radical resection of cervical carcinoma. Methods After sterilized Chinese ink(1ml) was infused in normal tissue at four points, extensive cervical resection and cleaning operation of pelvic lymph nodes were performed.Lymph nodes staining black in drainage field of pelvic lymph system were investigated. Results Lymph nodes staining black were found in 15 cases. The identifying rate was 100%(15/15).Positive lymph nodes were found in 2 cases with lymph node metastasis. The accurate rate of pelvic lymph nodes metastasis was 100%.Conclusion The effect is reliable by using Chinese ink as tracer of SLNs in cervical carcinoma.

【Objective】 To analyze the infection status of syphilis among voluntary blood donors in Nanyang area, aimed to provide references for the recruitment of blood donors and ensure blood safety. 【Methods】 Enzyme-linked immunosorbend test(ELISA method) was used to screen the blood samples of 45 6981 voluntary blood donors from 2013 to December 2020, and the reactive blood samples of TP antibody were confirmed by treponema pallidum particle agglutinaation(TPPA method), the syphilis infection status in different population was compared and analyzed. 【Results】 Among 456 981 blood samples, 1 088 were reactive for anti-TP by ELISA method, and 714 were positive for syphilis(714/456 981, 0.15%); the total positive rate and positive rate of male and female in voluntary blood donors decreased year by year; female donors(347/180 987, 0.192%), first-time donors(613/324 188, 0.189%), whole blood donors(708/433 432, 0.163%) and married donors(668/399 899, 0.167%) had a significantly higher syphilis seroprevalence than male donors(367/275 994, 0.133%), repeated donors(101/132 793, 0.076%), apheresis platelet donors(6/23 549, 0.025%) and unmarried donors(46/57 082, 0.080%), respectively, and the differences between two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05); the positive rate in donors with junior high school and below was significantly higher than other groups; the positive rate in donors of 35~44 years old was higher than other age groups, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05); syphilis seroprevalence among different occupational groups was statistically significant (P<0.05); Among 714 donors, co-infection with other viruses were noted in 40 cases(40/714, 5.60%), and only TP infection in 674 cases(674/714, 94.40%). 【Conclusion】 The TP seroprevalence among voluntary blood donors in Nanyang area showed a downward trend from 2013 to 2020, the majority of TP seropositive population are first-time donors, married donors, whole blood donors, donors with lower academic qualifications, and farmers/individual donors. Strengthening the consultation towards high-risk blood donors before blood donation, and recruitment of blood donors from low-risk groups can reduce / avoid the transmission of syphilis through blood transfusion and ensure the safety of blood transfusion.

This article reported two fetuses diagnosed with Pallister-Killian syndrome (PKS). Amniotic fluid samples of one pregnant woman (case 1), with an abnormal result of non-invasive prenatal test, were analyzed by karyotyping and copy number variation-sequencing (CNV-seq), and samples of the other one (case 2), with a prenatal ultrasound of a lowered spinal conus and an enhanced echo of the renal cortex, were tested for CNV-seq. The chromosome karyotype of case 1 showed 47,XN,+mar[30]/46, XN[10]. CNV-seq results revealed three to four copies of repetition of the p13.33p11.1 segment of chromosome 12, suggesting 12p tetrasomy chimerism in both fetuses. The diagnosis of fetal PKS was confirmed through the combination of multiple technologies (ultrasound, chromosomal karyotype analysis, and CNV-seq). The two pregnancies were terminated after genetic counseling.

Using digital technologies in concurrently performing missing tooth implantation and preparation of remaining teeth is a solution to reduce the number of visits and improve efficiency. This paper proposes a digital process for simultaneously implanting and preparing teeth. It integrates implant surgical guide and 3D-printed tooth preparation guide into a single guide and completes guided implant placement and precise tooth preparation. Based on "repair-oriented" virtual implant planning, the implant surgical guide can improve the efficiency and predictability of implant placement, and its linear accuracy is about 1 mm. The tooth preparation guide precisely guides tooth preparation and restoration space visualization, ensuring the quality of the tooth preparation. The two guides have different design accuracy requirements, and thus their combination improves the overall guiding accuracy requirements. The concurrent application of the two guides minimizes the clinical operation time, number of visits, and economic burden of patients.
