Objective:To investigate the effect of pelvic motion in late pregnancy on the outcome of first trimester delivery. Methods:A total of 127 first-borns admitted to the midwifical clinic of Nanjing Maternal and Child Health Hospital from November 1, 2019 to March 10, 2020 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into the walking group and the pelvic motion group according to the random number table method. In the end, 62 cases were included in the walking group and 65 cases in the pelvic motion group. The walking group did brisk walking in the third trimester. In the pelvic motion group, the motion in the third trimester consisted of the combined pelvic motion involving the two planes of the upright spine and the horizontal spine, and multiple peripelvic joints. The changes of fertility, birth canal and fetus before and after exercise were observed, and the outcomes of childbirth were compared between the two groups. Results:Indicators reflecting productivity: persistence time of "air bike" on the day before delivery was (27.12±7.73) seconds in the pelvic motion group and (20.56±6.60) seconds in the walking group, the difference was statistically significant ( t value was 5.12, P<0.01). The time of contractions after exercise before delivery was (269.38±123.70) seconds in the pelvic motion group and (591.29±201.82) seconds in the walking group, the difference was statistically significant ( t value was 10.89, P<0.01). The indicators reflecting the situation of the maternal birth canal were as follows: "sitting forward flexion level", pelvic motion group was (33.64±5.91) cm, walking group was (29.50±5.28) cm, the difference was statistically significant ( t value was 4.15, P<0.01). The cervical score during regular contractions was 8.01±1.69 in the pelvic motion group and 7.30±1.40 in the walking group, the difference was statistically significant( t value was 2.56, P<0.05). At the beginning of regular contractions, the proportion of fetal "occipital position" was 93.85% (61/65) in the pelvic motion group and 72.58%(45/62) in the walking group, the difference was statistically significant ( χ2 value was 10.41, P<0.01). The "no pain rate after exercise the day before delivery" was 72.31% (47/65) in the pelvic motion group and 29.03% (18/62) in the walking group, the difference was statistically significant ( χ2 value was 25.30, P<0.01). Time of the first labor was (395.84±165.24) min in the pelvic motion group and (574.35±152.23) min in the walking group, the difference was statistically significant ( t value was 6.32, P<0.01). The second stage of labor was (25.98±9.88) min in the pelvic motion group and (33.62±13.94) min in the walking group, the difference was statistically significant ( t value was 3.57, P<0.01). Conclusions:Pelvic motion in middle and late pregnancy can affect labor force, birth canal, fetus and other delivery factors, reduce movement pain and shorten the time of labor.

Objective To analyze the CT and MR imaging features of intracranial teratomas to improve the diagnostic accuracy. Methods Twenty patients with intracranial teratomas, admitted to and performed surgery in our hospital from January 2010 and January 2014,were chosen;the teratoma was confirmed by histopathology. The CT and MR imaging features, clinical and pathology materials of these patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results Twelve immature teratomas,7 mature teratomas and one teratoma with malignant transformation were noted;18 patients were in the central line area and 2 were not.In the 9 patients performed CT scan,7 showed heterogeneous mass;peritumoral calcification was more common than intratumoral calcification, and it turned out to be round with diameter less than 1 cm,while intratumoral calcification was multifocally strip and patchy. In the 17 patients performed MR imaging,14 showed heterogeneous signal and fatty signal was detected in 3;enhanced MR imaging showed that 6 presented nodular enhancement,3 presented multilocular enhancement markedly, patchy enhancement showed in 2,and one showed marked enhancement in mural nodule and cystic wall.In 8 patients performed diffusion-weighted imaging,7 displayed hypointense to isointense and one demonstrated isointense to hyperintense. Conclusions Intracranial teratoma has some characteristic imaging features,so by combining clinical materials,it should be considered when fatty component is detected in a heterogeneous intensity tumor with multiple cystic change, calcification and a hypointense to isointense signal on DWI;however, pathology is needed to make a definite diagnosis.

Objective:To investigate the changes of CD8 + CD28 - regulatory T cells (Treg) and its role in the pathogenesis of Kawasaki disease (KD). Methods:A total of 48 children with KD were enrolled in the present study from June 2019 to December 2021. Blood samples were collected from them during acute phage of KD and after intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG) treatment. Another 32 age-matched healthy children were recruited as control group. The proportions of CD8 + CD28 -Treg cells and the expression of programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1), factor associated suicide ligand (FasL), inducible T-cell co-stimulator ligand (ICOSL), CD80 and CD86 protein were evaluated by flow cytometry. The expression of Helios, perforin, granzyme B, immunoglobulin-like transcript 3 (ILT3) and ILT4 at the transcription level was measured by real-time PCR. Concentrations of IL-10 and TGF-β in the culture supernatants of CD8 + CD28 -Treg cells stimulated with activated CD4 + T cells were measured by ELISA. Results:⑴ The proportions of CD8 + CD28 -Treg cells and the expression of Helios in patients with acute KD were higher than those in the control group ( P<0.05), and reduced remarkably after IVIG therapy ( P<0.05). The two afore-mentioned indexes were lower in patients combined with coronary artery lesion (CAL) than in those without coronary artery lesion (NCAL) ( P<0.05). ⑵ Compared with the control group, the patients with acute KD showed increased expression of FasL, PD-1, ICOSL and perforin in CD8 + CD28 -Treg cells ( P<0.05). The concentrations of IL-10 and TGF-β1 in the culture supernatants of CD8 + CD28 -Treg cells from patients with acute KD were lower than those in the control group after stimulation with activated CD4 + T cells ( P<0.05), which restored to some extent after IVIG treatment ( P<0.05). All of the six above-mentioned indexes in the CAL group were found to be lower than those in the NCAL group ( P<0.05). There were slight differences in granzyme B expression between different groups ( P>0.05). (3) In comparison with the healthy controls, the patients with acute KD showed overexpressed co-stimulatory molecules such as CD80 and CD86 on CD14 + cells ( P<0.05) and up-regulated expression of inhibitory molecules ILT3 and ILT4 ( P<0.05), which were restored remarkably after IVIG treatment ( P<0.05). Furthermore, the expression of CD80 and CD86 at protein level increased in the CAL group than in the NCAL group ( P<0.05), while the expression of ILT3 and ILT4 at transcriptional level decreased in the CAL group ( P<0.05). Conclusions:Relative insufficiency and impaired function of CD8 + CD28 -Treg cells might be one of the important factors resulting in immune dysfunction and vascular damage in KD patients.

OBJECTIVE:To analyze the chemotypes of volatile components from Perillae Folium of different germplasms ,and to investigate the relationship of germplasm and leaf color with chemotype. METHODS :The fingerprints of volatile components from 30 batches of Perillae Folium were prepared by GC-MS with P 4 peak as reference. Similarity Evaluation System for TCM Chromatographic Fingerprint (2004A edition )was applied to evaluate the similarity and confirm common peaks. The volatile components of Perillae Folium were determined by the same GC-MS method. Qualitative Navigator (B.08.00)software was used to analyze and compare with NIST 17.0 standard mass spectrum database. The compounds corresponding to the peak were analyzed ; clustering analysis was carried out with Origin 2018 software. RESULTS :There were 13 common peaks in the fingerprints of volatile components from 30 batches of Perillae Folium . The similarities were 0.13-1.00. Totally 54 components were identified from 30 batches of Perillae Folium of different germplasm. Cluster analysis showed that 30 batches of Perillae Folium samples could be clustered into three categories ;among them ,SCY-1,YNT-9,YNX-17,YN-28 were clustered into one category ,with phenylpropanoid-elemicin(PP-e as )the main volatile component ,being PP-e type ;GS-4,GS-7,GS-11,GS-19,HBA-14, HBA-20,GZZ-8,LN-39,GSL-27,GSQ-32,GSQ-33,GST-31,YNW-12,LN-38 were clustered into one category ,and the content of perilla ketone (PK)in them was the highest except for LN- 38, being PK type [the content of phenylpropanoid-apiol(PP-a)in LN- 38 was higher than that of perilla ketone ,being PP-a type] ;HBS-2,HBS-3,HBS-6, C201859)HBS-15,HBS-16,HBS-24,HBS-25,GX-26,SXS-30,SCC- 36,RB-37,SC-29 were clustered into one category ,and thecontent of perillaldehyde (PA)was the highest ,being PA type. The color characteristics of Perillae Folium of different germplasm showed that Perilla frutescens (L.) Britt. var.frutescens with green leaves on both sides was PK type ,while P. frutescens (L.)Britt. var. arguta with purple leaves on one or both sides was PA type ,and P. frutescens (L.) Britt var. auriculato-dentata C. Y. Wu et Hsuan ex H. W. Li was PP-e type. CONCLUSIONS:The chemotype of volatile components in Perillae Folium have a certain corresponding relationship with their leaf colors. Most of P. frutescens (L.)Britt. var. arguta with purple leaves on one side or both sides are PA type. P. frutescens (L.) Britt. var. acuta (Thunb.)Kudo,P. frutescens (L.)Britt var. auriculato-dentata C. Y. Wu et Hsuan ex H. W. Li and P. frutescens (L.)Britt. var. frutescens with green leaves on both sides do not belong to PA type ,among which P. frutescens (L.)Britt var. frutescens is PK type ,while P. frutescens (L.)Britt var. auriculato-dentata C. Y. Wu et Hsuan ex H. W. Li is mostly PP-e type.
