Objective:To compare the characteristics of pruritus after epidural and subarchoid morphine for postoperative analgesia. Method: One hundred and twenty patients after hysterectomy were randomly allocated to receiving subarchoid morphine 0.5mg(group Ⅰ,n=60)or epidural morphine 2 mg(group Ⅱ,n=60),respectively. The pruritus incidence, pruritus scale, time and site of occurrence were observed in both groups. Result: In group Ⅰ, the pruritus incidence of 87%,27% of pruritus scale being more than 2 and total pruritus scale being 8 (0-18) were significantly higher than those[31%, 12% and 6(0-14)] in group Ⅱ (P

Objective To study the effects of γ-IFN on the expression of HLA-G mRNA in primary cultured astrocytoma cells. Methods Different concentrations of γ-IFN were added to primary cultured cells, and HLA-G mRNA were detected by RT-PCR. Results After γ-IFN treatment, HLA-G mRNA can not be determined from HLA-G originally negative astrocytoma cells. The expression of HLA-G are up - regulated in all original HLA-G positive astrocytoma cells in a dose-dependent manner. Conclusion γ-IFN can increase the ex-pression of HLA-G gene in the primary cultured astrocytoma cells which HLA - G are originally positive.

Objective? To investigate the knowledge-attitude-practice level of the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) nurses on the Modified Early Warning Score (MEWS) system, and analyze its influencing factors, so as to lay a foundation for the establishment of related knowledge training program later. Methods? From October to November 2018,by convenience sampling, ICU nurses in General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University were selected as objects of the study. Self-designed ICU Nurses' Knowledge-Attitude-Behavior on MEWS System Questionnaire was used to investigate the nurses by means of Wenjuanxing online. The influencing factors were analyzed by single factor analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Results? Totally 92 valid questionnaires were retrieved. The ICU nurses got the score of (68.42±22.09)in the "knowledge of MEWS", and (52.29±19.75) in the "attitude of MEWS" ,and (56.64±18.99) in the "practice of MEWS"; multiple linear regression analysis results indicated that working length, whether or not had contacted MEWS before, and educational background were the influencing factors of the practice of MEWS(P＜ 0.05). Conclusions? The knowledge, attitude and practice of ICU nurses in Ningxia are generally at the medium and low levels, among which knowledge is still acceptable, while attitude and practice are relatively poor. It suggests that managers should focus on attitudes, guide ICU nurses to recognize and actively apply them to assess patients' condition, and actively explore early warning management mode suitable for ICU critical patients.

Objective To retrospectively analyze the different clinical stages of patients with prostate cancer,and to investigate it's correlation with body mass index (BMI).Methods 363 patients with prostate cancer were enrolled from January 2008 to December 2016.There were 141 cases of stage Ⅱ,Ⅲ in 20 cases,202 cases of stage Ⅳ.According to the stratification of BMI (emaciation group,normal group,overweight group,obesity group),clinical data of different groups of prostate cancer patients were compared to analyze there correlation with BMI.Results Patient's age,pre-PSA concentration,Gleason scores and PSA density were significantly correlated with clinical stage (P ＜ 0.05).Prostate volume and weight had no significant correlation with staging.There was a significant correlation between different strata of BMI and clinical stage (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The different strata of BMI are closely related to the clinical stage.The higher BMI,the higher risk of the prostate cancer.

The current organ allocation rules prioritize elderly and urgent patients on the lung transplantation (LT) waiting list. A steady increase in the threshold at which age is taken into consideration for LT has been observed. This retrospective cohort study recruited 166 lung transplant recipients aged ≽ 65 years between January 2016 and October 2020 in the largest LT center in China. In the cohort, subgroups of patients aged 65-70 years (111 recipients, group 65-70) and ≽ 70 years (55 recipients, group ≽ 70) were included. Group D restrictive lung disease was the main indication of a lung transplant in recipients over 65 years. A significantly higher percentage of coronary artery stenosis was observed in the group ≽ 70 (30.9% vs. 14.4% in group 65-70, P = 0.014). ECMO bridging to LT was performed in 5.4% (group 65-70) and 7.3% (group ≽ 70) of patients. Kaplan-Meier estimates showed that recipients with cardiac abnormalities had a significantly increased risk of mortality. After adjusting for potential confounders, cardiac abnormality was shown to be independently associated with the increased risk of post-LT mortality (HR 6.37, P = 0.0060). Our result showed that LT can be performed in candidates with an advanced age and can provide life-extending benefits.
