Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2017;33(7):531-535
Objective To describe the depression of premature infants′ mothers and discuss the related influence factors. Methods A total of 86 premature infants′ mothers completed Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale at 3-days postpartum in this descriptive study during August 2014 to January 2015 in Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital of Fudan University. Results The prevalence of postpartum depression in premature infants′ mothers was 25.6% (22/86). Educational levels, family support, character, and number of abortion of mothers, pregnancy complication, gestational age, birth weight, Apgar score, length of hospitalization, and birth with abnormalities of premature infants were found significantly associated with postpartum depression (P<0.05). By Logistic regression, family support (OR=3.253, 95% CI=1.180-8.966) and length of hospitalization (OR=2.905, 95% CI=1.418-5.952) were the risk factors of the postpartum depression at 3-days after delivery. Conclusions Premature infants′mothers at 3-days postpartum presented with obvious postpartum depression. Psychological intervention should be focused on its influence factors.
2.On constructing health education path of nucleoside antiviral treatment on pregnant & maternal women with HBV by Delphi method
Chinese Journal of Modern Nursing 2016;22(22):3130-3133
Objective To construct health education path of nucleoside antiviral treatment on pregnant& maternal women with HBV, so as to make the health education with complete content and standard procedure. Methods On the basis of literature review and health education demand investigation and research, framework and content of the health education path was preliminarily constructed of nucleoside antiviral treatment on pregnant & maternal women with HBV. 20 medical and nursing specialists with rich working experience in infectious department of obstetrics and gynecology were selected by purposeful sampling as consulting object. Final structure and the evaluation indexes of the health education path were established by using Delphi method. Reliability and representativeness of the consultation were tested by indexes like active coefficient of expert opinion, coordination degree, authoritative coefficient, etc. Results In the two rounds of expert letter-enquiry, positive coefficient was both 100%, authority degree coefficient of experts was 0. 900, and coordination coefficient of expert opinion was 0. 167. In the finally decided health education path, five first level indexes, 28 secondary indexes and 134 tertiary indicators were included. Conclusions The health education path constructed basing on Delphi method perfected and standardized content and process of the whole health education of nucleoside antiviral treatment on pregnant & maternal women with HBV, with the indexes having high degree of expert approval and consistency.

A fragment of chalcone synthase gene (SmCHS) was cloned from the cDNA library constructed in Saussurea medusa. The full-length cDNA sequence of SmCHS was obtained by RT-PCR. Sequence analysis showed that the full length of SmCHS was 1313 bp, containing an open reading frame (1170 bp) encoding 389 amino acids. The molecular weight of the protein was estimated to be 43 kDa. The prokaryotic expression plasmids pET28a(+)-SmCHS was constructed and transformed into Escherichia coli BL21(DE3) for expression. SDS-PAGE indicated that the fusion protein was expressed partially in soluble form after induction by IPTG. The recombinant protein was collected and purified by Ni-NTA affinity column. The enzymatic activity assay of the purified recombinant protein showed that the fusion protein had chalcone synthase activity. It could catalyze the condensation of a 4-coumaroyl-CoA with three malonyl-CoAs to produce naringenin chalcone.

ObjectiveTo investigate the relationship between complement-3(C3) and progression of early cerebral infarction.Methods168 consecutive patients with acute cerebral infarction within the first 24 hours from onset were recruited.Fasting venous blood sample was drawn on the morning of the second or the third day after admission.C3 and other clinical chemistry variables were measured. The relationship of C3 and progressing stroke(PS) was analyzed by Logistic regression.Results68 cases(40.48%) were considered as PS.Level of serum C3 in PS patients was 1.28±0.20 g/L higher than in those with non-PS(1.16±0.25 g/L,P=(0.000)).A higher C3 accompanied a higher tendency of prevalence of PS(P=0.001).Logistic regression analysis showed that C3 was significantly correlated with PS(OR for each 1.0 g/L=7.27;95% CI=1.52~36.39; P=0.013).ConclusionElevated serum C3 may play an important role in the prevalence of PS.

Objective To construct nursing emergency management system of emerging infectious diseases for suiting the new situation of emerging infectious disease management needs. Methods The preliminary indicators of nursing emergency management system of emerging infectious diseases were formulated through the literature review and group discussion. The 3 rounds of Delphi questionnaire consultation were held among 20 experts in the field of infectious diseases. Results The experts' positive coefficients were 0.91,1.0 and 1.0,and authority coefficient was 0.82,while coordination coefficients were 0.272,0.311 and 0.320 (P< 0.05). Variation coefficients of various indicators were 0.09-0.22. Finally, the nursing emergency management system of emerging infectious diseases including 4 first-level indicators,17 second-level indicators and 66 third-level indicators was constructed. Conclusions The construction of scientific, systematic and standardized nursing emergency management system of emerging infectious diseases can improve the emergency disposition ability of nurses, establish efficient and reasonable human resources system, and improve the nursing management level of emerging infectious diseases.

Objective To study the population genetic structure and phylogenetic relationships by combining Y-STR haplotype genetic information from the Han population in Dalian with 32 domestic and foreign groups. Methods Blood samples of 958 Han male volunteers from Dalian were collected.Genetic typing of 42 genetic loci was completed using Y-STR fluorescent reagent kits and capillary electrophoresis.Related forensic parameters were calculated.Nei's standard genetic distances among 33 populations based on 17 Y-STR loci were computed,in order to create a principal coordinate analysis as well as construct a phylogenetic tree. Results The analysis of genetic polymorphisms at 42 Y-STR loci revealed 30 unconventional alleles at 10 loci.Genetic analysis of the population based on 17 Y-STR loci confirmed that Dalian's Han population had the closest genetic distance to the Anshan's Han population, followed by populations from Henan,Heilongjiang,Jilin,Shandong, and Chongqing.Furthermore, the genetic distances between the Han population in Dalian and the Qiang population in Beichuan or the Miao population in Guizhou were relatively closer than that to the Manchu population living in Liaoning. Conclusion The genetic distance between the Han population in Dalian and other groups is not entirely proportional to ethnicities and geographical proximity. Both population migration and ethnic assimilation or isolation may have influence on it.

Objective To explore the experience of patients with rheumatoid arthritis participating in the shared medical appointments(SMA),so as to provide references for medical staff to formulate targeted intervention strategies. Methods By the descriptive phenomenology research method in qualitative research,14 patients with rheumatoid arthritis who participated in the SMA in a tertiary A integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine hospital in Shanghai from August to October 2023 were selected for the in-depth interviews, and the data were analyzed and themes were extracted by Colaizzi 7-step analysis method. Results The experience of patients with rheumatoid arthritis participating in SMA can be summarized into 3 themes:①Driving factors of participation in SMA(seeking clarity and resolution, seeking support and hope);②Perceived benefits of participation in SMA(feelings of efficiency and convenience, reduced isolation, increased security, reduced stigma, increased self-efficacy,insights and experiences, lifestyle changes);(3)Barriers to participation in shared outpatient procedures(obscure medical terminology, inapplicability to some special groups, single content and form of sharing, worries and concerns about personal privacy disclosure, transportation inconvenience and time conflicts). Conclusion Medical staff should pay attention to the experience of patients with rheumatoid arthritis participating in the SMA,improve the training skills of medical staff, solve the obstacles in the process of participation in the SMA,and promote the continuous improvement and development of the SMA.
