1.Analysis of Physical Fitness Participation of 1243 Community Residents

Objective To Analysis the physical fitness participation of 1243 community residents and to provide the scientific basis for developing intervention strategies. Methods The study was based on data of Physical Activity Questionnaire collected in Nutrition and Health Survey 2006 in Putuo, Shanghai. 1 243 subjects aged 6 years and above were involved. Results 43.8% of community residents had participated in physical exercise. Participation ratio was 41.4% in male, lower than that in female (45.8%). Participation ratios among aged 6yr~, 18yr~, 45yr~, 60yr~ were 48.1%, 25.2%, 22.0%, 64.9% in male and 40.8%, 22.5%, 40.1%, 67.1% in female. Participation ratios among age groups were significantly different (P=0.000). Proportion for frequent exercise of all age groups were 25.0%, 11.9%, 19.7%, 64.9% for male and 21.1%, 15.0%, 37.4%, 66.3% for female. There were difference among age groups (P= 0.000). Conclusion Specific intervention measures should be developed for different kind of people.
2.Effects of total saponins of tribulus on the differentiation of rat neural hippocampus stem cells

Objective To observe the effects of total saponins of tribulus of various consistency on the differentiation of neural hippocampus stem cells. Methods The hippocampus stem cells from newborn rat were obtained by serum-free medium and single-cell cloning technique. Hippocampus stem cells were induced by total saponins of tribulus of various consistency. Nestin, BrdU, neurofilament (NF-200), glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) expression were detected using immunocytochemical stains. The numbers of NF and GFAP positive cells were counted. The percentages of positive cells were obtained. Results The dissociated cells from the organ of hippocampus developed into much of indiffrentiated otopheres of nestin positive cells. The hippocampus stem cell differentiated into neurons and astrocytes with the total saponins of tribulus. The percentage of NF positive neuron in the 20 mg/kg consistency of total saponins of tribulus groups was significantly higher than that in the control group and other consistency of total saponins of tribulus groups. Conclusion Total saponins of tribulus may enhance neural hippocampus stem cells differentiate into NF positive neuron.
3.Application of three dimensionally structured nursing management mode in the treatment of multiple trauma patients

Objective To explore the application of three dimensionally structured nursing management mode in the treatment of multiple trauma patients. Methods One hundred and eighty-seven patients with multiple injuries in the emergency department of our hospital from January to December 2010 were set up as the control group, and the traditional method was used in the group. Another 189 patients with multiple injuries from January to December 2011 were set as the observation group , in which the three dimensionally structured nursing management mode was used. The two groups were compared in terms of success rate. Result The success rates of the observation group and the control group were 85.7%(162/189) and 71.7%(134/187), respectively. The difference between the two group was statistically significant (Χ2=19.19,P<0.01). Conclusion The implementation of the three-dimensionally structured nursing management model can improve the comprehensive ability of emergency treatment and then improve the success rate of rescuing emergency patients.
4.Production and application of multifunctional strait-jacket in severe children

Children without company of parents in pediatric intensive care unit,often irritable crying,injured,or scratching themselves,pulling in all kinds of wire and/or catheter on the body,and even adverse events,such as dropping of bed.To ensure the safety of the children,we invent a multifunctional strait-jacket,and it is applied in clinic in order to solve the above problems.The structure of this strait-jacket is open,easy to install wire and all kinds of operation;shoulder,cuff with button loops fix bed guardrail by a rope,to prevent the roll shift;cuff with double fold gloves can avoid scratch the skin,remove the line,having the effect of palm warm;waist adding two constraints,not improving constraints on the waist but abdomen to keep warm.By clinical application,this strait-jacket improves the comfort of the constraint,can prevent the occurrence of complications due to improper constraints,such as skin abrasions,physical damage,blood circulation obstacle,alleviate the pain for the children.
5.Therapeutic action of transplantation of marrow mesenchymal stem cells into infarction area after cerebral middle artery occlusion in rats

AIM: To explore the differentiation and the functional behavior of marrow mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) transplanted into the cerebral infarction area after cerebral middle artery ischemia in rats. METHODS: MSC were isolated from human rib marrow and cultured in L DMEM medium in vitro. The model of rat cerebral infarction by cerebra middle artery occlusion was established, and the identified MSC were transplanted intracerebrally 10 days later. Immunohistochemistry technique was used to identify the cell survivor and its differentiation to the neurogenesis in the transplantation site, and at 2 weeks and 6 weeks after transplantation, the functional tests were comparatively studied. Objective To investigate the relationship between the C-reactive protein (CRP) and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) prevalence.Methods In this study,63,486 workers who had participated in the Kailuan health examination from July 2012 to October 2013 and without history of drinking,myocardial infarction,stroke and cancer and without data incomplete were recruited.The observation population was divided into three groups according to the levels of CRP at baseline:group 1 (< 1 mg/L),group 2 (1-3 mg/ L) and group 3 (>3 mg/L).The prevalence of NAFLD among three groups was observed.Multiple logistic regression was used to calculated relationship between the CRP and NAFLD prevalence.Results The prevalence of NAFLD in group 1,group 2 and group 3 were 26.9%,42.1% and 49.3%,respectively,and the differences were significant (x2=2 192.31,P < 0.01).Logistic model showed that after adjustment for age,gender,waist circumference and other confounders,the association between CRP and NAFLD was strong and the OR value (95% CI) among the group 1,group 2 and group 3 were 1.00,1.49 (1.42-1.56),1.54 (1.45 -1.64),respectively.Conclusion CRP is independently associated with the nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.

Objective To investigate the correlation between toll-like receptor 9 (TLR9) gene 2848G/A polymorphism and primary antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies (ANCA) associated small vasculitis (AAV). Methods A case-control study was performed among 135 patients diagnosed with AAV and 140 disease-free control and we test the serum biochemical parameter. Polymorphism was analyzed by polymerase chain restricted fragments length polymorphism. As for statistic method, according to the character of data, we performed t-test, chi-square test, Spearman grade related analysis and one-way ANOVA. Results ① The frequencies of AA, GG, GA genotype of TLR9 2848 in AAV patients were 14.07%, 38.52%, and 47.71%, respectively; ② Significant increase in IgM was observed in AA genotype than GG+GA genotype in AAV patients (F=4.561, P<0.05). ③ There was no significant difference between AI and CI in AA, GA and GG genotype in AAV patients (F=2.115, 0.760, P>0.05). Conclusion AA, GA and GG genotypes are detected in TLR9 2848G/A in patients with AAV in Guangxi, without significant correlation with susceptibility to primary AAV in Guangxi.
9.The correlation between TLR2 gene -597T/C polymorphism and primary ANCA associated small vasculitis of Han population in Guangxi

Objective To investigate the correlation between Toll-like receptor2 (TLR2) gene promoter region -597T/C polymorphism and primary ANCA associated small vasculitis (AAV) in Guangxi Han people. Methods A case contrastive control study was adopted in the study. Patients with AAV (patients group, n=110) and healthy people (control group, n = 200) were recruited. Associated serum indexes were detected and polymorphisms of TLR2 gene promoter 597T/C were analyzed by polymerase chain restricted fragment length polymorphisms (PCR-RFLP). Results (1)Three TLR2-597T/C genotypes were discovered in 110 AAV patients, namely, TT, TC and CC, with the frequency of 54.55%,40.00% and 5.45% respectively. And the frequencies of allele T and C were 74.55% and 25.45%. In control group, the genotype frequencies of TT, TC and CC were 56.00%,40.50% and 3.50%, with 76.25% of allele T and 23.75% of allele C. No significant differences were found in neither genotype distribution nor allele frequencies between the patients group and control group ( P > 0 . 05 ) . ( 2 ) Significant differences were found in the incidence of proteinuria rate and the hemoglobin (P< 0.05)in AAV patients. (3)There was no significant difference between AI and CI in TT, TC and CC genotype in AAV patients. Conclusions Polymorphism of TLR2-597T/C may be correlated with the incidence of proteinuria and the level of hemoglobin, while no obvious correlation with the genetic susceptibility of ANCA in vasculitis patients of Guangxi Han people.
10.Clinical study of sequential targeted drug therapy following chemotherapy in treatment of elderly advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients with acquired epidermal growth factor receptor-tyrosine kinase inhibitor resistance

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and adverse effects of sequential administration of epidermal growth factor receptor-tyrosine kinase inhibitor(EGFR-TKI)following pemetrexed combined with cisplatin in elderly advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)patients with acquired EGFR-TKI resistance.Methods A total of 97 elderly patients with advanced NSCLC confirmed with pathology or cytology in Qingdao Center Hospital from March 2012 to March 2014 were devided into control group and research group according to treatment methods.The control group received pemetrexed 500 mg/m2day 1 and cisplatin 75 mg/m2day 1-3,and the research group received pemetrexed 500 mg/m2and cisplatin 75 mg/m2,then received sequential administration of EGFR-TKI(gefitinib 250 mg/d or elotinib 150 mg/d or icotinib 375 mg/d).The efficacy,progression-free survival(PFS)and toxicity in both groups were compared.Results The disease control rate of control group and research group were 41.67%(20/48)and 65.31%(32/49),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.448,P =0.020).The objective response rate of control group and research group were 16.67%(8/48)and 28.57%(14/49),the difference was not statistically significant(χ 2=1.960,P=0.162).The median PFS time of control group and research group were 4.0 months(95%CI 3.554-4.446)and 4.5 months(95%CI 3.902-5.098),the difference was statistically significant(χ 2= 3.936,P= 0.047).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P> 0.05).Conclusion The sequential administration of EGFR-TKI following pemetrexed combined with cisplatin is suitable for the treatment of elderly advanced NSCLC patients with acquired EGFR-TKI resistance.
