Objective To observe the effect of cervical plexus block combined with cervical vertebra traction treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type .Methods 60 cases of nerve root type cervical spondylosis were divided into two groups by coin tossing:group A(n=32) cervical plexus block combined with cervical traction thera-py, group B( n=28) treated by cervical traction therapy ,according to the severity of pain compared two groups of treatment effect.Results after treatment,20d group 10d,30d,90d pain scores were (4.61 ±0.70)%,(3.71 ± 0.57)%,(3.30 ±0.65)%,(4.44 ±1.04)%,group B respectively (5.88 ±1.47)%,(5.61 ±1.35)%,(4.83 ± 0.86)%,(5.50 ±0.87)%,the difference between two groups was statistically significant (t=5.85,1.06,1.30, 7.51,all P<0.01).Conclusion The cervical plexus block combined with cervical traction for treatment of nerve root type of cervical spondylosis is better than the routine treatment of cervical traction ,which is suitable for promotion of primary health care units .

Objective:To analyze the relationship of hepatic transit time and portal vein pressure in the patients with portal hypertension and esophagogastric varices, and to clarify its clinical significance.Methods:A total of50hospitalized patients underwent esophagogastric venous embolization due to portal hypertension and esophagogastric varices were selected as observation group, and 50patients without history of liver disease and clinical manifestations of liver disease (hospitalized or out-patient) were selected as control group, All patients underwent liver contrast enhanced ultrasound.The free portal pressure (FPP) was measured by ultrasound guided portal vein puncture for operating pathways in the patients in observation group.The hepatic artery-hepatic vein transit time (HA-HVTT) , the hepatic portal vein-hepatic vein transit time (PV-HVTT) , the liver parenchymahepatic vein transit time (PA-HVTT) of the patients were compared between two groups.The correlations between HA-HVTT, PV-HVTT, PA-HVTT and FPP of the patients in observation group were analyzed.Results:The HA-HVTT, PV-HVTT and PA-HVTT of the patients in observation group were significantly shorter than those in control group (t=5.078, P＜0.01;t=12.163, P＜0.01;t=2.649, P＜0.01) .The HA-HVTT, PV-HVTT and PA-HVTT had negative correlations with FPP in observation group (r=-0.799, P＜0.01;r=-0.554, P＜0.01;r=-0.735, P＜0.01) .The linear relationship between HA-HVTT and FPP was Y=-0.410X+7.254;the linear relationship between PV-HVTT and FPP was Y=-0.355X+4.983;the linear relationship between PA-HVTT and FPP was Y=-0.566X+4.997.Conclusion:Liver transit time can be used as an effective index to judge the portal vein pressure, and it can provide the theroretical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of portal hypertension in the patients.

Objective:To explore the intervention effects of an Internet-based blood pressure monitoring and management platform in a prehypertensive population.Methods:One hundred and fifty-eight prehypertensive patients who were examined at the Third Xiangya Hospital in Changsha, China, from August to December 2019 were randomly divided into either the experimental or control groups using the random number table method. The experimental group utilized an Internet-based blood pressure monitoring and management platform, whereas the control group utilized regular telephone and SMS health management routines. The intervention duration was 12 months for both groups. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis, t-tests, chi-square tests, χ 2 tests, and rank-sum tests. Results:Post intervention systolic blood pressure (124.79±9.71 mmHg) (1 mmHg=0.133 kPa) and diastolic blood pressure measurements (77.41±8.21 mmHg) of the participants in the experimental group were significantly lower than those before the intervention (128.29±5.10 mmHg and 79.99±6.01 mmHg, respectively), and significantly lower than those of the control group′s measurements after the intervention (130.00±7.78 mmHg and 80.33±7.90 mmHg, respectively) (all P<0.05). The blood pressure goal attainment rate was significantly higher in the experimental group (23.08%) than that of the control group (8.75%), with statistically significant differences within the experimental group before and after intervention, as well as between the groups post intervention ( P<0.05). Positive lifestyle changes, such as prehypertension knowledge score, active restriction and control of salt and oil intake, reduction of smoking, and exercising weekly, were significantly higher than those in the control group before the intervention (all P<0.05). Conclusion:The use of an Internet-based blood pressure monitoring and management platform can effectively help patients with prehypertension control their blood pressure levels, improve their knowledge about the condition, and improve their lifestyle choices.

Objective Stereotactic body radiotherapy(SBRT)and radiofrequency ablation(RFA)are primary treatments for hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)at present.However,the effect of these treatments in clinical trails are rather controversial.The purpose of this paper is to conduct a meta-analysis on the clinical effect and related complications of SBRT and RFA for HCC.Methods A computerized retrieval of academic papers concerning the treatment effect of SBRT and RFA for HCC from the databases of PubMed,Embase,Cochrane Library,Scopus,Web of Science,CBM,CNKI,Wanfang database,VIP was conducted.The retrieval time period was from the establishment of the database to June 2022.Stata14.0 software was used to make meta-analysis.Results A total of 14 retrospective studies including 6 806 patients were included in this analysis.The results of combined hazard ratio(HR)based on overall survival(OS)showed that the OS rate of SBRT was lower than that of RFA(HR=1.25,95％CI=1.10-1.43,12=0％,P=0.000 9),while the results of combined HR of local control(LC)rate indicated that SBRT had a better therapeutic effect(HR=0.61,95％CI=0.47-0.78,I2=0％,P=0.000 1).Subgroup analysis revealed that the combined HR of LC rate favored the performance of SBRT for patients with tumor diameter larger than 2 cm(HR=2.64,95％CI=1.56-4.48,I=0％,P=0.000 3).No statistically significant difference in the incidence of late serious adverse reactions existed between SBRTgroup and RFA group(OR=1.01,95％CI=0.59-1.73,I2=30％,P=0.97).Conclusion SBRT is superior to RFA in controlling local HCC lesions,especially in patients whose tumor diameter is larger than 2 cm,although it does not show certain advantages in the survival benefit.(J Intervent Radiol,2023,32:1233-1241)

Objective To investigate high risk human papillomavirus(HR-HPV)prevalence among married women in Beijing and to study the high risk flactors.nethods During March 2007 to September 2008.a total of 6185 married women sampled from 137 communities in 12 districts were screened bv HR-HPV DNA test and cytogical test.The interview was carried out with unified questionnaires.The databage was set up and twice entered in EpiDam 3.0.After checked up,the data were analyzed in SPSS 15.0.Results (1) The HR-HPV infection rate was 9.89%.The HR-HPV infection rate of the city zone,the suburb and the exurb were 9.34%,10.51% and 9.51% (P>0.05).The HR-HPV infection rate of the native and the oudander were 9.53%,11.30% (P<0.05).(2) The age distribution of HR-HPV infection was that the rate was around 10% among 25 to 44 age groups,which was the highest(11.21%) in 30 to 34 age group;then the rate was descended as the age raising,the rate of 50 to 54 age group was the lowest(7.78%).(3) Multiple logistic regression showed that the related risk factors of HR-HPV infection mainly included 1000 RMB and above of family income per person per month.possessing more than 1 sexual partner of her husband,outlander and hish levels of education.(4) The prevalence of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)in HR-HPV positive group wag significantly higher than that in HR-HPV negative group(29.76% vs 3.32%,P<0.01).Conclusions(1)The HR-HPV infection rate among aged 25 to 54 years was 9.9% and there was no significant difference in area distribution.(2)The hish risk population which should strengthen screening was the married bearing-age women with high level of family income,outlander,high levels of education and her husband possessing more than 1 sexual partner.(3)HR-HPV infection is the main risk factor for CIN and cervical cancer.while does not provide a causal relationship with them.The high risk population should be checked regularly to understand the development of HR-HPV infection and CIN incidence.

Objective: To investigate the expression and function of the TNF signaling pathway in the early stage of orthodontic tooth movement with periodontitis and to provide evidence to study the early inflammatory response in patients with periodontitis orthodontic treatment. Methods: Sixteen SD rats were randomly divided into four groups: group A--12 h of orthodontic tooth movement of the bilateral maxillary first molars in rats with periodontitis; group B--periodontitis model of the bilateral maxillary first molars without orthodontic tooth movement; group C--12 h of orthodontic tooth movement of the same teeth in rats with healthy periodontium; group D--control group without operations. The bilateral maxillary first molars and surrounding periodontal tissue of each group were collected for gene chip detection. Pathway enrichment analysis, qRT-PCR and GO (gene ontology) analysis were performed to identify differential genes involved in the TNF signaling pathway. Results : Gene chip results showed that the TNF signaling pathway was significantly upregulated in group A, group B and group C (P <0.01). Among the differential genes involved in the pathway, 28 were upregulated and 5 were downregulated in group A, 12 were upregulated and 4 were downregulated in group B, and 12 were upregulated and 1 was downregulated in group C (P <0.05). The most significant GO items included "response to lipopolysaccharide", "inflammatory response", "positive regulation of NF-κB transcription factor activity", "positive regulation of NF-κB import into nucleus" and "response to hypoxia"(P <0.001). qRT-PCR results showed no significant difference in TNF-α mRNA expression in group C compared with that in group D, TNF-α was upregulated in both groups A and B (P <0.01), and mRNA expression decreased in the following order: group A > group B > group C (P <0.05). Compared with group D, the expression levels of prostaglandin-endoperoxide synthase 2 (PTGS2) and interleukin-6 ( IL-6) in groups A, B and C were significantly upregulated (P <0.05), but the expression levels of PTGS2 and IL-6 in group A were lower than those in group B (P < 0.05). Conclusion The TNF signaling pathway is activated in the early stage of orthodontic tooth movement in rats with periodontitis. The pathway products participate in many biological processes and play an important role in the inflammatory response and bone absorption.

ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of Danggui Shaoyaosan （DSS） on the morphology and function of mitochondria in rats model of Alzheimer's disease （AD） and its possible mechanism. MethodRats model of AD was established by injection of streptozocin （STZ） into bilateral ventricles of SD rats. The 40 rats were randomly divided into sham group， model group， low， medium and high dosages of Danggui Shaoyaosan （12，24，36 g·kg^-1·d^-1） groups，observed the morphological changes of mitochondria in hippocampus of rats by electron microscopy after 14 days of continuous gavage. In situ end labeling（TUNEL） staining used to detect apoptosis and immunofluorescencereactive used to observe the expression of reactive oxygen species （ROS） and peroxisome proliferators-activated receptor γ coactivator lalpha （PGC-1α），quantitative Real-time polymerase chain reaction（Real-time PCR）detected the mRNA expression of dynamin-related protein 1 （Drp1），mitochondrial fusion protein 2 （MFN2） ，cytochrome C oxidase subunit Ⅳ （COX Ⅳ） and PGC-1α. Western blot detected the protein expression of adenosine 5'-monophosphate （AMP）-activated protein kinase （AMPK），phosphorylation（p）-AMPK，recombinant Sirtuin 1 （SIRT1） and PGC-1α. ResultCompared with the sham group，the results of model group showed that the damage of mitochondria in hippocampus was more obvious，accelerated the ROS production and apoptosis rate （P<0.01），decreased the mRNA level of MFN2，COX Ⅳ，PGC-1α，increased the mRNA level of Drp1，and descended the protein of p-AMPK/AMPK，SIRT1，PGC-1α （P<0.05，P<0.01）.Compared with the model group，the medium and high dose of DSS group notably improved the damage of mitochondria，reduced the production of ROS and apoptosis rate （P<0.01），promoted the mRNA expression of MFN2，COX Ⅳ，PGC-1α，inhibited the mRNA expression of Drp1，and up-regulated the protein of p-AMPK/AMPK，SIRT1，PGC-1α （P<0.01）. ResultDSS can significantly ameliorate the mitochondrial homeostasis imbalance in AD rats.
