1.Relationship between IL-33 and childhood autoimmune disease
Journal of Clinical Pediatrics 2014;(5):491-493
Interleukin-33 is regarded as the orphan receptor ST2 that belongs to the cytokine family of interleukin-1 in 2005. IL-33 is found to play a potentially pathogenic roles in the autoimmune disease, allergic disease, vascular disease, inflammatory disease and it might be a useful sera marker for the diagnosis and prognosis in related diseases. Here we make a review on the relationship between IL-33 and autoimmune disease in recent years.

Journal of Practical Stomatology 2000;0(05):-
Objective: To study the effect of treatment of articulation disorder in patients with velopharygeal incompetence(VPI) after operation for cleft palate. Methods: Articulation disorder was treated by velophary-geal obturator in 135 patients with VPI, the rate of VPI(RVPI),improving rate of VPI(IRVPI),the value of third formant frequency(F3)of Chinese vowels and pronunciation were observed before and 180 days,1 and 2 years after treatment. Results: After treatment RVPI was decreased (P

Clinical Medicine of China 2017;33(8):701-704
Objective To study the effect of temporary closure of venous pressure clamp on blood coagulation during duct rinsing in heparin free dialysis. Methods One hundred and forty cases of heparin free dialysis were divided into the control group and observation group according to the singular times dialysis and dual time dialysis, the control group (74 cases with singular times heparin free dialysis) and observation group (66 cases with dual times heparin free dialysis). The rinsing operation of the control group was consistent with the routine dialysis process. In the observation group, the venous pressure clamp was closed before the start of rinsing, and then the venous pressure clamp was opened at the end of this process. The times of alarm, blood pump suspension period, incidence rate and degree of blood coagulation were compared between the two groups to assess the degree of comfort and compliance of all patients during the process. Results The differences between the two groups in terms of times of alarm and blood pump suspension period were statistically significant ((5.7±1.8) times vs.0 times,(9.1±4.0) s vs.0s,P=0.001),the incidence rate of blood coagulation, the degree of blood coagulation above degree Ⅱ and the rate of operation completion ahead of time in the two groups were detected ((70.3% (52/74) vs.7.6% (5/66),21.6% (16/74) vs.0,8.1% (6/74) vs.0).The difference of blood coagulation degree between the two groups was statistically significant (Z=-9.185,P=0.000).Patients in the observation group had a higher grade of comfort degree((4.8±1.0) points vs.(4.2±0.63) points,P=0.001).Conclusion In the operation of heparin free dialysis, the temporary closure of venous pressure clamp can reduce the incidence rate of interruption, prolong the service life of the filter, ensures the dialysis time and treatment effect, and improve the patients' degree of comfort.

China Pharmacy 2005;0(16):-
OBJECTIVE: To reduce the incidence of the disputes between pharmacists and patients. METHODS: The reasons for the disputes between pharmacists and patients as well as the countermeasures were analyzed. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS: The disputes between pharmacists and patients were mainly resulted form pharmacists' dispensing error, improper service attitude or skills, or lack of the ability in dealing with the problems. The quality of pharmaceutical care can be enhanced and the incidence of disputes can be reduced or evaded through institutionalized management, standardized operation and humane concern showed to patients etc.

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of reconstruction by using the free iliac flap with nerve anastomosis to repair the composite tissue defects of heel. Methods From March 2009 to August 2012,five cases with the composite tissue defects of heel, including 2 cases with the bottom defects and 3 cases with the tibial defects of heel, were repaired by the free iliac flap, and the feeling of the heel were reconstructed by nerve anastomosis of the flap. The ventral wound were sutured simply. Results All iliac flaps survived and the wound healed in one stage.Patients were followed up from 6 months to 12 months.Appearance and function recovered and the feeling recovered from S2-S3.The foots walked freely. The skin of iliac abdomen were scarred and lead to hyperpigmentation. Conclusion Using the free iliac flap with nerve anastomosis could repair the bone and soft tissue defects of heel and reconstruct the sensation of warmth and sense of pain of the heel. With the characteristics of hidden wound and little damage, the clinical effects was satisfied.

Objective:To explore and compare the therapeutic effect of hysteroscopic cesarean scar pregnancy and transvaginal scar pregnancy. Methods: 63 cases of uterine scar pregnancy patients were divided into treatment group (32 cases) and control group (31 cases) depend on the different surgical methods. The difference of operation time, intraoperative blood loss, HCG descent, postoperative hospital stay and postoperative recovery situation were compared. Results: 32 cases of hysteroscopic surgery patients were successful in one-time operation, no serious complications. Every indicator of hysteroscopic surgery group, such as operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative hospital stay and postoperative blood HCG decline situation, was better than the vaginal surgery group (t=6.743, t=4.329,t=2.482,t=2.181;P<0.05).Conclusion: Hysteroscopy surgery is an important method for minimally invasive treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy, and different individual treatment program should be adopted to treat different cases of CSP and objective in clinical practice.

Journal of Clinical Pediatrics 2014;(11):1076-1079
Objective To evaluate the application of dual-source CT (DSCT) using low-dose technology in diagnosing complex congenital heart diseases. Methods The DSCT data of 31 cases with complex congenital heart diseas-es conifrmed by operation were retrospectively analysed and classiifed into four groups:group A(≤4 months old, n=12); group B (>4 months old~1 year old, n=3);group C (>1 year~6 years old, n=8) and group D (>6 years old, n=8). Results The diagnosis conformation rate of DSCT with surgery were 94.59%. The diagnostic conformation rate of intracardic anormalies using DSCT was 92.86%. And the diagnostic conformation of DSCT in patients with abnormal connection of atrium or ventri-cle to great vessels and the extrocardic anormalies was 95.65%. The average effective dose in each group were 1.16±0.06 mSv, 1.28±0.07 mSv, 1.96±0.54 mSv and 2.77±0.38 mSv, respectively. The ratio of the high quality images was 90.32%. Con-clusions The application of low dose technology in DSCT can clearly display the anomalies, and signiifcantly reduce the radiation dose without losing image quality as well.

Chinese Journal of Behavioral Medicine and Brain Science 2009;18(2):120-121
Objective To investigate the clinical significances of thyroid function changes in patients with post-stroke depression(PSD). Methods Sixty two cases with acute cerebral infarction (CI) were stratified into two groups by Zung self-rating depression scale, single cerebral infarct patients group (CI group) and PSD group. Serum levels of FT3, FT4 and TSH of the patients were detected on 2 days,7days,14 days and 21days after admission. Results ①On each time point after admission, FT3 levels in PSD group were lower than those in CI group. FT3 levels in the two groups on the 7 days were higher than those on 2 days(2.04±0.53 vs 1.28±0.19, 1.43±0.91 vs 1.07±0.37, P <0.05).On the 14 and 21 days, levels of FT3 in the PSD group were continuously increased.②On the 2 days and 7 days after admission, FT4 levels in PSD group were higher than those in CI group. FT4 levels in the two groups on the 14 days were lower than those on 7 days(1.52±0.18 vs 2.09±0.26, 1.57±0.31 vs 2.28±0.38, P <0.05). ③On the 2 days after admission, the TSH level in the PSD group were lower than that in CI group(2.02±0.36 vs 2.27±0.49,P <0.05). Conclusion The results indicated that the hypothalamic-pituitary-thyroid axis plays important role in the pathogenesis of PSD.
