Objective To explore the effects of nursing intervention on medication compliance in HIV/AIDS patients. Methods Literatures related to effects of nursing intervention on medication compliance in HIV/AIDS patients published from 2010 to 2016 were searched in the China Hospital Knowledge Database (CHKD), Wanfang Data database and PubMed database. This paper evaluated literature quality, heterogeneity of included literature, effect sizes by fixed effect model or random effect model, publication bias, and analyzed sensitivity. Results The medication compliance of intervention group was 1.42 times as that of control group with (1.33, 1.51) for 95% credibility interval (CI). The rate of medication compliance of intervention group was higher than that of control group with 0.26 for rate difference and (0.22, 0.29) for 95% CI. Conclusions Nursing intervention has an important role in improving medication compliance of AIDS patients. In the future antiviral therapy, relevant units should actively carry out nursing intervention so as to enhance medication compliance of patients and guarantee treatment effect.

Objective To explore the correlations of emotional labor strategies ( surface acting, deep acting) , emotional exhaustion and ages in nurses so as to provide references for prevention of emotional exhaustion in nurses of different ages. Methods Sectional design was adopted to investigate the status of 304 nurses with the emotional labor scale and the Maslach burnout inventory scale from September 2014 to November 2014. Moreover, Pearson correlation analysis was used to test the the correlations of emotional labor strategies, emotional exhaustion and age. Results The score of the strategies of surface acting had a significantly positive correlation with the score of emotional exhaustion of nurses ( r=0.32, P<0.01) , while the score of the strategies of deep acting had a negative correlation with the score of emotional exhaustion of nurses (r=0.17, P<0.01). The nurses′ages had no correlation with the score of the strategies of surface acting ( r=0.01, P=0.929) , but it had a positive correlation with the score of the strategies of deep acting (r=0.12, P<0.05).Conclusions There was different correlations between emotional labor strategies and emotional exhaustion. With the increase of the age, nurses tend to use the strategies of deep acting.

Objective To understand the compliance of highly active anti-retroviral therapy (HAART) and influencing factors in people living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA) in Nanjing. Methods PLWHA receiving HAART in No. 2 Hospital of Nanjing during May-June 2014 were recruited in this study. Self-administrated questionnaire was used to collect the data about HAART compliance and socio-demographic characteristics of PLWHA surveyed. Descriptive and multivariate statistical analysis were conducted to examine the effects of the factors on self-reported HAART adherence. Results A total of 276 PLWHA were surveyed,According to the evaluation criterion of Center for Adherence Support Evaluation (CASE),252 cases showed good compliance (91.3%). logistic regression analysis revealed that smoking, progress of the disease and side effects, reminding of taking drug and age were correlated with self-reported HAART adherence. Conclusion It is suggested to strengthen the education about antiviral therapy compliance in PLWHA with mild infection and those who are smokers and young, suffer from side effects, have no reminding methods for taking drug.
