Objective To study the effects of integration of medical treatment and care giving on patients' rehabilitation efficacy after hip replacement. Methods One hundred and six patients having undergone hip replacement in rehabilitation ward were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group from August 2013 to February 2015, 53 cases in each group. The control group received the traditional mode while taking the new integration of medical treatment in the observation group. The two groups were compared in terms of score on patients'ability of daily living, Harris score and patients'satisfaction. Result The score on patients'ability in daily living, the Harris hip score, joint function score were all higher than those of the control group (all P < 0.05). Conclusion The new integration of medical treatment can effectively improve the patients'ability in daily living , the hip joint function and the satisfaction of patients, reduce the potential complications after surgery and optimize the process of management in rehabilitation ward, which is worthy of promoting.

Studies in recent years revel that there is a close relationship between gastrin/cholecystokinin-2 receptors (GAS/CCK-2R) and pancreatic cancer. CCK-2R is widely distributed in human body, but not in normal exocrine pancreas. However, CCK-2R is abnormally expressed in pancreatic carcinoma. The abnormal expression of CCK-2R in pancreatic tissues leads to the abnormal protein expression and activation, changes in acinar cells' morphology and phenotype and an increase in the sensitivity to carcinogenic substances. And some GAS/CCK-2R antagonists can be used for the early and late treatment of pancreatic cancer.

As an essential technique involved in complicated liver surgery,portal vein reconstruction results in eradication of macro- or microscopic tumor residual on surgical margins when combined with precise hepatectomy,improving both the living quality and the survival rate of patients.The application of this reconstruction technique needs precise evaluation of pre-operational image data,clearly dissection of portal vessels and tremendous amount of collaborative effort by the surgery team. Other techniques performed during the surgical procedure include intra-operative ultrasound scan,revitalizing the cryopreserved vessels,and angioplasty.

Objective To understand the incidence of common geriatric syndromes in hospitalized patients,and analyze the relationship between different kinds of geriatric syndromes.Methods A crosssectional study was conducted by five well-trained investigators-300 patients were chosen from geriatric department and medical department within 3 top three hospitals in Chengdu.Results 300 copies of questionnaires were distributed in total,and 300 questionnaires were returned (response rate 100％).Among those,277 questionnaires were considered valid (valid response rate 92.3％).Among those elderly which were above 65 years old,having risk of falling accounted for 91.3％,feeling pain accounted for 79.1％,chronic constipation accounted for 59.2％,having risk of malnutrition accounted for 49.1％,malnutrition accounted for 28.2％,having risk of pressure ulcers accounted for 32.5％,incontinence accounted for 25.3％,and dysphagia accounted for 17％.The correlation among these syndromes was signifcant.Conclusions The overall incidence of geriatric syndromes in hospitalized patients is higher than that in the community.These syndromes are correlated with each other.One can be a risk factor of other geriatric syndromes and also could affect each other.

Objective To study the effects of supplemental Dangguibeimukushen pill prescription on the expressions of MMP13 and bFGF in tumor tissues on H22 hepatoma bearing mice.Methods H22 hepatoma bearing mice was employed to carry out anti-tumor experiment in vivo in this study.A total of 60 mice were randomly divided into model group,DDP positive control group,low and high dosage of supplemental Dangguibeimukushen pill treatment group,supplemental Dangguibeimukushen pill combined with DDP group.In each gruop,gastric infusion was performed continuously 14 d.The tumor growth and the general conditions of mice were recorded.After the last administration of gavages orally treatment,all mice were anaesthetized and killed by cervical disloca-tion method to obtain completely tumor tissue for further HE staining measure and detection of MMP13 and bFGF in tumor tissue with the method of RT-qPCR and immunohistochemistry.Results The tumor volume of model group and low dosage of supple-mental Dangguibeimukushen pill treatment group were larger than that of other groups,futhermore,ulceration were found inside tumor,and basic integrity were observed of tumor capsule.However,in all the treatment groups,the tumor volume was relatively smaller,and the capsule of tumor was incomplete,ulceration of different degrees and bleeding when tumor was peeled off.In combi-nation groups,the tumor volume was much smaller,and the tumor had incomplete capsule and less ulceration inside.Pathological observation showed that connective tissue was found inside tumor,cells were sparsely spread and the number of necrosis cancer cells were increased in all treatment groups.RT-qPCR detection showed that the mRNA expression of MMP13 and bFGF in each treat-ment group were decreased comparing with the model group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Immunohis-tochemical detection showed that the expression of MMP13 and bFGF in the combined group were less colored and weakly positive expression comparing with the positive group or the pure Chinese medicine treatment group,the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P <0.05).Conclusion Dangguibeimukushen pill could downregulate the expression of MMP13 and bFGF of tumor tissue in H22 hepatocarcinoma xenograft mice at mRNA and protein levels,and played a vital role in inhibiting cancer invasion and angiogen-esis,reducing toxics and side effects and enchancing its efficiency.

Objeetive:To screen the different extracts from Geranium strictipes with anticaries activity,and to study the effect of the active extract on the production of acid and polysaccharides of oral cariogenic bacteria.Methods:Chlorhexidine and Galla Chinensis were used as the positive controls.Tube double dilution method was used to study the extracts of Geranium strictipes on the growth of Streptococcus mutans (S.mutans) and Actinomyce viscosus (A.viscosus).First,the activity of 5 extracts fom Geranium strictipes against S.mutans,A.viscosus was detected.Their minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) were obtained.The effects of 4 lower concentrations(＜ MIC) of the active extract on the production of oral bacterial acid polysaccharides were examined.Results:The effect of n-butanol extraction part of Geranium strictipes was the strongest among all the extracts against the two kinds of bacteria in the inhibition of bacteria growth,bacterial acid production and polysaccharides production,but weaker than that of Chlorhexidine and Galla Chinensis.Conclusion:N-butanol extraction part of Geranium strictipes may be a natural and effective anti-caries agent.

ObjectiveTo explore the factors associated with activity of daily living (ADL) in patients injured from earthquake and to observe the rehabilitation nursing of fractures for them. Methods367 patients were reported and analyzed with Logistic regression. Results and ConclusionThe age (OR=1.016), renal failure (OR=4.648), lower limb fractures (OR=2.404), spine fracture (OR=3.558), right hand fractures (OR=1.190), right foot fractures (OR=4.389) and the complex fractures (OR=2.600) were associated with the poor ADL (<60). The rehabilitation nursing for fracture were reported and discussed.

Objective To investigate the correlation of K-ras gene mutations and activation of Hedgehog signaling pathway in pancreatic cancer cell lines.Methods Real-time PCR was used to detect K-ras gene mutations at codon 12 and 13 in pancreatic cancer cell lines of SW1990,PaTu8988,CFPAC-1,PANC1,AsPC-1,Capanc-2,BxPC-3 and the mRNA expression of Glil,Smo in these cell lines.Results The K-ras mutation of PANC1,CFPAC-1,AsPC-1,PaTu8988 was at codon 12,while SW1990 was at codon 13,BxPC-3,Capanc-2 were wild type.The expressions of Glil mRNA of AsPC-1,CFPAC-1,PANC1,PaTu8988,SW1990,BxPC-3,Capanc-2 were 7.84 ± 8.92,1.82 ± 3.45,1.00± 0.00,0.07 ± 0.10,0.88 ± 1.48,0.52 ± 0.98,0.15 ± 0.19,and the expressions of Smo mRNA were 144.00 ± 58.33,3.48 ±3.77,1.00 ±0.00,81.68 ±28.26,0.72 ±0.87,0.34 ±0.60,0.02 ±0.03.Glil,Smo mRNA expressions of cells with wild tpye K-ras were significantly lower than those with mutant type,and wild type BxPC-3's Glil,Smo mRNA expressions were significantly lower than that of mutant AxPC-1 (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Activation of Hedgehog signaling pathway may be related to K-ras gene mutations.

Objective To investigate the clinical application of various parameters of visual evoked potential (VEP) and auditory evoked potential (AEP) in patients with attention deficit and hyperactive disorder (ADHD), mental retardation (MR) and conduct disorder (CD).
