To characterize the CD45RA+and CD45RO+T lymphocyte subsets in the peripheral blood of patients with cGVHD induced by allogeneic haematopoietic stem cell transplantation ( allo-HSCT ) and to explore their relations with the disease. Methods:The peripheral blood was collected from 64 patients after allo-HSCT,including 21 non-cGVHD patients,15 light grade cGVHD patients,18 mild grade cGVHD patients and 10 severe grade cGVHD patients, then CD4+CD45RA+,CD4+CD45RO+, CD8+CD45RA+and CD8+CD45RO+T lymphocyte subsets were detected by flow cytometry ( FCM).Results: Compared with the control, the percent of CD4+CD45RA+T lymphocyte in patients with light, mild and severe grade cGVHD decreased markedly (P<0.05),the percent of CD4+CD45RO+T lymphocyte increased markedly (P<0.05).But there were not obviously change in the patient with different grade cGVHD.The percent of CD8+CD45RA+,CD8+CD45RO+T lymphocyte did not change obviously.Conclusion:CD4+CD45RA+and CD4+CD45RO+may play an important role in the pathogenesis of cGVHD.

Objective:To observe efficacy and mechanism of salvia miltiorrhiza and tetramethylpyrazine in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) accompanied by pulmonary heart disease .Methods:A total of 90 patients with acute exacerbation of COPD accompanied by pulmonary heart disease were randomly selected and divided into two groups ,the salvia miltiorrhiza and tetramethylpyrazine group and the control group ,with 45 cases in each .Both groups were given symptomatic treatment ,and the salvia miltiorrhiza and tetramethylpyrazine group received 5 mL salvia miltiorrhiza and tetramethylpyrazine injection(dissolved in 250 mL 5% glucose solution) by intravenous infusion once a day in addition .Both the two groups have been treated for 15 days .The blood gas analysis indexes(PaO2 ,SaO2 ) ,the hemodynamic indexes(PASP ,PADP ,MPAP) ,and the vasoactive factor indexes(ET‐1 ,NO) of the patents in two groups were detected before and after the treatment .Results:There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in each index before the treatment .Each index of patients in both two groups improved after the treatment ,compared with that before the treatment(P< 0 .05、0 .01) , of which the patients in salvia miltiorrhiza and tetramethylpyrazine group improved more significantly .Conclusions:Salvia miltiorrhiza and tetramethylpyrazine showed good efficacy on acute exacerbation of COPD accompanied by pulmonary heart disease .It could improve the oxygen supply for lung tissue ,reduce the generation of ET‐1 , increase the release of NO ,reduce the PASP and improve the cardiopulmonary function .

Objective To explore the effect of standing at a table while training on the upper limb function and muscle surface electromyography of hemiplegics. Methods Sixty hemiplegic persons were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group, each of 30.The affected upper limbs of the experimental group were trained while standing at a table, while the control group was trained while sitting. Before the treatment,as well as after 2 and 4 weeks of treatment, both groups' motor functioning was evaluated using the Fugl-Mayer upper limb assessment (FMA),as well as muscle surface electromyography. Results Before the treatment there was no significant difference betweenthe two groups' average FMA scores. After 2 and 4 weeks of treatment it had increased significantly in the experimental group, but in the control group the increase was not significant until the fourth week.In terms of surface myography, significant differences were observed in the biceps femoris and gastrocnemius muscles of both groups after 2 weeks. Two weeks later there was further significant improvement in both groups except for the tibialis anterior muscles of the control group. The differences between the two groups were significant after two weeks in the electromyograms of the biceps femoris, gastrocnemius muscle and anterior tibialis. After four weeks the differences between the groups in all of the electromyograms were significant. Conclusion Compared with the traditional sitting position, standing at a table while training can effectively improve the muscle activity of the rectus abdominis and the spine so as to promote the recovery of movement in hemiplegic upper limbs.

Objective:To investigate the current situation of basic knowledge and diagnosis and treatment behavior for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) among physicians of South Henan area .Methods:Questionnaire was designed for a research ,which was conducted among physicians from 15 hospitals located in 9 counties ,and the data were analyzed by using SAS 6 .12 software .Results:A total of 135 valid questionnaires were collected .And 80 .7% (109/135)of the physicians understood the epidemiology of COPD ,while 31 .8% (43/135) of them understood the disease characteristics .The proportion of physicians who understood the disease characteristics in respiratory professional group was 44 .4% (20/45) ,which was significantly higher than that (25 .5% ,23/90) in non‐respiratory professional group (P<0 .05) .Furthermore ,66 .6% (90/135) of the physicians diagnosed disease by clinical symptoms ,while 33 .3% (45/135) of them diagnosed disease by clinical symptoms and pulmonary function .The proportion of physicians who diagnoses disease by clinical symptoms and pulmonary function in respiratory professional group was 60 .0% (27/45) ,which is significantly higher than that 20 .0% (18/90) in non‐respiratory professional group (P< 0 .05) .Therapy for acute exacerbation of COPD was nearly conformed to the treatment guidelines ,however ,50 .3% (68/135)of physicians did not completely understand mechanical ventilation .For therapy of stable COPD ,57 .7% (78/135) of physicians recommended inhaled glucocorticosteroids combined with beta‐2‐receptor agonist .The proportion of physicians who recommended inhaled glucocorticosteroids combined with beta‐2‐receptor agonist in respiratory professional group was 88 .8% (40/45) ,which was significantly higher than that 42 .2% (38/90) in non‐respiratory professional group (P<0 .05) .Non‐respiratory professional group were lack of knowledge of home oxygen therapy ,respiratory exercises , and nutritional support .Only 11 .1% (10/90) physicians in the non‐respiratory professional group understood the knowledge comprehensively .Conclusions:It is key to enhance the education of COPD and popularize the treatment guideline among the physicians ,especially non‐respiratory physicians ,in South Henan area .
