China Pharmacist 2014;(12):2154-2155,2156
Objective:To establish an HPLC method for the determination of p-aminophenol in pediatric paracetamol artificial cow-bezoar and chlorphenamine maleate granules. Methods: A CAPCELL PAK MGⅡC18 (150 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm) chromatographic column was used with 0. 05% ammonium acetate solution-methyl (85∶ 15) as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 1 ml·min-1 , the detection wavelength was 232nm,the injection volume was 10μl,and the column temperature was 30℃. Results:The linear range of p-aminophenol was 9. 878 4-197. 568 0 ng(r = 0. 999 1), the average recovery was 99. 8%(RSD = 0. 9%,n= 9), and detection limit was 2ng. Conclusion:The method is simple, specific and accurate, which can be used to determine the contents related substances in of pediatric paracetamol artificial cow-bezoar and chlorphenamine maleate granules.
2.Safety management of infusion pumps in clinical use
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2004;0(07):-
Objective To provide a help in avoiding accidents related to infusion pump by analyzing its causes and preventive measures. Methods Alarms of infusion pump occurred in 59 patients by infusion pump are reviewed retrospectively and measures to prevent accidents related to infusion pumps are summarized. Results The measures effectually prevent accidents and guarantee patients in using infusion pump. Conclusion The accidents related to infusion pumps can be prevented effectioly by enhancing safety management and making nurses familiar with the infusion pumps, their alarms as well as handling methods.
3.Current clinical research of intraperitoneal perfusion chemotherapy for gastric cancer
Cancer Research and Clinic 2011;23(1):62-64
Gastric cancer is the first in morbidity and mortality among cancers in China. The presence of peritoneal dissemination is the most common cause of recurrence after radical surgery, and has become a pivotal to the curative resection. Whether intraperitoneal chemotherapy can prevent peritoneal dissemination, lymph node metastasis, eradicate invisible seeding tumor cells, reduce peritoneal metastasis, improve survival and quality of life is always under investigation. This review focus on the theory, clinical applications and problems of intraperitoneal chemotherapy for gastric cancer.
4.Nosocomial Infection in Catheterization Room:Surveillance and Management
Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2006;0(09):-
OBJECTIVE To prevent nosocomial infection from catheterization room and to reduce the rate of postoperative infection, and improve quality of catheterization room medical care. METHODS Air, object surfaces, the hands of medical staff, and using disinfectant in catheterization room were put to the test every month. RESULTS Totally 253 specimens were put surveillance over three years, total qualified rate was 99.6%, that of air was 98.6% and of object surfaces was 100%, for the hands of medical staff was 100%, and for using disinfectant was 100%. CONCLUSIONS Enhancing prevention nosocomial infection can effectively reduce the infection rate. Surveying the catheterization room termly is an important measure to prevent and control the nosocomial infection.
5.The quality control of medical devices clinical trials finished by drug clinical research institute office
China Medical Equipment 2016;13(3):115-116,117
Objective:To ensure the authenticity, scientific and reliability of medical devices clinical trials results. Methods: The drug clinical research institute office set up full-time secondary quality control team, clarified the responsibility, made application form, problem check and track list, subjects’ identity registration form. Using computer network to make 19 medical equipment quality control of clinical trials. Results: Assure the rights and safety of subjects, the validity, accuracy and completeness of clinical trial data and clinical trial results. Conclusion: The drug clinical research institute office, full-time secondary quality control team made strict clinical trial project for the whole process of quality control and ensure the true, scientific and reliable results.
6.Suppressor of cytokine signaling-3, interleukin-6 and insulin resistance
Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 1985;0(01):-
Suppressor of cytokine signaling (SOCS)-3 is a negative regulator of interleukin (IL)-6 signal transduction. The results showed that IL-6 was not only correlated with insulin resistance but also capable to induce the expression of SOCS-3.Thus the high expression of SOCS-3 mRNA may contribute to one of the mechanisms of IL-6 dependent insulin resistance.
7.Determination of schizandrol A in Mian'er'an Dripping Pills by HPLC
Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine 1992;0(10):-
AIM: To establish a method for determination of schizandrol A in Mian'er'an Dripping Pills (Semen Ziziphi Spinosae, Fructus Schisandrae, etc.). METHODS: HPLC was used with hypersil C 18 column (250mm?4.6mm; 5?m), methanol water (65∶35) as a mobile phase and detection wavelength at 254nm. The flow rate was 1.0mL?min -1 and at room temperature. RESULTS: The calibration curve was linear (r= 0.9999). The average recovery was 100.2% and RSD was 2.9%, respectively. CONCLUSION: The method is simple, quick and specific, and provides a quality control for the dripping pills.

Cancer Research and Clinic 2009;21(10):715-717
Breast cancer is a systemic disease, only through multidisciplinary treatment including surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, endocrine, can we enhance its effectiveness. In recent years, neoadjuvant chemotherapy for breast cancer has aroused great interest in tumor academia. We hope that this therapy can not only improve breast conservation rate, but also extend the overall survival through a series of clinical studies. This review presents the research progress of neoadjuvant chemotherapy for breast cancer.

Chinese Pediatric Emergency Medicine 2008;15(z1):4-5
Objective To explore the effect of valium and barbitone in the treatment of convulsion in neonate. Methods 156 children with convul sion were randomly divided into two groups, 77 cases in control group and 78 cases in treatment group. Results The instant and total effective rates of treatment group and control group were companed, respectively. There were significant difference between these two groups. Conclusion Valium and Barbitone is effective in treating neonate with convusion.

Chinese Journal of Endocrine Surgery 2016;10(3):221-224
Objective To evaluate the clinical value and safety of hysteroscopy in diagnosis of abnormal uterine bleeding. Methods The clinical characters and histopathological data of 272 cases of abnormal uterine bleeding were retrospectively analyzed. They received hysteroscopy in our hospital from Jan.2010 to Jan.2015.Results Histopathological diagnosis showed 75 cases were with endometrial polyps, including 5 cases misdiagnosed as submucosal fibroids, and the correct diagnostic rate was 93.3% (70/75).50 cases were with submucosal fibroids, and the diagnostic rate was 90.9% (50/55).97 cases were endometrial hyperplasia, including 7 cases misdiagnosed as atypical hyperplasia or cancer by hysteroscopy, and the correct diagnostic rate was 92.8% (90/97).19 cases were atypical hyperplasia or endometrial carcinoma, and the diagnostic rate was 73.1%(19/26).Atrophic endometrium were 23 cases.8 cases had intrauterine device remained. Conclusions Premenopausal women are more likely to present with endometrial hyperplasia, submucosal fibroids, endometrial polyps, while endometrial cancer and precancerous lesions are rare. But in postmenopausal women endometrial polyps, atrophic endometrium, cancer and precancerous lesions are mainly included.Hysteroscopic has a good diagnostic value in endometrial diseases which should be combined with histopathological examination.
