Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(8):367-368,371
Objective To explore the the effect of psychological intervention on emotion and postoperative bladder spasm in elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods 40 elderly cases with benign prostatic hyperplasia were classified as the control group and were given the routine intervention, the other 40 cases were received psychological intervention at the basis of routine intervention and classified as the observation group. The two groups were treated in Anji county traditional Chinese medicine hospital from September 2015 to January 2017. Results The anxiety and depression in the 2 groups had no significant difference before intervention, and the prognosis in the observation group was better than that in the observation group after intervention. The bladder spasm in the two groups was compared. The third days after the operation, the incidence of bladder spasm in the observation group was 10.0%, which was significantly lower than 45.0% in the control group, and the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Psychological intervention has better effect on mood and bladder spasm in elderly patients with prostate hyperplasia. It can help patients to improve their emotional state, reduce anxiety and depression, and ultimately reduce the incidence of bladder spasm, which is worthy of clinical reference.

Methods:The utilization of anti-tumor molecular targeted drugs in our hospital during 2011-2013 was retrospectively analyzed in respect of consumption sum, DDDs and DDC. Results:The proportion of consmption sum of anti-tumor mo-lecular targeted drugs in the total consumption sum was increased year by year, and that in 2012 and 2013 was over 60%. Protease ki-nase inhibitors accounted for 41. 29%-73. 41% in the consumption sum of anti-tumor molecular targeted drugs; monoclonal antibody accounted for 19. 40%-30. 88%; the other drugs accounted for 7. 19%-27. 83%. The consumption sum and the number of receiving medication patients of rituxan and cetuximab were not synchronized well, and the patients were born the higher cost. Conclusion:The use of anti-tumor molecular targeted drugs in our hospital is increased year by year, and the oral administration of anti-tumor molecular targeted drugs is with especially wide application.

Objective To evaluate the effect of homemade tirofiban in percutaneous coronary intervention for acute myocardial infarction. Methods Sixty four cases of consecutive acute myocardial infarction were enrolled and divided into two groups: the tirofiban group (n=34) and the control group (n=30). In addition to intravenous heparin, patients in the tirofiban group received a bolus dose of tirofiban (10 ?g/kg) before stenting and followed by a 0.15 ?g/(kg?min) infusion for up to 12-36 hours. The control group only receive routine intravenous heparin therapy before and during PCI. The post operation TIMI blood flow, bleeding events and major adverse cardiac events were observed in the 2 groups. Results A 97.1% of patients in the tirofiban group compared with 76.7% in the control group obtained TIMI grade 2-3 flow respectively. Among them, 91.2% in the tirofiban group but 70.0% in the control obtained TIMI 3 flow. There were no serious in-hospital bleeding complications and MACE. Conclusion Homemade tirofiban is effective in improving the TIMI grade and prognosis of acute myocardial infarction after PCI.

OBJECTIVE: To analyze the utilization and tendency of TCM injections in our hospital, and to provide reference for clinical use of drugs. METHODS: Based on hospital database, the category, consumption sum and DDDs of TCM injections in our hospital during the period of 2005~2008 were analyzed statistically. RESULTS: The proportion of consumption sum of TCM injections in the total consumption sum from 2006 to 2008 were 13.06%, 9.33%, 9.97%, 9.08% respectively. The consumption sum of TCM injections was increased year by year. Stasis-removing agent for cardio-cerebral-vascular system took up the first place in the list of category of drugs, comsunption sum and DDDs. CONCLUSION: TCM injections are widely applied in our hospital. The utilization structure of TCM injections is the reasonable basically. But great importance should be attached to the safety and effectiveness of TCM injections and reasonable choice.

Objective To study the effects of miR-200b on proliferation and migration of sw620 colon cancer cells, and its regulation effect on E-cadherin expression. Methods The expressions of miR-200b in sw620 cells at 24 h and 72 h after pEGP-miR-200b transfection were detected by real-time PCR (RT-PCR).The change of the expression level of E-cadherin after miR-200b transfection was detected using the methods of RT-PCR and Western blot. The proliferation and migration abilities were measured by MTT and scratch test after miR-200b transfection. Results The expressions of miR-200b in sw620 cells at 24 h and 72 h after pEGP-miR-200b transfection raised significantly compared to the control group (t =11.579,P < 0.01 ; t =11.579,P <0.01).MiR-200b transfection inhibited the proliferation abilities of sw620 cells. It is the most significant of the inhibitory effect on the third day and the inhibition rate was 55.34%.MiR-200b transfection markedly inhibited the migration abilities of sw620 cells. The two groups had significant difference in the migration distance of 24,48,72 h (t =11.579,P <0.01 ; t =10.419,P <0.01 ; t =6.955,P <0.01).The mRNA and protein expressions of E-cadherin gene increased significantly by transfecting miR-200b gene in sw620 cells (t =10.432,P < 0.01 ; t =8.325,P < 0.O1).Conclusion Up-regulated expression of miR-200b could inhibite the proliferation and migration abilities of sw620 colon cancer cells. The involved molecular mechanism is probably related to the change of E-cadherin expression.

Chinese Journal of Ultrasonography 2008;17(10):883-886
Objective To study the accuracy of an ultrasonographic characteristic diagnostic score system(UCDSS) which was used to classify the breast solid nodular lesions. Methods UCDSS were established by analyzing the ultrasonographic sign of the 205 breast solid nodular lesions. These lesions were classified according to the total scores of each ultrasonographie sign. ROC curve was used to evaluate the value of UCDSS. Results The area under ROC curve of UCDSS was 0. 977, the sensitivity and specificity was 92.0%, 92.3% respectively. Conclusions The classification based on the UCDSS may increase the diagnostic accuracy of the differentiation between benign and malignant breast solid nodular lesions.
