Objective To investigate the different expressions of various subtypes of human leukocyte antigen-G(HLA-G)mRNA in placentas among early and late-onset severe preeclamptic and normal pregnant women. Methods Eleven placental samples from early-onset severe preeclamptic pregnancies and fourteen from late-onset severe preeclamptic pregnancies were collected as study group;eight placental samples from normal pregnancies were collected as control group. The levels of HLA-G mRNA in the three groups were measured by nested RT-PCR. Results Compared with the counterparts in the control group, the leveI of HLA-G1 subtype was significantly decreased (median:Early-onset group:1.37,P<0.05;Late-onset group:24.90,P<0.05;Control group:46.67,P<0.05)and the level of HLA-G5 subtype increased(median:Early-onset group 19.23;Late-onset group:3.65;Control group:1.33)in both early and late-onset severe preeclamptic group. The level of HLA-G2 subtype increased(median:Early-onset group:0;Late-onset group:21.59,P<0.05;Control group:5.39)in the late-onset severe preeclamptic group. Conclusion The reduced expression of HLA-G membrane-bound subtype mRNA in the placenta and the increased expression of HLA-G soluble subtype mRNA in the placenta may be related tO the pathogenesis of preeclampsia.

Objective To evaluate the clinical application of postprocessing technique of spiral CT images in chest diseases. Methods Chest spiral CT was performed in 105 cases and 10 normal controls. The postprocessing images were done using software and compared to conventional CT, fiberoptic bronchoscopy, operation and pathological results. Results The postprocessing images had better MPR and 3D view of organs, nice contrast between of lesion and sorroundings structures. This postprocessing techniques provided more informations in observing and analysing the chest disease. Conclusion Postprocessing technique of spiral CT images is an important complimentation for 2D CT analysis, and has many advantages especially on thoracic disease diagnosis, but they should be applied in combination with two-dimensional CT to achieve accurate diagnosis.

To investigate the quality of different parts of Radix Fici Hirtae. The content and components of volatile oils and ethanol-extracts from different parts of Radix Fici Hirtae were analyzed by the combination of gas chromatography and mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The content of volatile oils in the cortex was higher than that in the xylem and the chemical components either in the cortex or in the xylem are similar. The main components in volatile oils are hexadecanoic acid, oleic acid+linoleic acid, linoleic acid amide, palmitic acid amide, stearic acid amide and dibutyl phthalate. The main components in ethanol-extracts are psoralen, hexadecanoic acid, hexadecanoic acid ethyl ester, bergapten, oleic acid and linoleic acid. The content of psoralen in the cortex was higher than that in the xylem.[Conclusion]The chemical components in different parts of Radix Fici Hirtae are similar but the contents of volatile components and psoralen are higher in the cortex than those in the xylem.

Objective To investigate the clinical data and laboratory features of acute megakaryocytic leukemia transformed from idiopathic myelofibrosis after 26 years in one case and the prognostic factors of myelofibrosis. Methods A case of acute megakaryocytic leukemia (M7) transformed from idiopathic myelofibrosis after 26 years was reported, and the clinical data was analyzed.Bone marrow cytology, cytogenetic and mutation detection in JAK2V617F were detected before and after transformation.Standard chemotherapeutic protocols including idarubicin plus cytarabine (IDA),homoharringtonine and cytarabine (HA),mitoxantrone and cytarabine (MA),pirarubicin plus cytarabine (TA) sequential therapies were performed. Results JAK2V617F mutation and normal karyotype were found before and after the transformation. This patient was treated with standard chemotherapeutic protocols of IDA,HA,MA and TA sequential therapies until getting complete remission, and he lived well till now. Conclusions Chromosome karyotype is related to the prognosis of IMF.Acute megakaryocytic leukemia (M7) with the normal karyotype transformed from the IMF can achieve complete remission by rational consecutive chemotherapy.

Objective To explore cost of standard operation procedure of primary public healthcare services. Methods Standard operation procedure of primary public healthcare services was put forward according to national basic public healthcare service standards (2011 edition) in 2012.Random sampling method was used to choose participants from two community sanitary service centers, two township heahhcare centers and one maternity and child heahhcare hospital.Service standard operation procedure was used to measure human cost and supportive cost of public healthcare services. Results Management of 10 thousand patients who had different diseases needed various numbers of medical staff (MS),such as health profile needed 3.4 MS,hypertension management needed 10.8 MS,diabetes management needed 10.6 MS,elderly people care needed 9.2 MS,child care needed 4.6 MS,maternal care needed 24.3 MS,psychosis management needed 13.3 MS,and planned immunity for children needed 4.6 MS.Besides, the people whole covered service projects need 2.4 MS per 100 thousand people. The research showed that managing 1 sample of different kind people needed different human cost, such as health profile needed 22.67 yuan, hypertension management needed 72.69 yuan, planned immunity for children needed 30.68 yuan, diabetes management needed 71.34 yuan, old people management needed 61.50 yuan, child care needed 30.88 yuan, maternal care needed 157.15 yuan, psychosis management needed 74.25 yuan.Besides, the people whole covered service projects needed 124.9 thousand yuan per 100 thousand people. Conclusion For primary public healthcare service project,it should be critical to modify manning regulation and labor costs.

Objective To confirm whether community management of hypertension could improve blood pressure control in Chongqing. Methods Cluster sampling method was used to select 5283 adults from 20 community healthcare centers in Chongqing.Matched t test was used to analyze the changes of blood pressure before and after the intervention.x2 test analysis was performed to compare the rate of normal blood pressure. Results The average age of 5283 participants was (60.5 ± 11.0) years old.Systolic blood pressure (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) were significantly decreased after intervention (total population:t values were 16.98 and 13.80,respectively; male:t values were 12.58 and 10.66,respectively; female:t values were 11.60 and 9.10,respectively; all P < 0.05).The most significant decrease in SBP was found in 50-59 y age group (t =15.29,P <0.05),followed by 40-49 y age group (t =9.22,P <0.05).The control rate of hypertension was increased by 5.3% after 1 year's intervention (x2 =134.5,P<0.05),except for 60-69 y age group and ≥70 y age group (x2 values were 2.5 and 1.7,respectively ; both P > 0.05).Conclusion Our results show that standardized management of hypertension in communities can decrease the level of blood pressure and increase the control rate of hypertension.

Objective To investigate the mechanisms of ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu)resistance to macrolide antibiotics. Methods Twenty strains of clinical isolates of Uu with variable resistance to macrolides and reference strain ATCC 27618 were examined for mutations in 23SrRNA.Results As compared with the sequence of reference strain ATCC 27618 and GenBank, three mutations were found in 23SrRNA of Uu clinical isolates.C2243N(TorC)was found in the 23SrRNA in 5 strains with the phenotype resistance to roxithromvcin and azithromycin.A2149C and A2181T were found in the 23SrRNA in 9 strains with the phenotype resistance to roxithromycin and midrange resistance to azithromycin, and 6 strains with the phenotype of sensitivity to roxithromyein and azithromycin. Conclusions The mechanisms of Uu resistance to roxithromycin and azithromycin may be related with the mutations in 23SrRNA.It may warrant further investigation.
