1.Progress on the mechanism of iron overload in myelodysplastic syndrom
International Journal of Pediatrics 2017;44(8):551-553
Myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) is a group of origin of hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells of myeloid clonal disorders.Studies have shown that MDS patients are with varying degrees of abnormal iron metabolism in the course of diagnosis and supportive care.Iron overload can damage the body's iron balance.Excess free iron can sink in plasma and tissue, especially in the body's major organs such as heart, liver and endocrine gland, resulting in structural damage and organ dysfunction, accelerating transformation to acute myeloid leukemia, and increasing the death rate.Iron chelation can improve the prognosis of patients, prolong overall survival and leukemia-free survival. The mechanism of iron overload in MDS research will be described in this paper.

Chinese Journal of Dermatology 1995;0(04):-
In order to investigate the type of infiltrating T cells in allergic contact dermatitis (ACD) reaction, by the methods of RT-PCR and immunohistochemistry, we tried to detect IL-2mRNA, IL-2, IFN-?, IL-4 in the lesions of patients with ACD. The results showed that Th1 cytokines were expressed aberrantly in ACD patients and Th1-like clone which secrets IL-2, IFN-? appeared to be predominant in ACD reaction.

Objective To evaluate the effect of duration of subcutaneous injection on the extent of bruising at injection sites among patients receiving low- molecular weight heparin. Methods Randomized clinical trials and quasi-experimental within-subject design that assessed the effect of subcutaneous duration on the bruising of injection sites were selected in Cochrane library, JBI evidence-based practice medical and nursing database, PubMed biomedical information retrieval platform, Medline general medical literature retrieval database. RevMan5.3 software was used to analyze the data after quality assessment, and data extraction were made for eligible trials. Results A total of 9 trials were included. The results of Meta-analysis supported the 30 s duration injection technique on reducing the rate of bruising of injection sites than 10 s duration injection technique (odds ratio was 0.34,95%confidence interval 0.25-0.47, P<0.01).While it was failed to support the effect on reducing the bruising area 48 and 72 hours after injection (P > 0.05). Conclusions Increasing the length of low-molecular weight heparin subcutaneous injection can reduce the rate of bruising. While it could not effectively reduce the area.

Virologica Sinica 2008;23(3):183-188
The baculoviral inhibitors of apoptosis play a significant role in infectivity and viral host-range, which make them potential candidates for the engineering and improvement of baculovirus insecticidal. The iap3 gene of Spodoptera exigua nucleopolyhedrovirus (SeMNPV), amplified by PCR, was 939 bp encoding IAP3. The PCR product was cloned into EcoR I/Bam H I of the plasmid pEGFP-C1. GFP was fused to the N-terminaus of IAP3 to study distribution in HEK293. It was observed that the plasmid expressing IAP3 significantly inhibited apoptosis induced by cisplatin in HEK293 cells. We conclude that the IAP3 of SeMNPV is functional in mammalian cells.
