Cryoablation,a kind of physical ablation for tumor treatment,is minimally invasive, safe and effective.Studies suggest that cryoablation can not only kill tumor cells directly, but also the anti-tumor immune response triggered by cryoablation plays an important role in inhibiting the growth of local tumors and eliminating the residual tumor cells.

Objective To examine the change of TGF-?1 in the bloods of rats which were induced by tetrachoride during the different times and to explain the mechanism of the change.MethodsThe experimental liver fibrosis induced by tetrachloride in rats was treated by matrine compound injection.Serum TGF-?1 and pathological changes in liver tissue were observed in control group, model group and therapy group during the time of the 4th,6th and 9th week.ResultsThere was an obvious change of TGF-?1 in the blood in different time and different groups.ConclusionMatrine compound injection has an antifibrogenetic action and TGF-?1 can reflect the change of liver fibrogenesis of different time as an index.

Objective To study the effect of comprehensive treatment on common peroneal nerve injury. Methods 80 patients with common peroneal nerve injury were divided into treatment group (n=40) and control group (n=40). The treatment group accepted ultrashort wave, modulated medium frequency electrotherapy and electromyographic biofeedback therapy, while the control group accepted medication, acupuncture and excecise. All the patients were assessed with Fugl-Meyer assessment (FMA) in lower limbs before and after treatment. The effectiveness were recorded with MCRR. Results The scores of FMA of lower limb significantly improved after treatment and improved more in the treatment group than in the control group (P<0.05). The excellent and good rate was 80.00% in the treatment group, and 50.00% in the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion It is effective of comprehensive treatment on common peroneal nerve injury.

Objective To observe the effect of electromyographic biofeedback therapy and kinesitherapy on patients with radial nerve injury. Methods 82 patients with radial nerve injury were divided into control group (n=41) and treatment group (n=41). The control group was treated with medcine and acupuncture, while the treatment group received electromyographic biofeedback therapy and kinesitherapy in addition. The radial nerve function was assessed and analyzed by electromyogram (EMG) and motor conduction velocity (MCV) before and after treatment. Results After 12 weeks of treatment, limb motor function, EMG and MCV were better in the treatment group than in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Electromyographic biofeedback therapy and kinesitherapy can effectively improve the limb motor function of patients with radial nerve injury

Objective To invetigate the feature of Th 17 cells in chronically HBV-infected patients whole responsed to pegylated interferon α-2a treatment. Methods Serum and PBMCs were obtained from enrolled CHB patients and health controls and monitored for ALT , HBV DNA, HBV Markers as well as the frequency of IL-17 +T cells. Results The frequency of IL-17 +,IL-17 +IFN-γ+and IL-17 +IFN-γ-T cells increased in whole response time point and decreased in followed 6 month ;and lower than that of health controls at any group .Conclusion Tteatment with pegylated interferon α-2a minght effect the fre-quency and composition of Th 17 cells, which effect the immune regulation in the disease .

Intellectual property protection is an indispensable management measure in the process of knowledge innovation in the National Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Clinical Research Bases. Longhua Hospital, a National TCM Clinical Research Base , has actively participated in studies and construction of TCM intellectual property policy , laws and regulations , and endeavored to enhance international research cooperation and broaden the international repercussions of TCM . Longhua Hospital made great efforts to strengthen management on intel-lectual property management team and measures, advocacy training, property rights formation and transactions. Intellectual property protection played an important role in the construction of the National TCM Clinical Re-search Base in Longhua Hospital .

Objective To explore the role of a new apoptosis related gene TFAR 19 in the pathogenesis of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and the relationship between TFAR 19 and SLE.Methods ELISA was used to test if there is relation between TFAR 19 and SLE.Results It was found that in active SLE patients there was higher titer of TFAR 19 antibody than that in stability patients and normal controls. No significant difference was seen between stability patients and normal controls. Conclusion It is first put forward that TFAR 19 may be related with SLE pathogenesis and disease activity.

Objective To demonstrate the frequency changes in immune cells on secreting interleukin-10 (IL-10),interferon-? (IFN-?),tumor necrosis factor-? (TNF-?) and interleukin-4 (IL-4) under the stimulation of a mimic 7-amino acid peptide of HCV HVR1 (7P),and to explore the mechanism of such changes. Methods The peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) were isolated from healthy people and co-cultured with 7P. Intracellular cytokine staining was performed using antibodies against IL-10,IFN-?,TNF-? and IL-4. The related cells were harvested on a FACSCalibur flow cytometer, and then analyzed with FACSCalibur software. Results Compared to the controls, the frequency of immune cells secreting IFN-? was significantly increased in both CD4+CD8-,CD4-CD8+ T cells and NK,NKT cells (P

Objective:To study the anti-fibrogenetic effect of matrine compound injection and its mechanism. Methods: Experimental liver fibrosis induced by tetrachloride in rats was treated by matrine compound injection. Liver function index, interleukin-1? (IL-1?) and pathological changes in liver tissue were observed in model and therapy groups during the 4th,6th and 9th week. Results:The serum IL-1? levels of model and therapy groups were (25. 51?14. 31) and (10. 49?7. 49) pg/ml in the 4th week, (109. 67?20. 87) and (15. 06?2. 65) pg/ml in the 6th week, and (40. 26?10. 63) and (23. 27?7. 56) pg/ml in the 9th week. The liver function (ALT, AST, TBil) of therapy group was better than that of model group at each stage. Pathological changes indicated that the infiltration of inflammatory cells, the degree of liver cell necrosis and the degree of fi-broplastic proliferation in the therapy group were obviously better than those of the model group. Conclusion : Matrine compound injection has an anti-fibrogenetic action on the liver fibrosis induced by tetrachloride.

ObjectiveTo study the efficacy of different doses of tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained release tablets for treatment of premature ejaculation (PE). MethodsEighty PE patients from September 2010 to January 2011 were divided into two groups randomly, the 0.2 mg dose group and the 0.4 mg dose group. The therapeutic effect was assessed by the changes of the patients' CIPE-5 scores.ResultsThe intra-vaginal ejaculation latency time (IELT) of the two groups were (0.98 ± 0.47 ) and ( 0.89 ± 0.47 ) min respectively before treatment, and (4.40 ± 1.86 ) and (6.40 ± 5.10) min respectively after treatment. There were significant differences ( P < 0.01 ).As for satisfaction degree of sexual life, lessening the patients' sexual anxiety and nervousness, and decreasing the difficulty in retarding ejaculation, the group of 0.4 mg had better effect than the other group.ConclusionLarge dose of tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained release tablets could prolong IELT and increase the sexual satisfaction.
