1.Comparison of full field digital mammography and digital breast tomosynthesis in predicting size of ductal carcinoma in situ
Chinese Journal of Medical Imaging Technology 2017;33(9):1349-1352
Objective To compare the accuracy of full field digital mammography (FFDM) and digital breast tomosynthesis (DBT) in predicting size of ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS).Methods Totally 30 women pateints with DCIS confirmed by histology were analyzed retrospectively. Two radiologists measured the size of the lesions on FFDM,DBT images respectively, and compared with pathological results. Two kinds of inspection methods correlation with pathology were compared with Pearson correlation analysis. Results Size of DCIS measured by doctor 1 and doctor 2 between FFDM and histology had correlation (r=0.857,0.818,both P<0.01),and those between DBT and histology also had correlation (r=0.924,0.885,both P<0.01).Intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC) of two doctors was 0.947 on FFDM,and 0.908 on DBT.Conclusion DBT provides a better estimation of the size of DCIS.Two physicians had high consistency for lesion size evaluation. For DCIS with microcalcifications, both FFDM and DBT provide smaller estimations compared with pathology, thus a bigger surgical resection of lesion is needed.

Acta Anatomica Sinica 1989;0(S1):-
Fibroblasts, reticular cells and macrophages are the important components of bone marrow hemopoietic in liquid to study whether HP-Ⅱ-E(Hydroxyproli- ne-2-epimerase, EC5, 1, 1,a) is involved in the synthesis of functional proteins of stromal cells. The femoral bone of 6 to 8 week-old 615 mice were made in suspension for cell culture in vitro. DMEM medium supplied with 25% calf serum was used After one to fifteen day's attaching incubation in stationary liquid the culture cells were stained with Giemsa, nonspecific esterase and HP-Ⅱ-E at different intervals. From the third day of the incubation, reticular cells began to develop form- ing stallate cells of the bone marrow. During an earlier time, enzymatic reaction was only observed in the nuclear membrance, but after three day's culture all the enzymatic activity in the cells increased dramatically. The enzymatic reac- tive granules were abundant in the outer cytoplasma of the stallate cells and fibroblasts and the cytoplasma of the macrophages. It was observed that hyd- roxyproline was changed by epimerase,
3.Progress of differentiation of embryonic stem cells into insulin-producing cells
International Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2006;0(02):-
Islet transplantation is one of the effective methods for diabetic therapy. Insulin-producing cells oriently differentiated from embryonic stem cells provide enough cell sources for islet transplantation. The article reviews the progress of recent research on differentiation of embryonic stem cells into insulin-producing cells.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2016;22(1):79-83
Objective To explore the effect of a training based on instructional video modeling designed from the mirror neuron theory on executive dysfunction after stroke. Methods 40 stroke inpatients with executive dysfunction from July, 2014 to July, 2015 were divided into control group (n=20) and observation group (n=20). The control group accepted executive rehabilitation training, while the observation group were asked to see the video of executive rehabilitation task before training. They were assessed with Behavioral Assessment of the Dysexecutive Syndrome (BADS) before and after intervention. Results The total score and scores of subtests except Rule Shift Cards and Key Search increased more in the observation group than in the control group (t>2.9, P<0.05). Conclusion Rehabilitation video as a visual stimulus for exercise training based on the mirror neuron theory could improve executive function recovery of stroke patients with executive dysfunction.

AIM: To investigate the effect of antisense oligonucleotides(ASON) of c-sis on cellular cycle and proliferation of pulmonary artery vascular smooth muscle cells(VSMC).METHODS: Tissue mass culture was done to get VSMC of pulmonary artery. Different concentrations of antisense oligonucleotides of c-sis were added into the cultures to observe the VSMC proliferation curve using MTT test. The changes of VSMC cellular cycle were also observed by flow cytometry. RESULTS: ASON with mid-to high concentrations restrained the proliferation of VSMC apparently with the peak of cell growth being attenuated or eliminated. Affected by mid-concentration ASON, PDGF-BB showed significant accelerating effect on the proliferation of VSMC. The ratio of G 0/G 1 in cellular cycle was increased significantly in VSMC culture with ASON in comparison with control. The G 0/G 1 ratio also showed significant differences among different concentration of ASON groups( P

Objective:To study the impacts of high power microwave radiation on the testicular germ cell apoptosis in the rats. Methods: Fifty Spraque-Dawley rats were randomly divided into two groups .In the experimental group, the animals were radiated with S wave band 20 mW/cm 2 high power microwave for 5 min, and in the control group,5 rat were not radiated. 5 blank radiation groups served as controls. At the end of process, testicular germ cell apoptosis were detected by in situ terminal deoxymudeotityl transferase mediated dUTP nick end labeling (TUNEL) 6 h , 24 h, 48 h, 72 h and 5d following radiation. Results:In experiment group the amounts of apoptosis cells were more than that of control group 6 h?24 h?48 h following radiation(P0.05). Conclusion: Radiation by HPM for 5 min would result in testicular germ cell apoptosis and damage in the rat.

Objective To investigate the fall-related knowledge and behaviors and ways after injury by chief caregivers of inpatients with neurological disease.Method We designed a questionnaire of fall-related knowledge, behaviors and ways after injury and used it among 208 chief caregivers of inpatients with neurological disease. Results On fall-related knowledge, the three items with the lowest scores about fall-related knowledge included fall-related medicine, postural hypotension and abnormal excretion.Of fall-prevented behaviour score, the lowest 3 items were three steps for getting up,placing things correctly and using wheelchair protection derive.Of the inquiry and fall measures score, the lowest 3 item were helping the patient up,observation and prevention after fall. There were significant differences in the total scores on education, time for taking care of the patients, history of fall and health education on fall (P<0.05).The scores of those with education of senior middle school, college or above were significantly higher than those with education of junior middle school or lower (P<0.001).The following time for taking care of the patients were compared with statistics significant:<1month and 3~6 month,<1month and >6 months,1~3 months and 3~6 months (P<0.001).Conclusion The caregivers of the patients with neurological disease are short of knowledge in fall-related knowledge, normal behaviors and should carry out individualized health education to them.

Objective To analyze the clinical presentation of functional dyspepsia in Chinese ado lescents. Methods A stratified, randomized study by cluster sampling was employed, which recruited 51 956 students from high and primary schools in six provinces and two cities. All students were requested to fill in a questionnaire.Functional dyspepsia was diagnosed according to Rome Ⅱ criteria. Results Among 51 956 students,10 174 were diagnosed as functional dyspepsia(accounted for 19.58%).Heart burn, hiccup and air swallowing to terminate hiccup were major symptoms of functional dyspepsia. The upper abdominal distention, epigastric pain, anorexia and insomnia were common in boys than girls with no significance(P>0.05).The belching, early satiety, fatigue and anxiety were significantly higher in girls than boys. Conclusions Functional dyspepsia is a common disorder among the adolescents.Educa-tion and psychotherapy are important in the treatment of students with functional dyspepsia.
