5.Imatinib mesylate preoperative treatment for gastrointestinal stromal tumors: clinical analysis of 12 cases
International Journal of Surgery 2014;41(7):-
Objective Evaluation of imatinib mesylate treatment of unresectable/marginally resectable gastric and duodenal stromal tumors,as well as its side effect and the toxicity. Methods Oral imatinib mesylate was prescribed at the dose of 400 mg/d for 12 cases of patients with unresectable/marginally resectable gastric and duodenal stromal tumors. The evaluation of the adverse reactions was in accordance with United States NCI-CTC grading standards (3rd edition).Choi standard was used to evaluate the patients at 3 and 6 month time points. Results For hematological toxicity, only 1 case of patient with Ⅲ° decreased white blood cell count, and the rest patients were with Ⅰ° to Ⅱ ° degree. For nou-hematological toxicity, the author observed cardiac toxicity, liver function damage, renal function damage, diarrhea, abdominal pain,nausea/vomiting,fatigue,anorexia,muscle pain, rash, hair loss, skin and mucosa edema.Among them, there was only 1 patient with Ⅲ° skin rash, and 1 patient with Ⅲ° edema, all the rest were with Ⅰ° to Ⅱ °.Eight and 11 cases of patients were evaluated as partial remission (PR) after 3 and 9 months of treatment respectively.Among them, nine patients were given R0 resection and 2 patients denied surgery due to old ages. One patient was stable (SD).Conclusions Preoperative treatment of patients with unresectable/marginally resectable gastrointestinal stromal tumors by imatinib mesylate will increase the resection rate. The related toxicity can be well-tolerated.
6.Effect of Ceftriaxone on glutamate-induced cerebral cortical neurocyte injury
Journal of Clinical Neurology 1993;0(03):-
Objective To study the effect of Ceftriaxone on glutamate-induced neurocyte injury. Methods Cultured rat cerebral cortical neurocytes were divided into Ceftriaxone (A)group, glutamate(B) group ,Ceftriaxone-pretreated (C) group and control (D) group. Observe morphous and MTT colorimetry were used to detect cytoactive. Laser scanning confocal microscope was used to measure the change of Ca2+ in rest state and after brief glutamate-induced Ca2+ loading. RT-PCR was used to determine the change of GLT1 mRNA expression. Results Compared with B group, cellular morphous was closer to normal in C group. Absorptance values of groups A,B,C,D were 0.795?0.010, 0.624?0.028, 0.738?0.021 and 0.813?0.023, respectively, which there were lower in groups B and C compared with group D, but absorptance value was higher in group C than that in group B(allP
7.Comparison of full field digital mammography and digital breast tomosynthesis in predicting size of ductal carcinoma in situ
Chinese Journal of Medical Imaging Technology 2017;33(9):1349-1352
Objective To compare the accuracy of full field digital mammography (FFDM) and digital breast tomosynthesis (DBT) in predicting size of ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS).Methods Totally 30 women pateints with DCIS confirmed by histology were analyzed retrospectively. Two radiologists measured the size of the lesions on FFDM,DBT images respectively, and compared with pathological results. Two kinds of inspection methods correlation with pathology were compared with Pearson correlation analysis. Results Size of DCIS measured by doctor 1 and doctor 2 between FFDM and histology had correlation (r=0.857,0.818,both P<0.01),and those between DBT and histology also had correlation (r=0.924,0.885,both P<0.01).Intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC) of two doctors was 0.947 on FFDM,and 0.908 on DBT.Conclusion DBT provides a better estimation of the size of DCIS.Two physicians had high consistency for lesion size evaluation. For DCIS with microcalcifications, both FFDM and DBT provide smaller estimations compared with pathology, thus a bigger surgical resection of lesion is needed.
8.Hypotension and hemodynamic monitoring in premature infants at early postnatal stage
International Journal of Pediatrics 2021;48(5):345-348
Neonates are undergoing the transition period from fetal circulation to adult circulation, and the hemodynamic changes are complex. For premature infants(especially very low birth weight infants and extremely low birth weight infants), the cardiovascular systems are immature. Therefore, they are prone to hypotension at early postnatal stage.Hypotension may lead to multiple organ perfusion insufficience, cerebral lesion, and even death. However, it is not always accompanied by hypoperfusion. Before treatment, clinicians should evaluate the hemodynamics comprehensively. At present, there is no consensus on the definition and intervention threshold about hypotension in premature infants. This review summarizes the definitions and hemodynamic monitoring methods of hypotension in premature infants at early postnatal stage to provide references for diagnosis and treatments.

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1989;0(04):-
The CR image system is a widely-used device to digitize X-ray images. The superiority of CR image system over a traditional X-ray camera shows that the former has a higher image quality and a less radiation dosage. Moreover, the CR image allows easier post-processes to convince the diagnoses and enables digital storage, reproduction and access on line. By analyzing the basic theory of CR image systems, the potential factors to impact the image quality are discussed. A series of strategy to improve the CR image quality are proposed.
