Objective To explore the influential factors of dangerous placenta previa pathogenesis,and to analyze their peri natal period outcomes.Methods The clinical data in 143 pregnant women and parturients of dangerous placenta previa(research group) and 286 pregnant women and parturients of non-dangerous placenta previa(control group) in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2015 were retrospectively analyzed.Results The average age of the research group was higher than that of the control group (t =2.92,P =0.004);the previous pregnancy frequency,previous parity,previous abortion frequency,previous cesarean delivery frequency and incidence of placenta previa in the research group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.01);the incidence of placenta previa in the research group was higher than that in the control group(x2 =7.60,P=0.006);the prenatal gestational weeks of the research group were lower than those of the control group(t=-12.33,P＜0.01).The multi-factor analysis showed that the age,previous abortion frequency and previous cesarean delivery frequency were the influence factors of placenta previa occurrence.Among them,the previous cesarean delivery frequency was the main risk factor.The occurrence rates of antepartum hemorrhage,postpartum hemorrhage,uterine removal and premature infants in the research group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.01);The intraoperative blood loss of the research group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05);the neonatal birth weight and the 1 min Apgar score of the research group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The age,previous abortion frequency and previous cesarean section frequency are related to the occurrence of dangerous placenta previa.

This study was aimed to elucidate the 5-HT3R molecular mechanism of Radix Paeoniae Albaextract (RPAE) as drug intervention in the treatment of premenstrual syndrome (PMS) model rats with liver-qi depression pattern.PMS model rats with liver-qi depression pattern were prepared.And then,the model was treated with RPAE.The protein distribution of 5-HT3AR and 5-HT3BR in the frontal lobe was evaluated by the immune fluorescence technology and western blot.The results showed that there were positive expressions of 5-HT3AR and 5-HT3BR in frontal lobe of rats in each group.Compared with the normal group,the 5-HT3AR and 5-HT3BR protein expression levels of the frontal lobe in the model group increased significantly (P < 0.05).Compared with the model group,the 5-HT3AR protein expression level in the frontal lobe decreased significantly after RPAE treatment (P < 0.05).In conclusion,RPAE regulated the protein expressions of 5-HT3AR and 5-HT3BR in frontal lobe,which may be one of the mechanisms for its treatment of PMS with liver-qi depression pattern.

Objective To investigate the correlation of dynamic contrast-enhanced (DCE) MRI features with microvessel density (MVD) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods Conventional MR imaging and dynamic contrast-enhanced scan in thirty-three patients with NSCLC confirmed by pathologyn were performed. MVD and VEGF were stained with immuno-histochemical technique in all cases. Some parameters of DCE MRI, including maximum slope(Smax) and time to peak(TTP) were put more analysis. The relationship between the results of DCE MRI (Smax and TTP) and that of immuno-histochemistry (MVD and VEGF) was analysed.Results The Smax of adeno carcinoma was higher than that of squamous cell carcinoma,but TTP was lower. Objective To investigate the clinical effect of super selective embolization combined with opera-tion for treatment of meningiomas.Methods 82 cases treated by operation and pathology in return for meningioma were collected in the study,including 44 cases of preoperative superselective embolization for aneurysms as the treat-ment group,and the remaining 38 cases without preoperative embolization of patients as the control group.The opera-tion time,bleeding amount in the operation and the rate of total tumor removal were recorded and compared between the two groups.Results The average amount of bleeding of treatment group was (330.36 ±95.41)mL.The average amount of bleeding of control group was (460.82 ±114.64)mL.The data of the two groups was statistically significant (t =5.624,P <0.01).,The treatment group bleeding amount was less than that of the control group;,the mean oper-ation time of treatment group was (5.36 ±2.62)h,,the average operation time of control group was (6.63 ±2.25)h.The data of the two groups was statistically significant (t =2.355,P =0.021 ),the operation time of the treatment group was less than that of the control group.The total resection rate was 70.4% in treatment group and 36.8% in the control group,there was statistically significant (P <0.05),and the total resection rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group.Conclusion Compared with single operation treatment of meningiomas superse-lective embolization combined with operation for treatment of meningiomas can shorten operation time,reduce intraoperative hemorrhage,improve the rate of total tumor removal.It can reduce the operation risk and improve the treatment effect.

Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive treatment in the treatment of knee osteoar-thritis by taking orally and external Chinese medicine with ozone injected the joint cavity.Methods 834 patients with knee osteoarthritis(1 212 knee joints)were randomly selected,after two courses of the comprehensive treatment,with excellent,good,fair and bad four levels to evaluate the therapeutic effect.Results After two courses of comprehensive treatment,534 cases were excellent,461 cases were good,181 cases were fair,36 cases were bad,the fine rate was 82.1%.Conclusion The comprehensive treatment is an effective method in knee osteoarthritis by taking orally and external Chinese medicine with ozone injected the joint cavity.

Objective To explore the value of DWI combined with dynamic contrast-enhanced MR imaging (DCE MRI) in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant parotid gland tumors.Methods DWI and DCE-MRI was performed in 90 patients with parotid gland tumors (94 lesions),included 75 benign tumors and 19 malignant tumors.The ADCs were measured,and the type of time-intensity curve (TIC) was assessed.ROC curve was used to analyze the diagnostic efficacy of ADC values,TIC types and combination of the two methods in diagnosing benign and malignant tumors.Results The ADC values of malignant tumors ([1.02 ± 0.25] × 10a mm2/s) were significantly smaller than that of benign tumors ([1.38±0.44] × 10-3 mm2/s;t=5.170,P＜0.001).The sensitivity was 0.62 and specificity was 0.92,when type A (persistent),B (washout),and D (flat) tumors regarded as benign and type C (plateau) tumors regarded as malignant.Sensitivity and specificity were significantly improved in diagnosis of malignant tumors when combined type C and ADC＜1.36× 10-3mm2/s,which were 0.92 and 0.95,respectively.Conclusion Due to an overlap within benign and malignant parotid tumors,the diagnosis should not be addressed on the basis of ADC values alone.The TIC manifestations type A,B or D on DCE-MRI indicates benign parotid tumors,and type C indicates malignant diseases.When the TIC shows type C,combining ADC value can elevate the differential diagnostic efficacy of benign and malignant parotid tumors.

Some problems were present with the universities combination,such as the relative scarcity of medical students and some students'lower enthusiasm for medicine.The university should establish policies to improve the quality of medical students,such as enlarging self-determination right to recruit medical students,strengthening the specialty thought of students.And further reformation and self-enhancement of medical college were more important for attracting excellent students.

Objective:To study the effects of andrographolide on the expression of IL-18 related cytokines by peripheral blood monocytes.Methods:After treatment of andrographolide in different concentrations on LPS stimulated human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) and LPS+IFN-γ/IL-4 activated magnetic bead-sorted monocytes (PBM),the transcription level of IL-18,IL-18BP,IL-18Rα and IL-18Rβ was detected by real-time RT-PCR;and secreted IL-18,IL-18BP and IL-1β,IL-1Rα by PBM was detected with ELISA.Results:Andrographolide regulated the transcription of IL-18 and IL-18BP in a dose-and time-dependent effect.Andrographolide up-regulated the transcription of IL-18BP in LPS stimulated PBMC,and increased the ratio of IL-18BP/IL-18.The ratio of IL-18BP/IL-18 rose from 9.60 to 214 in LPS+IFNγ activated PBM,and IL-1Rα/IL-1β declined from 9 200 to 6 520 in IL-4 activated PBM by andrographolide treatment.Conclusion:Andrographolide can regulate IL-18 related gene transcription and expression in activated peripheral blood monocytes,and inhibit the excessive expression of IL-18 during inflammation.

AIM: To investigate the effect of FAK - related non - kinase ( FRNK) on the expression of membrane - type matrix metalloproteinase -1 ( MT1 - MMP) in hepatic stellate cells ( HSC). METHODS:FRNK were trans-fected into HSCs by cationic liposome method. The protein levels of FRNK in HSC were assayed by Western blotting. The levels of MT1 - MMP were determined by RT - PCR for mRNA and by Western blotting for protein, respectively. RESULTS: The up -regulated expression of FRNK protein was observed and it was at 48 h after transfection that the FRNK protein content was the highest ( P < 0.05 ). The expressions of MT1 - MMP mRNA and protein were also up - regulated by the transfection of FRNK, and it was at 48 h after transfection that the MT1 - MMP protein content was significantly increased. CONCLUSION: The mRNA and protein of FRNK were over - expressed in HSC transfected with the gene of FRNK. The inhibitory effect of FRNK on the collagen synthesis in HSC may be through the up - regulation of MT1 - MMP.

Objective To investigate the effect of electrical stimulation of S_3 nerve root on improvement of intestinal mucosal barrier function in rabbits with acute complete spinal cord injury. Methods Model of paraplegia was built by injuring spinal cord in rabbits. Then, the rabbits with electrical stimulation of S_3 nerve root were set as experimental group and those without set as control group. Normal rabbits were set as normal group. Under aseptic condition, portal vein blood was collected for quantitative determination of endotoxin and bacterial culture ; and liver, spleen and mesenteric lymph nodes were collected for bacterial culture and strain identification. Liver, spleen, mesenteric lymph nodes and small intestines were collected from experimental group and control group for pathological HE staining; while small intestine were observed by light and electron microscopes. Results In control group, the intestinal mueosal barrier and the other organs were destroyed obviously, with higher level of Serum endotoxin and higher rate intestinal flora translocation than that in experimental group and normal group. In the experimental group, the electrical stimulation of S_3 nerve root could improve motility of the denervated intestine, with more defecation content, less destruction of the intestinal mucosa and lighter other organ damage compared with control group, serum endotoxin level was significantly reduced compared with control group but showed no statistical difference compared with normal group, with obvious decrease of bacterial translocation rate. Conclusions After spinal cord injury in rabbits, electrical stimulation of S_3 nerve root can facilitate intestinal tract motility, improve intestinal mucosal barrier function and hence alleviate endotoxemia and intestinal bacterial translocation, as is beneficial to reducing SIRS and MOBS.
