1.Construction of medical literature evidence linage with drug position as its core

Drug position is the unique clinical value in clinical doctors or patients and medical literature evidence is the important evidence for the effective delivery of drug position information to the users.The logistic relation of the basis for medical literature evidence linage construction with the search of clinical research evidence, selection and assessment of medical literature evidence and creation of medical literature evidence was thus systematically expounded in this paper in order to provide certain enlightenments for the relevant researchers.
2.Perinatal outcomes of hypoglycemic women during 75 g oral glucose tolerance test

Objective To analyze the perinatal outcomes of those women experienced hypoglycemia during 75 g oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT).Methods A retrospective study was conducted in 774.pregnant women who underwent OGTT and delivered in our institution from January 2005 to January 2006.The distribution of glucose levels of the fasting,1 h,2 h and 3 h of the OGTT was analyzed.Plasma glucose level below the 5th percentile and above the 1h percentile was defined as hypoglycemia and those below the 1th percentile as exceeding hypoglycemia.Perinatal outcomes including birth weight,birth height,obstetric complications,the incidence of small for gestational age (SGA)were compared between women with hypoglycemia or exceeding hypoglycemia. Results The birth weight in exceeding hypoglycemia group of fasting glucose was significantly lower than that of the others [(2817±764)g vs(3439±487)g,t=3.344,P<0.01]and the incidence of SGA in this group was also higher(3/7 vs 3.4%,x2=22.78,P<0.01);the proportion of babies with birth weight<3000 g in the same group was higher than the others(5/7 vs 14.73%,P<0.01).The newhorns height was significantly shorter in the hypoglycemia group at 2 h than the normal glycemic group [(49.03±1.68)cm vs(49.48±1.65)cm,P<0.05].Conclusions The plasma glucose 1evel is associated with the newborns'birth weight and height.Women with hypoglycemia during OGTT are more likely to have babies with lower birth weight and height.
3.The clinical features of acute coronary syndrome combined with low T3 syndrome

Objective To investigate the clinical features of acute coronary syndrome (ACS) combined with low T3 syndrome and its prognosis.Method Eighty-seven ACS patients with low free triiodothyronine (FT3) level (low FT3 group) and additional 64 ACS patients with normal FT3 level(control group) were selected in parallel; all the patients underwent coronary angiography.The contents of FT3,N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP),cardiac troponin I (cTnI) and high sensitivity-C reactive protein (hs-CRP) were recorded,and the related factors were evaluated.The number of stenotic vessels was calculated.Results The contents of NT-proBNP,cTnI and hs-CRP in low FT3 group were elevated significantly compared with those in control group [(1242.14 ± 226.32) ng/L vs.(1126.36 ±195.55) ng/L,(0.92 ± 0.23) ng/L vs.(0.84 ± 0.19) ng/L,(6.46 ± 2.25) mg/L vs.(5.71 ± 1.78) mg/L],and there were significant differences (P < 0.01 or < 0.05).The contents of FT3 were negatively correlated with NT-proBNP,cTnI and hs-CRP in two groups (P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in the number of stenotic vessels between two groups (x2 =4.512,P =0.105).Conclusion In patients with ACS,there is a negative correlation between contents of FT3 and the prognosis,but there is no correlation between contents of FT3 and the number of stenotic vessels.
4.Evaluation on right ventricular systolic function by right ventricular outflow-tract index

Objective To explore the feasibility of right ventricular outflow tract index in the evaluation on right ventricular systolic function and its relationship to other right ventricular functional indices generally accepted in clinical practice. Methods Sixty-one patients with heart failure were randomly selected and divided into elevated right side pressure group and normal right side pressure group by pressure gradient ≥35 mm Hg aquired from tricuspid regurgitation velocity. Twenty-four healthy adults were selected as control group. All the people experienced transthoracic echocardiography. Right ventricular longitudinal excursion(RVLX), right ventricular ejection fraction(RVEF), right ventricular outflow-tract fractional shortening(RVOTFS) and right ventricular ejection time(RVET) were measured, and their differences were compared between healthy adults and heart failure patients as well as between elevated right side pressure group and normal right side pressure group. Relationships of RVOTFS with other right ventricular functional indices were also analyzed. 5.Probing into the Effect and Countermeasures on Quality of Medical Students after University Combination

Some problems were present with the universities combination,such as the relative scarcity of medical students and some students'lower enthusiasm for medicine.The university should establish policies to improve the quality of medical students,such as enlarging self-determination right to recruit medical students,strengthening the specialty thought of students.And further reformation and self-enhancement of medical college were more important for attracting excellent students.
6.EXTRACTION OF L-ARGININE FROM FERMENTATION BROTH BY ION-EXCHANGE PROCESS

The study showed that the L-argmine-adsorbing capacity of strong-acidic resin 001?7 was 1.135 meq per ml of wet resin by controlling the flow rate of the broth at 1/52 vvm, and the efficiency of the elution was higher by using ammnia water as an eluent at the flow rate of 1/50 vvm. About 160 ml of the above eluant was decolorized with 10 ml of 201?4 resin, the transparance of the decolorized eluant was over 90%, and no adsorption of L-arginine by the 201?4 resin was observed. Under the controlled conditions, the extraction yield of L-arginine reached over 95%.
7.Effects of MT1- MMP on collagen metabolism regulated by FRNK in hepatic stellate cells

AIM: To investigate the effect of FAK - related non - kinase ( FRNK) on the expression of membrane - type matrix metalloproteinase -1 ( MT1 - MMP) in hepatic stellate cells ( HSC). METHODS:FRNK were trans-fected into HSCs by cationic liposome method. The protein levels of FRNK in HSC were assayed by Western blotting. The levels of MT1 - MMP were determined by RT - PCR for mRNA and by Western blotting for protein, respectively. RESULTS: The up -regulated expression of FRNK protein was observed and it was at 48 h after transfection that the FRNK protein content was the highest ( P < 0.05 ). The expressions of MT1 - MMP mRNA and protein were also up - regulated by the transfection of FRNK, and it was at 48 h after transfection that the MT1 - MMP protein content was significantly increased. CONCLUSION: The mRNA and protein of FRNK were over - expressed in HSC transfected with the gene of FRNK. The inhibitory effect of FRNK on the collagen synthesis in HSC may be through the up - regulation of MT1 - MMP.
8.The expression of GSTπ in the HepG2 cell after multiple thermotherapy

Objective To investigate the expression change of ghtathione S-transferase π(GSTπ)protein and mRNA in the HepG2 cell after multiple thermotherapy.Methods HepG2 cells were treaded by ten repeated cycles of exposure at 43 degree C for 80 minutes twice a day,the sensibility of HepG2 cell to Adriamycin was analyzed by MTr assay,and the expression of QSTπprotein and mRNA were detected by immunohistochemical method and RT-PCR.Results The drug resistance to Adriamycin was gained by HepG2 cells after multiple thermotherapy,and the expression of GSTπ protein and mRNA wag strengthened.Conclusions The resistance of heated HepG2 cells to chemotherapeutics was concerned with overexpression of GSTπ protein and mRNA.
9.Role of NO signal in ABA-induced phenolic acids accumulation in Salvia miltiorrhiza hairy roots.

To investigate roles of nitric oxide (NO) signal in accumulations of phenolic acids in abscisic.acid (ABA)-induced Salvia miltiorrhiza hairy roots, S. miltiorrhiza hairy roots were treated with different concentrations of sodium nitroprusside (SNP)-an exogenous NO donor, for 6 days, and contents of phenolic acids in the hairy roots are determined. Then with treatment of ABA and NO scavenger (2-(4-carboxy-2-phenyl)-4,4,5,5-tetramethylimidazoline-1- oxyl-3-oxide, c-PTIO) or NO synthase inhibitor (NG-nitro-L-arginine methyl ester, L-NAME), contents of phenolic acids and expression levels of three key genes involved in phenolic acids biosynthesis were detected. Phenolic acids production in S. miltiorrhiza hairy roots was most significantly improved by 100 µmoL/L SNP. Contents of RA and salvianolic acid B increased by 3 and 4 folds. ABA significantly improved transcript levels of PAL (phenylalanine ammonia lyase), TAT (tyrosine aminotransferase) and RAS (rosmarinic acid synthase), and increased phenolic acids accumulations. However, with treatments of ABA+c-PTIO or ABA+L-NAME, accumulations of phenolic acids and expression levels of the three key genes were significantly inhibited. Both NO and ABA can increase accumulations of phenolic acids in S. miltiorrhiza hairy roots. NO signal probably mediates the ABA-induced phenolic acids production.

10.Influence of growth hormone receptor gene knockout in pancreaticβcells in STZ-induced type 1 diabetes in mice

Objective To investigate the influence of tissue-specific growth hormone receptor (GHR)deficiency in type 1 diabetes in the mice at the gene level using pancreaticβcells combined with streptozotocin (STZ)-induced type 1 diabetes model.Methods The experiment was divided into four groups:knockout mice group (LLc knockout group), using the homozygotes (LLc:LL+Cre) producted by pancreaticβ cell-specific expressed recombinant enzyme mice (RIP-Cre)and Cre-LoxP system modified GHR mice (Floxed,LL);LL control group, containing Floxed GHR allele homozygous mice (LL);LLc STZ group and LL STZ group (STZ was used for inducing type 1 diabetes model mice). The mice with feeding glucose≥25 mmol · L-1 were considered to be successful models.The Glucose Tolerance Test (GTT),pancreas tissue HE staining and immunohistochemistry were performed in the mice.Results The blood glucose of the mice in LL STZ group and LLc STZ group and LLc STZ group were increased after inj ection of STZ and the models achieved the diagnostic criteria for diabetes 1 6 d later.The results of GTT showed that compared with LLc control group and LLc knockout group, the blood glucose levels of the mice in LL STZ and LLc STZ groups were increased (P<0.05).There was no significant change of morphology and structure of islets between LL control group and LLc knockout group detected by HE staining. The immunohistochemistry results showed that the insulin level of the mice in LL STZ group was significantly reduced compared with LL control group;the insulin level of the mice in LLc STZ group was reduced compared with LLc control group.Conclusion Pancreaticβcell GHR gene knockout has no effect on the blood glucose and the function ofβcells in the mice with STZ-induced type 1 diabetes.
