Methods Surveillance data on resident death from 2005 to 2007 in Xi'an City was analyzed, classified the death cause with ICD-10. Results The average annual mortality rate in children between new born and fourteen years of age in our city was 97.91/100 000 (accounted for 3.1% of the total death), mortality rate in boys (114.39/100 000) was higher than that in girls (79.33/100 000), mortality rate in infants within one year of age was the highest (818.38 / 100 000), neonatal mortality rate counted for 83.65% of infant death; Injury, some diseases originated from perinatal period and congenital malformation were three main causes of children death. Conclusion Injury, some diseases originated from perinatal period and congenital malformation are three main causes of children death; Invention to injury and premarital, maternal health care are needed.

Chinese Journal of Perinatal Medicine 2009;12(1):2-5
Objective To analyze the perinatal outcomes of those women experienced hypoglycemia during 75 g oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT).Methods A retrospective study was conducted in 774.pregnant women who underwent OGTT and delivered in our institution from January 2005 to January 2006.The distribution of glucose levels of the fasting,1 h,2 h and 3 h of the OGTT was analyzed.Plasma glucose level below the 5th percentile and above the 1h percentile was defined as hypoglycemia and those below the 1th percentile as exceeding hypoglycemia.Perinatal outcomes including birth weight, birth height, obstetric complications, the incidence of small for gestational age (SGA)were compared between women with hypoglycemia or exceeding hypoglycemia. Results The birth weight in exceeding hypoglycemia group of fasting glucose was significantly lower than that of the others [(2817±764)g vs(3439±487)g,t=3.344,P<0.01]and the incidence of SGA in this group was also higher(3/7 vs 3.4%,x2=22.78,P<0.01);the proportion of babies with birth weight<3000 g in the same group was higher than the others(5/7 vs 14.73%,P<0.01).The newhorns height was significantly shorter in the hypoglycemia group at 2 h than the normal glycemic group [(49.03±1.68)cm vs(49.48±1.65)cm,P<0.05].Conclusions The plasma glucose 1evel is associated with the newborns'birth weight and height.Women with hypoglycemia during OGTT are more likely to have babies with lower birth weight and height.

Chinese Journal of Blood Transfusion 1988;0(03):-
Objective To analyse the necessity and feasibility of HCV RNA detection for donor screening. Methods Plasma from 50 donors was mixed into a minipool, the nucleic acid was extracted by NucliSens Extractor and amplified by NASBA, the amplification products were detected by ECL. A performance control and a positive control were coupled with the samples through storage, nucleic acid extraction, amplification and detection. Results Two specimens were found HCV RNA positive in the 10000 anti HCV negative samples. Conclusion HCV RNA screening of plasma minipools by NASBA may prevent hepatitis C virus infection.

Chinese Journal of Ultrasonography 1997;0(06):-
Objective To explore the feasibility of right ventricular outflow tract index in the evaluation on right ventricular systolic function and its relationship to other right ventricular functional indices generally accepted in clinical practice. Methods Sixty-one patients with heart failure were randomly selected and divided into elevated right side pressure group and normal right side pressure group by pressure gradient ≥35 mm Hg aquired from tricuspid regurgitation velocity. Twenty-four healthy adults were selected as control group. All the people experienced transthoracic echocardiography. Right ventricular longitudinal excursion(RVLX), right ventricular ejection fraction(RVEF), right ventricular outflow-tract fractional shortening(RVOTFS) and right ventricular ejection time(RVET) were measured, and their differences were compared between healthy adults and heart failure patients as well as between elevated right side pressure group and normal right side pressure group. Relationships of RVOTFS with other right ventricular functional indices were also analyzed. Results Compared with healthy adults, heart failure patients had lower RVOTFS((0.49)?(0.13) vs (0.22)?(0.09),P

Objective To explore the invasion effect of CXCR3 overexpression on T lymphoblastic leukemia (Jurkat cells) with chemokine receptors. Methods Mouse CXCR3 was amplified by RT-PCR and overexpressing CXCR3 lentivirus carrying GFP&Puromycin (puro) was constructed. CXCR3 expression on infected Jurkat cells surface was detected by FCM. Constructed cells were seeded in Transwell invasion model to study whether CXCR3 overexpression would increase the invasion or not. Results GFP expression on Jurkat cells was less than 10% after 96 h lentivirus infection. CXCR3 expression was 90% higher than vector group , and GFP expression reached 90% after screening. Therefore, Jurkat cells with stable overexpression of CXCR3 were successfully constructed. Invasion rate of Jurkat CXCR3 cells was [(12.71 ± 1.03)%], which was significant higher than that of vector control group [(6.82 ± 0.49)%], (P < 0.0001). Conclusions CXCR3 expression on leukemia cells is closely associated with leukemia invasion. The increase of CXCR3 expression can enhance the invasion of leukemia cells, and may be one of the mechanisms of T lymphoblastic leukemia invasion.

Various signal transduction pathways in cells are closely related to the biological processes, while the proteins play an important role in the process of signal transductions.Proteomics, which is one of the effective methods for the study of cell signal pathways, can conduct proteomic analysis systematically as well as explore the expression of functional proteins related to the physiological characteristics in organism and in the initiation and progression of diseases.Nowadays, proteomics has been successfully applied in the studies of many kinds of signal pathways. In this paper, proteomic study in signal pathways related to liver disease, tumors, pathogenic mechanism of pathogens and metabolism are reviewed,in order to provide a reference for future research and applications of proteomics in the related fields.

Journal of Endocrine Surgery 2011;05(2):114-116
Objective To explore clinical characteristics, pathology, prognosis and proper treatment of pure mucinous breast carcinoma(PMBC).Methods Retrospective analysis Was carried out on patients with PMBC who were admitted from Jan.2004 to Dec.2010.Results PMBC patients accounted for 2.6%of all the patients with breast cancer treated at the same period. The mean age of PMBC patients was(55.28±15.73)years,ranging from 32 years to 81 years. The tumor diameter was from 1 to 10 cm and axillary lymph node involvement was 0%.Immunohistochemieal detection showed the positive rate of estrogen receptor(ER),progesterone receptor(PR),HER-2 and p53 was 96%,92%,0%and 32%respectively.All patients underwent operation and polychemotherapy(cyclophosphamide+Adriamycin,Paclitaxel+Adriamyein).12 cases received tamoxifen,13 cases received letrozole and 8 cases received postoperative irradiation. All the patients were followed up from 1 month to 6 years and the overall survival rate was 100%.Conclusions PMBC is a favorable histological type of breast carcinoma with good prognosis.Proper surgical and adjuvant therapy is important to improve survival rate and life quality.Molecular biologic parameters should be given enough consideration into prognosis evaluation.
