Objective To evaluate the value of three dimensional reconstruction images of rotational DSA on measuring aneurysmal necks and make a comparison with traditional DSA so as to provide more abundant and accurate informations for the enbolization of aneurysm. Methods A comparison was made between the measurement of aneurismal necks from 14 cases with traditional DSA examination and a measurement made on three dimensional reconstruction images of the same patient. Results There was a difference shown in the measurment of the aneurysmal necks between three dimensional reconstruction images of rotational DSA and those of traditional DSA, outcoming with more angles and data on three dimensional reconstruction images. Conclusions There are more angles of aneurysmal neck can be shown on rotational 3D DSA especially for the demonstration of the largest aneurysmal neck with a directional value for the intervention. Objective To evaluate the electrocardiographic(ECG)-gated 4-dimensional computed tomographic angiography (4D-CTA) in the determination of pulsation of unruptured cerebral aneurysms (URCAs).Methods This study included 48 patients with 62 URCAs.Examinations of ECG gated 4D-CTA of dual-source CT were performed.Twenty sets of image data with the time intervals of 5% in a cardiac cycle were obtained after postprocessing on the workstation. The convex was defined as the point of pulsation if small bubble or small pointed convex could be found in continuous three or more images at the same location. The 62 URCAs were divided into two groups based on whether having a point of pulsation. All the URCAs were scanned at the follow-up by 3D-CTA or ECG gated 4D-CTA more than 120 days later. The diameters of aneurysms and aspect ratio between the two groups were compared with independent t test, while neck of aneurysms and follow-up time were compared with two-independent samples Mann-Whitney U test. The other variables including history of hypertension, type 2 diabetes, smoking et al between the two groups were analyzed by x2 test. The sensitivity and specificity of aspect ratio for diagnosis of pulsation were analyzed by receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve. Results Pulsation was observed in 28 of the 62 URCAs.Aspect ratios in whose pulsation was or was not detected were 1.5±0.3 and 1.1±0.3,respectivelyThe difference between the two groups was statistically significant (t=-2.274,P<0.001).The sensitivity and specificity of the aspect ratio were 75.0% and 70.6%.After follow-up more than 3 months,of the 28 URCAs in which pulsation was observed,11 showed a change in shape, while in 34 URCAs without visible pulsation,5 showed a change in shape. The aneurysms with detectable pulsation were more likely to show a change in shape (x2=4.891,P=0.027),with an odds ratio of 3.753.Conclusions URCAs with a large aspect ratio are easily to show the pulsation by ECG gated 4D-CTA.Besides,the aneurysms with visible pulsation are more likely to show a change in shape after follow-up,which suggests a higher risk of rupture.

Inrecentyears, somecardiovascularguidelineshavegradualyintroducedambulatory blood pressure monitoring ( ABPM ) as an indispensable means for better diagnosis and management of hypertensive patients. ABPM can more comprehensively provide 3 types of information that has potential clinical value:the assessment of real or mean blood pressure level, the diurnal rhythm of blood pressure, and the blood pressure variability. This article review s the roles of ABPM in the outcome assessment in patients w ith acute ischemic stroke.
4.Research progress in understanding peer victimization of children and adolescents
Chinese Journal of School Health 2022;43(3):476-480
Abstract
Peer victimization is a negative peer relationship in peer communication. Research has shown that peer victimization has an important influence on physical and mental development in children and adolescents. Quantitative research methods combined with longitudinal tracking have been used to investigate children and adolescents, with a focus on special population and young Internet users. Personality characteristics, peer relationships, teacher student relationships and other factors are the main factors affecting peer victimization, which are accompanied by behavioral and emotional problems, and the construction of self concept. The negative influence has been studied in China and abroad to facilitate interventions preventing peer infringement. Research methodology should be enriched, and more in depth interventions and network peer infringement should be conducted.

Objective To study the relationship between behavioral problems and family environment in preschool-age children. Methods Children between 4-6 years of age in the kindergartens of Zhongshan city were randomly selected. Child Behavior Checklist (CBCL) was used to assess the behavioral problems in children, and self-designed general situation question-naire and Family Environment Scale-Chinese Version (FES-CV) were applied to evaluate the family environment. Results A total of 3445 children were enrolled and 29.87%children showed behavioral problems. There were signiifcant differences in the scores of feeling expression, family conlfict, intelligence, recreation, organization and control between children with and without behavior problems (P<0.001). The scores of feeling expression, intelligence, recreation, organization and control were signiif-cantly higher and the score of family conlfict was lower in healthy children in comparison with children with behavior problems. Through multivariate logistic regression, it was suggested that female (OR=2.04), non-urban population (township OR=1.45, rural OR=1.51), non-local Zhongshan resident (OR=1.39), father’s low educational level (technical secondary school OR=1.77, junior high school OR=2.17, primary school and below OR=3.24), discipline styles (indulgent OR=1.47, mixed OR=1.37), family conlfict (OR=1.13) were independent risk factors for behavioral problems (P<0.05). Mother’s age over 30 (OR=0.74) or over 40 (OR=0.46), feeling expression (OR=0.94) and intelligence (OR=0.87) were independent protective factors for behavioral prob-lems (P<0.05). Conclusions Behavioral problems in preschool-age children are closely related to family environment, which needs to be paid more attention.

Objective To investigate the effect and safety of different doses of aripiprazole on hyperprolactinemia (HPL) induced by antidepressants such as Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor (SSRIs). Methods One hundred and thirty-five depressive patients with SSRIs antidepressant-induced hyperprolactinemia were randomly divided into three groups and 95 cases who finished the study were included in the study. Thirty-three cases in group 1 were treated with aripiprazole 5 mg/d, thirty-two cases in group 2 were treated with aripiprazole 10 mg/d and thirty cases in control group were treated with SSRI alone. All three groups also received cognitive behavioral therapy in addition to antidepressants for 12 weeks. Serum prolactin levels were examined before admission and 4, 8 and 12 weeks after treatment. Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD), Global Assessment Function (GAF) and Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale (TESS) were used to evaluate the efficacy and adverse reactions. Results At the end of the 4, 8 and 12 weeks, the serum prolactin level in group 1 and group 2 were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05). At the end of 8 and 12 weeks, the HAMD scores of group 1 and 2 group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.01). At the end of 4, 8, and 12 weeks, the GAF scores of group 1 and 2 group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P< 0.01). However, there were no significant differences in prolactin levels, HAMD and GAF scores between group 1 and group 2 (P>0.05). There was no significant difference in the rate of adverse reaction among the three groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Aripiprazole can reduce the hyperprolactinemia caused by SSRIs antidepressants and synergistically enhance efficacy of antidepressant.
