Emodin has been known for its various pharmacological functions, including anti-rumor, anti-inflanmation,the inhibition of cell proliferation and secretion of pancreatic enzyme, acceleration of osteoblast cell differentiation and fibrinolysis, and promotion of wound healing. The researching progress of anti-tumor function of emodin was reviewed in this paper for the purpose of understanding it's mechanism of anti-tumor comprehensively.

Objective To check some medical oxygen flowmeters in use in the military area command. Methods According to JJG 917-1996 buoy oxygen inhalant measuring rules, 930 oxygen flowmeters in the military area command were measured. Results The unqualified reasons of medical oxygen flowmeter mainly lay in the capability decline of pressure resistance of humid bottle, the poor airproof of the interface, the overflow of pressure, and the overflow of flux value. Conclusion To improve the quality situation of medical oxygen flowmeter, the department of technical supervision, hospital and manufacturer need to make efforts together.

The purifying operating room with tidiness, antisepsis and easy operation is widely used in more hospitals. The same time, depurative flow, manufacturing skill and technical standards of it are still developing. But filter maintenance and replacing as key component has major difference in different region and season. Through four-year exploration and practice, the methods of filter maintenance and replacing were explained, which carry out the questions of consumption and energy efficiency.

OBJECTIVE:To observe the clinical curative effect of Danshen and Chuanxiongqin injetion for frequent attacks of transient cerebral ischemia. Objective To explore the application value of self-made directional arcuate bone drill during vertebroplasty by observing its operative effects for osteoporosis in vitro . Methods EDTA-Na2 was used to soak the prepared vituline osteoporotic vertebral bodies in vitro .A total of 40 osteoporotic vertebral bodies were randomly divided into Group A and B , with each group having 20 vertebral bodies for vertebroplasty .The Group A underwent a puncture by routine straight bone drill , while the Group B received a puncture by self-made directional arcuate bone drill with the arc directing toward the contralateral , which terminated when the drill reached the first 1/3 of vertebral body .Finally, statistical analysis was conducted on the distance between the bone drill bit and exterior margin of contralateral vertebral body , as well as whether bone cement reached or went over the vertebral sagittal midline . Results The osteoporotic vertebral bodies were successfully prepared in vitro by using EDTA-Na2 immersion decalcifying for 9 days. In the Group A, the drill bit was (2.50 ±0.32) cm away from contralateral exterior margin of vertebral bodies , which was significantly different from that in the Group B (0.90 ±0.26) cm (t=17.354, P=0.000).The bone cement reached or went over the vertebral sagittal midline in 11 vertebral bodies in the Group A and in 19 vertebral bodies in the Group B , with statistical difference ( Fisher’ s test,P=0.004).The intraspinal bone cement leakage occurred in 9 vertebral bodies in the Group A and 4 in the Group B, without significant difference between the two groups (Fisher’s test,P=0.176). Conclusion The self-made directional arcuate bone drill can build an osseous channel that reach or go over the vertebral sagittal midline and guide bone cement distributed to contralateral puncture , which avoids the disadvantages of bilateral vertebral pedicular puncture .The result shows that the self-made directional arcuate bone drill has more adventages in vertebroplasty than that of traditional straight bone drill but doesn ’ t have significant advantages in preventing bone cement leakage .

From the psychology point of view, the stroke patients have the cognitive process from sensation, perception to image and memory on spasticity, limbs synergic movement and normal movement when having rehabilitation. While treating the patients with Bobath or Brunnstrom therapy, the patients' motion perception and thinking memory should be promoted. Because the rehabilitation of body movement and psychological perception activity are influenced each other and inseparable.

Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing based on WeChat public platform on the patients with high risk of pressure ulcers. Methods Selecting 165 pairs of high-risk patients and their caregivers from the emergency department of pressure ulcers in the General Hospital of Chinese People′s Armed Police Forces, and they were divided into control group and experimental group by paired random method. There were 83 pairs in control group, and 82 pairs in experimental group. The control group gave oral education according to the traditional model, and adopted the way of telephone follow-up for continuous nursing. While the experimental group let patients and their family members follow the Wechat public account that specially developed on Wechat platform and get continuous nursing in new models to come true networking health education and communicate with patients and their family members by multi-dimensional nurse. After 3 months intervening, compared patients′quality of life, the care behavior of caregivers and acquisition of knowledge of pressure scores, the incidence of pressure ulcers, degree of satisfaction of high-risk patients and caregivers between the two groups. Results The psychological function score, social function score and quality of life score was respectively ( 67.61 ± 1.67), (58.60 ± 1.52), (50.41 ± 2.70) points in experimental group, and (63.21 ± 1.30), (53.23 ± 1.92), (45.83 ± 2.59) points in control group, the comparative difference of the two groups was statistically significant( t=-4.638,-4.930,-2.749, P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the material life and body function score between two groups(P>0.05). The care behavior of caregivers score and pressure sores knowledge score was respectively (50.84 ± 1.92), (27.83 ± 1.48) points in experimental group, and (46.43 ± 2.40), (19.28 ± 1.31) points in control group, the comparative difference of the two groups was statistically significant (t=-3.192,-9.738, P<0.05 or 0.01). The incidence of pressure ulcers was 15.9%(13/82) in experimental group, significantly lower than that in control group (50.6%, 42/83), two groups was statistically significant (χ2=22.413, P<0.01). The satisfying degree and scores of patients or caregivers for follow-up form, nursing service attitude, follow-up content and the total score was respectively (24.83 ± 3.11), (24.10 ± 2.55), (25.03 ± 2.12), (76.23 ± 2.17) points in experimental group, and (18.34 ± 1.41), (17.41 ± 1.34), (19.85 ± 1.92), (63.25 ± 3.03) points in control group, the comparative difference between two groups had statistical significance (t=-7.797--4.061, all P<0.01). Conclusions Utilizing Wechat public platform continuity of care for patients at high risk of pressure ulcers can improve the patients quality of life, reduce the incidence of pressure ulcers, improve the efficient communication of nurses and patients, and enhance the degree of satisfaction of the patients. This method is convenient, shortcut, economic, practical and worthy for clinical use and promotion .
