The combination of field surveys and field interviews were conducted in Beijing Shunyi district Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) hospital to investigate the work situation and find the effectiveness and the existing problems of the hospital after accepting the unified management, technical support, talent support, teaching and scientific research support from a 3As hospital. After trusteeship, the business volume of Shunyi District TCM hospital has increased, the level of scientific research and education have improved, and the service capacity of traditional Chinese medicine has been enhanced. But it is necessary to coordinate trusteeship funds, clear responsibility and power, strengthen the construction of hospital informatization, unified the use of hospital preparations and to improve the hospital trusteeship model.

International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2018;40(1):5-8
At present, there are many problems in the dissemination of new media of Chinese medicine culture, such as "bad communicators", "unsound dissemination of content, serious commercialization" and "less targeted communication". The reasons underlying may be related to the beginning of the new media dissemination of Chinese medicine culture, the imperfect auditing and supervision mechanism and inadequate related research. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the access management of communicators, strengthen the management of communication content audit, build TCM knowledge base, strengthen industry regulation, and strengthen audience research and analysis, so as to promote its sustainable development.

With the implementation of the comprehensive reform of medical separation in Beijing at April 8 of 2017, more than 3600 medical institutions in the city were involved, including the public hospital of traditional Chinese medicine. ThisIt was an opportunity of public hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine, and it also showed several challenges. This paper analyzed the situation separation of medicine and drug, the opportunity and challenge to put forward reasonable countermeasure and suggestion for the public hospital of traditional Chinese medicine.

Objective:To investigate the clinical characteristics, diagnosis and treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae(MP) pneumonia in children with pseudo-macrocytic erythrocytes. Methods:The clinical data of 50 children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia with pseudo-macrocytic erythrocytes in the Department of Pediatrics at Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University from January 2019 to August 2020 were analyzed retrospectively. Results:Among the 50 cases, there were 32 boys and 18 girls. The blood routine examination showed that pseudo-macrocytic erythrocytes, red blood cells decreased significantly, mean corpuscular volume, mean corpuscular hemoglobin, and mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration increased significantly, as well as MP-IgM was positive.Sixteen cases were complicated with herpes simplex virus infection, one with Epstein Barr virus infection, and six with both herpes simplex virus and Epstein Barr virus infection at the same time. All 50 cases were MP pneumonia, pulmonary imaging showed lobar pneumonia, and 25 cases were complicated with pleural effusion, including 32 cases of refractory MP pneumonia. The clinical symptoms of three cases were extrapulmonary manifestations, hemolytic anemia and diagnosed with cold agglutinin syndrome. In 36 children with D-dimer more than 252 μg/L, one case had femoral vein thrombosis and one case had pulmonary embolism.Conclusion:Pseudo-macrocytic phenomenon may play important roles in clinical etiological diagnosis, severity of disease and refractory MP pneumonia. The children with hemolytic anemia suggest cold agglutinin syndrome, and the hypercoagulable state of MP infection may be related to the aggregation of red blood cells caused by cold agglutinin in MP infection.

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE)for the treatment of locally recurrent breast cancer. Methods The clinical data of 57 patients with locally recurrent breast cancer from January 2018 to December 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.Twenty-four patients(group A)received TACE using adriamycin 12 mg/m2 and paclitaxel 45 mg/m2,which was accomplished by local perfusion into the tumor target blood vessels with microcatheter catheterization, the embolization material was Embosphere microspheres, and the embolization endpoint was occlusion of the main stem of the target vessel.Other 33 patients who received systemic chemotherapy using adriamycin 40 mg/m2 and paclitaxel 135 mg/m2 in the same period were collected as group B.The 6-month disease control rate(DCR),progression-free survival(PFS)and overall survival(OS)were compared between the two groups. Results Successful TACE was accomplished in all the 24 patients of group A,with a technical success rate of 100%.In group A,the 6-month DCR was 87.50%,the median PFS was 12 months, and the median OS was 22 months. In group B,the 6-month DCR was 63.63%,the median PFS was 9 months, and the median OS was 20 months. The differences in the 6-month DCR and the median PFS between the two groups were statistically significant(P=0.04 and P=0.03 respectively),while no statistically significant difference in the median OS existed between the two groups(P=0.21).The incidence of post-embolization syndrome in group A was 75%(18/24),the clinical symptoms included chest wall pain and mild fever, which disappeared 3 days after symptomatic treatment such as pain-relief and antipyretic medication, and no TACE-related serious complications such as target vessel injury, ectopic embolization of embolization materials or chest wall necrosis occurred in all patients. All patients were followed up for a mean period of(19.47±4.96)months(range of 8-24 months)Conclusion For the treatment of locally recurrent breast cancer,TACE is superior to systemic chemotherapy in short-term efficacy.TACE carries no intervention-related serious complications. However, more studies need to be conducted before its long-term efficacy and safety can be clarified.(J Intervent Radiol,2024,33:280-284)

Objective:
To investigate trends of mean age of diagnosis for liver cancer during 2000 to 2014, which may provide basic information for making feasible cancer prevention strategies.
Methods:
Based on the continuous cancer incidence data from 22 cancer registries of China between 1 January 2000 and 31 December 2014, the incidence by birth-cohort (year of birth between 1925 and 1994) and age specific incidence rates were calculated. The incidence of different age groups were also calculated. World Segi's population was used for age standardization. The liner regression model was applied to analyze the changing trend of mean age of diagnosis.
Results:
In 2014, the incidence rate for population with 80 years older and above was 108.21 per 100 000, whereas the rate for population at 30-39 years old was 5.09 per 100 000. But the mean age of diagnosis for liver cancer showed an increasing trend from 2000 to 2014. For male, it had increased from 58.80 to 62.35 (
