s: The horse mushroom (Agaricus arvensis Schaeff ex Fr.) is one of most excellent edible mushroom,and was cultivated in world at resent year.But up to now,the breeding systems and life-cycle of horse mushroom has been poorly know.In this study,the random amplified polymorphic DNA was employed to analyse the mating reaction between self-fertile homokaryonic isolates by paired.The results demonstrated: (1) the mating reaction happened and the heterokaryonic offspring formed when the intercompatible self-fertile homokaryonic isolates were paired;(2) perhaps the horse mushroom is possessed of double breeding systems-homothallism and heterothallism;(3) RAPD is very effective method for verifying artificially synthesized heterokaryons and monitoring the transmission of genetic loci in mating of fungi.

Objective To investigate the clinical and laboratory features of male patients with anti-phospholipid syndrome (APS).Methods Thirty-three male APS patients admitted to Peking University People's Hospital from January 2003 to April 2015 were enrolled.One hundred and fourteen female APS patients were selected as controls.Female patients with thrombosis were analyzed.x2 test, Fisher's exact test and t test were used for statistical analysis.Results Among male patients, 39.4％ were primary APS and 60.6％ were secondary APS.Compare with female patients,the prevalence of venous thrombosis was significantly higher than that in male APS (72.7％ vs 29.8％,x2=19.719, P=0.000).The male APS patients experienced more episodes of thrombosis (75.8％ vs 22.8％, x2=31.669, P=0.000) and not less than two locations of thrombosis than female (69.7％ vs 22.8％, x2=25.321, P=0.000), there was still significant difference between male patients and female patients with thrombosis.There was no difference of antiphopholipid antibodies between the two groups.Conclusion Male patients with antiphospholipid syndrome are more prone to have thrombosis.More clinical interventions should be implemented in male patients with APS.

BACKGROUND:Mesenchymal stem cel s are the seed cel s for tendon tissue engineering which can be obtained in large quantities, but how to induce in vitro is a key technology.
OBJECTIVE:To explore the effect of platelet-rich plasma on the proliferation and col agen production of in vitro cultured mesenchymal stem cel s.
METHODS:The rabbit mesenchymal stem cel s were separated ad cultured. The high-dose platelet-rich plasma group, middle-dose platelet-rich plasma group and low-dose platelet-rich plasma group were set to induce the mesenchymal stem cel s, and the blank control group was set as control.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The proliferation of mesenchymal stem cel s in the high-dose platelet-rich plasma group, middle-dose platelet-rich plasma group and low-dose platelet-rich plasma group was high, and in rapid growth with big increase amplitude, and there was no significant difference in the proliferation when compared with the blank control group (P<0.05). The effect was positively correlated with the culture time, and after cultured for a certain time, the effect was in dose-dependent manner, as higher dose platelet-rich plasma had more significant effect on the proliferation of the cel s. The results indicate that platelet-rich plasma can significantly promote the synthesis of col agen type Ⅰ and Ⅲ of mesenchymal stem cel s, the higher the dose, the more significant the effect on the col agen.
