ObjectiveTo explore the relative factors of the compliance in schizophrenic out-patients.Methods118 schizophrenic out-patients chosen randomly were investigate with the compliance and assessed with Clinical Global Impression-Severity of Illness (CGI-SI), Social Disability Screening Schedule (SDSS), Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale (BPRS) and Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale (TESS) by telephone. Logistic regression analysis was used to confirm the relative factors of the compliance.Results56.8% of all patients were of full compliance. The risk factors of compliance in schizophrenic out-patients were the frequency of medicine taken, the scores of CGI-SI and the insight of the illness. ConclusionIt is important to choose effective and convenient antipsychotic drugs and improve the insight of the illness to enhance the compliance of the schizophrenic out-patients.

A high performance liquid chromatography coupled with tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS) method was developed for determining degradation dynamics and final residues of myclobutanil 25% WG in ginseng root, stem, leaf and soil. The samples were extracted with acetonitrile, cleaned-up with primary secondary amine (PSA) solid phase extraction cartridge, separated by Kromasil Eternity-5-C18 (2.1 mm x 150 mm, 5 microm) column with a gradient of acetonitrile and 0.1% formate in water as mobile phases, and analyzed with the multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) in positive ion mode by employing the external standard method. The average recoveries and the relative standard derivations (RSDs) of myclobutanil at the spiked level of 0.01-0.20 mg x kg(-1) were 80.9%-90.7% and 5.54%-9.29%, respectively, and the limit of quantification (LOQ) was 0.005 mg x kg(-1). The method with good reproducible, high precision and low detection limit could meet the requirements of residual analysis on ginseng production. The half-lives of myclobutanil were from 6.25 days to 9.94 days in ginseng root, stem, leaf and soil at spraying dosage of 1 152 g x hm(-2) The final residues were below 0.060 1 mg x kg(-1) in root, below 0.081 7 mg x kg(-1) in stem, 0.006 0-0.102 2 mg x kg(-1) in leaf and below 0.037 6 mg x kg(-1) in soil at spraying dosage range from 576 to 1 152 g x hm(-2). It is recommended that the MRLs of myclobutanil in dried ginseng may be suggested to be 0.10 mg x kg(-1) temporarily, and the preharvest interval was set at 35 days.

Chinese Journal of Epidemiology 2006;27(8):694-697
OBJECTIVETo find out the situation of the implementation on "rules on stop smoking in the public places in Beijing", a study was carried out to compare the results from 1997 and 2001.
METHODSThousands of residents aged above 15 in a family were sampled by stratified sampling, and 4 districts were selected as study locales.
RESULTS(1) About 40% of the department or school leaders considered much about the work on banning of smoking with 70 % of the departments or schools having posters of signs on 'ban on smoking' in the meeting rooms. (2) Some of the departments or schools had inspectors looking after the issue. (3) 60% of the people had never or 10% had seen that the inspectors ever criticizing or punishing the smokers who violating the rules. (4) People still often saw some one would smoke in public (the rates were 19.53% , 37.89% , 6.35% respectively in 1997,2001,2004 ). (5) People received the information of these rules through TV news or newspaper.
CONCLUSIONAlthough success had been achieved since the implementation of the Rules, it did not seem to have had substantial progress.

Objective Through detecting CD4+CD25+ T regulatory cells(Treg)in the peripheral blood in children suffering autoimmune diseases and normal controls to learn about the changes of Tregs during the diseases and to acquire some references for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods The data were reviewed for CD4+CD25+ Treg cells of the 93 children diagnosed as pediatric autoimmune disease in Children′s Hospital Affiliated to Capital Institute of Pediatrics from Nov.2007 to Jun.2008.Thirty-five normal children in the contempora-neous physical examination were selected as the control group. The percentage of CD4+CD25+ Treg cells and CD4+ T cells to the total T cells were determined by flow cytometric method.Data of the JRA group(22 cases),SLE group(12 cases) and HSP group(12 cases),which were the first three according to the number of cases, were respectively compared with the controls.Independent-samples t test was performed for a statistic analysis with SPSS 11.5 software. Results 1.The percentages of CD4+CD25+ Treg cells to the total T cells and CD4+ T cells in the autoimmune diseases children[(6.14?3.21)% and(21.85?11.68)%,respectively] were both higher than those in the control group[(3.68?1.02)% and(12.83?3.61)%,respectively Pa

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2015;(24):3793-3797
BACKGROUND:From the biological structure, the posterior cruciate ligament is surrounded by the synovial folds of posterior capsule, arising from the inner side of the medial femoral condyle to the posterior part of tibial intercondyloid spine. The main traditional treatment method for posterior cruciate ligament tibial avulsion fracture is open operation, but it is difficult in anatomic reduction, cannot ful y restore knee joint stability and has a great negative impact on the normal function of posterior cruciate ligament. OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effects of arthroscopic implant internal fixation in the treatment of tibial avulsion fracture of the posterior cruciate ligament. METHODS:120 patients with tibial avulsion fracture of the posterior cruciate ligament were randomly assigned into treatment group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was given the traditional open surgery, and the treatment group was given the arthroscopic surgery. After 3 months, International Knee Documentation Committee (IKDC) scores and Lysholm scores were detected in the two groups;the knee joint range of motion was determined before and 3 months after treatment. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Wounds were healed at stage I in al patients with no serious complications. There was no difference in the knee joint range of motion between the two groups before treatment, but the range of motion was increased significantly in both two groups at 3 months after treatment (P<0.05), meanwhile which was higher in the treatment group than the control group (P<0.05). At 3 months after treatment, the excel ent knee function rate was significantly higher in the treatment group (97%) than the control group (88%) according to the Lysholm scores;the IKDC scores were significantly higher in the treatment than the control group in terms of claudication, support, pain, swel ing, and squat (P<0.05). These results indicate that the arthroscopic implant fixation of tibial avulsion fracture of the posterior cruciate ligament has better short-term effects to promote recovery of knee joint function, but no serious complications.
