ObjectiveTo investigate sleep disorder of patients with depression and find out the regularity.Methods78 depression cases in the east-region of Shenyang were evaluated by Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) questionnaire and mental health symptom checklist-90 (SCL-90). The results were contrasted with normal control group.Results63 depression cases (80%) had sleep disorder (PSQI scores≥8) and were significantly higher than normal control group. The PSQI evaluation showed that sleep quality, enter-sleep time, sleep efficiency, sleep disorder, hypnotige drugs, function of daytime and total scores of PSQI of the depression group were significantly higher than that of normal control group (P<0.05～0.01). The SCL-90 test showed that scores of somatic, obsessive, depressive, anxiety, phobia, paranoid and mental-illness, etc. and total quota of bad-sleep quality group were significantly higher than that of the fine-sleep quality group (P<0.05～0.01).ConclusionDepression patients have significantly descent in sleep quality, latter is often closely related to the mental psychotic expressiveness of somatic, obsession, depression, anxiety, phobia, etc.

Objective:To assess the effect of auto-bone marrow mononuclear cells (BMMNCs) transplantation on reendothelialization and neointima formation in vein grafts. Methods: BMMNCs were extracted from the bone marrows of adult rabbit under sterile environment and were labelled with DAPI before transplanted into vein grafts. Twenty adult rabbits were randomly divided into 2 groups: BMMNCs transplantation group(groupⅠ,n=10) and PBS transplantation group (group Ⅱ, n=10). The left external jugular vein of 20 rabbits were harvested and transplanted between ipsolateral common carotid artery(AVG). Three days later, animals in group Ⅰ were transplanted with BMMNCs(6?108 cells)/100 ?l via periotic veins and those in groupⅡwere injected with 100 ?l PBS. Animals were killed 4 weeks later and graft veins were harvested to observe the reendothelialization and the thickness of vein grafts. Results: We found that the transplanted cells survived and were incorporated into the endothelium of vein grafts in groupⅠ.The endothelium integrity of the vein grafts in groupⅠwas significantly better than that of groupⅡ. The intima thickness of vein grafts in groupⅠwas significantly thicker than that of groupⅡ. Conclusion: BMMCs transplantation therapy may improve reendothelialization of the vein graft and inhibits intimal hyperplasi the vein graft.

The contents of coumarins in the sulfur fumigated Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (Baizhi, ADR) were reduced significantly. To achieve the quality control of ADR, the qualitative identification of sulfur fumigated ADR and quantitative model of imperatorin content should be established. The near-infrared (NIR) spectrograms of non-sulfur and sulfur fumigated ADR were collected by NIR diffuse reflectance spectroscopy technology and pretreated by the method of first derivative derivation and vector normalization. The Ward's Algorithm method was used for the cluster analysis. The non-sulfur and sulfur fumigated ADR can be quickly identified in the range of 8,806. 0-3 811.0 cm(-1) based on the cluster analysis. The NIR quantitative model of imperatorin was established by the contents of imperatorin determined by HPLC in combination with partial least squares regression analysis. According to the calibration model established in this study, correlation coefficients (R2), the root-mean-square error of cross-validation (RMSECV), and the root-mean-square error of prediction (RMSEP) for imperatorin were 0.982 8, 0.006 8, 0.011 8, respectively. The quantitative model of imperatorin can be applied to determine the content of imperatorin in ADR accurately.

Objective To examine the relationship between plasma homocysteine level and status of congestive heart failure. Methods Plasma homocysteine level was determined in 106 patients with congestive heart failure(CHF).Among them,40 patients were diagnosed as having recent onset of CHF(group 1) and the remaining 66 were receiving conventional treatment(group 2).Thirty healthy subjects were served as a control group.
