Objective:To evaluate the effects of platform switching and platform matching system on the marginal bone resorption a-round implant.Methods:Randomized controlled trials (RCTs)that compared marginal bone loss around platform-switched implants with platform matched prostheses were selected from PubMed,EMbase,CBM,CNKI and other electronic databases supplemented by hand search and retrospective collection of literature published or unpublished between 1 991 -201 4.The literature based on inclusion and exclusion criteria was screened by 2 revieweres independently,the quality of the included studies was evaluated,the data were extracted using RevMan 5.2 software for Meta-analysis.Results:1 4 studies with 1 331 implants were included.Meta-analysis showed that peri-implant bone resorption in the platform switching group was significantly less than that in the platform matching group[MD =-0.51 ,95% CI:(-0.72 -0.30),P <0.01 ].Subgroup analysis showed that the implant-abutment diameter difference >0.45 mm (unilateral)was more favorable to implant marginal bone preservation.Conclusion:The present data suggest that platform-switched technology is more conducive to implant bone preservation than platform-matched method.

Objective:To evaluate the effect of different polishing instruments on the microstructure of composite resin.Methods:Specimens of 5 kinds of resins were randomly divided into three groups and were polished with Astropol(group A),Sof-Lex(group B) and Super-snap(group C)respectively(n=3 for each resin).Specimens of natural enamel surface were used as the controls(group D).The surface roughness(Ra)and microstructure of the specimens were evaluated by an atomic force microscope(AFM).Results:Ra value in group A was lower than that in group B(P=0.015);Z350 XT resin obtained the lowest Ra value among the 5 kinds of resin specimens(P<0.05).All of the resin specimens had similar average Ra after polishing procedure(P>0.05).Conclusion:Astropol polishing instrument is better than Sof-Lex;Z350 XT has better polish performance.The three polishing instruments are ef-fective in polishing the 5 composite resins.

2 cm) who were treated with endoscopic polypectomy in 2 different means,respectively.Methods The clinic data of 68 children with giant colonic polyps were review analyzed.Thirty-five cases were received endoscopic clips ligation and the other 33 cases were received endoscopic snare resection.Results All the 35 cases out of endoscopic clip ligtion group were sucessfully cured.There were only 3 cases showedl a little bleeding in this group.In the endoscopic snare resection group,there were 10 cases showed bleeding,8 cases showed polypectomy syndrome,1 case transferred into(operation).Conclusions The complication incidence in endoscopic clips ligation group is lower than that in endoscopic snare resection group.The endoscopic clipping brings about an effective and safe way to treat giant colonic polyps in children.

Objective To study the expression of p53,p16,PCNA protein in esophageal carcinoma and its relationship to sexual distinction,the location of disease,the biological level,the depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis.Methods 118 patients with esophageal carcinoma were included in the study,all of them were treated for the first time.p53,p16 and PCNA protein in the 118 cases of esophageal carcinoma were detected by immunohistochemical assay(SP technique). Objective:To investigate the possibility of using radioiodine labeled framework region(FR)antisense oligonucleotides(ASONs)as an imaging agent or antisense therapeutic radiopharmaceu-tical in lymphoma.Methods:A 18-mer partial phosphorothioate oligonucleotide sequence was synthe-sized and grafted in 5'with a tyramine group which was further radioiodinated.Radioiodination of the tyra-mine derivatized oligonucleotides was performed using the chloramine T method.(1)Normal CD-1 micewere injected via a tail vein with 148 kBq (125)~I-FR-ASON(2-3?g).Animals were sacrificed at the endof 1,2,4 and 24h,and tissue samples were studied.(2)Liposome-mediated 3.33 MBq (131)I-FR-ASON(7-9?g)were injected intralumorally into tumor-bearing BALB/c mice(6 weeks after innculation of10~7 Namalwa cells)meanwhile liposome-mediated (131)~I labeled sense oligonucleotides served as controls.Biodistribution was monitored by sequential scintigraphy and organ radioactivity measurement 24h afterinjection.Percentage of the injected dose per gram of tumor and tumor/non-tumor tissue ratios(T/NT)were calculated tot each group of mice and the difference between two groups was assessed.Results:The5′tyramine group allowed specific and stable radinlabeling of the ASON with radioiodine.The radioactivi-ty reached its peak 1h after injection,and then decreased rapidly in normal mice after intravenous ad-ministration of (125)~I-FR-ASON.The liver,stomach and intestine played an important role in biodistributionand radioactivity counts were low in bone,brain and blood.When (131)I-FR-ASON was injected intratumor-ally into mice grafted with Namalwa cell line,images showed the tracer accumulated in the tumor,Imme-diately after intratumoral administration,only the tumor was visible.Scintiscans performed at the end of 1and 2h showed elimination of the tracer from the tumor to the abdomen and at the end of 24h the tumorwas clearly seen.Percentage of the injected dose per gram of tumor and T/NT ratios for the sense group(control)were significantly lower than those of the antisense group.Conclusion:Radiolabeled Ig FRASON showed high specificity in V1 family B-cell lymphoma,which should be further investigated for nu-clear medicine imaging application and radionuclide antisense therapy.
